My mom and I had went in to change our SIM card to T-Mobile since sprint switched over. Service went fine until there was some issues with switching over the SIM cards. The young lady assisting us was very friendly and I could tell she was fairly new which is fine. It was another worker there that was absolutely rude to his coworkers. He was a tall, white dude with long shaggy hair. He was very rude to other customers and the workers that were helping us. Treated the young lady and the other male there like garbage all because they kept asking him questions.

CJ and Jacob were absolutely amazing! Multitasking machines! Helping multiple customers at the same time, all with a smile and the patience of saints! Ill definitely be making this my regular store. PS... Im a sprint customer and I have to say it was definitely a breath of fresh air! 👌👌👌

Came in to get my phone returned, and they refused to help me to get it done saying that it was impossible for them to do it that I had to come back to the store I bought it from. So I end up going to the store in the mall. So I looked and that store is not corporate is an affiliated store own by someone else . So there needs to be training for this kind of situation and more accountability from the TMobile side of things .

This five star rating is only for Jordan and Maya at the sprint store in Auburn outlet mall. Don’t see anyone else- these two are the real deal and don’t sell you things you don’t need. Be firm and ask for only them to help you!

I normally dont leave reviews but I went to this store a couple days ago and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone to other Sprint stores in the area and have been lied to. These guys know their stuff and they are always honest with me no matter what. I love going here and would recommend to everyone!

Went in to upgrade my phone after waiting nearly a year to do so. I was a day early for the promo so had to come back the next day 😂 . JORDAN, the nice young lady who helped me was by herself since the manager was woefully ill on a promotional Saturday!!! Jordan did a great job of multitasking and helping multiple customers at once while fielding texts with her manager to get questions answered that she needed help with. Even when a combative aggressor came in and began yelling at her over his bill, Jordan maintained composure under pressure, helped him as much as she could and had a congenial attitude and demeanor. Jordan is a keeper and a great asset to this Sprint authorized retailer!!Jeremy Annillo

No one even comes close to comparing to sprint customer service. If you need help canceling your service with them forget about it. Had to speak to seven different people over the phone and drive to two different spring locations to cancel my phones without any luck. Will have to call my bank and tell them to block sprint from receiving auto payments. Dont see any other way to cancel. People in the store and on the phone are also rude if youre canceling and not upgrading or buying.

I came here not knowing what I was looking for. I am not a tech savvy person at all, but Jordan at the front desk helped me get the phone that best suited me. I really enjoyed my experience and cant recommend her enough.

This place has dramatically gone hill since undergoing new management. Unless you want to be mislead about sales promotions like youre at a shady car dealership, dont shop here. Been a loyal customer for years and this location has changed that.

I regret switching to Sprint. My bill is $55 more then what I was told I was signing up for. I was told I was getting 5 lines for $125 plus $25 off if i signed up for Auto pay but the fact was it was $125 after the $25 off from Auto pay. Of course they are nice when you are signing up but when something goes wrong they arent as quick to help and dont even call you back. I made about 15-20 calls to resolve a credit issue on my account. Then I was told I would get a $10 credit for each Moto 4plus which for some reason they werent able to apply to my account so I had to get it in a lump sum and they calculated the total incorrectly and said they would credit me the remaining amount but never did. This was months ago. I got tired of calling them asking for an update. I walked into another Sprint for help and they told me the credits not applying is actually common so be aware. One of the Moto 4s already stopped working and they dont carry Manufacturer warranty so thats another reason I will be switching my account soon.

From CJ, Tory, or Ceasar they are the best. They will work with you and try to get you the better deal. Better than going to the bug store these guys know their stuff. Always go back when its time to upgrade.

My brother in Law had an issue of being a fraud victim. Hes normaly paying $170 a month via by phone. Last week, when he tried to pay by phone for the last billing period, he found out a shockingly $470 billed under his account. His English is limited ( including myself epecially when it comes to conversation) so i had to accompanied him to go into this Store. A sales person named TORY helped us to find out the issue. Shes a well spoken and a very nice person. She opened up my brother in laws account and found out that somebody added two lines under his account stated. She recommended us to speak with Sprint Fraud Department. The next day, i talked to one of the representative for Sprint Fraud Departmet, the person was kind of rude though and he even told us to go back to the Sprint Store. So went back to this store that day. Tory wasnt there yet, only a sales person named ALEXANDRO. We told him that we already informed the Fraud Department but they told us to go back to the store. A few minute later, Tory have arrived and we told her about it. Tory was laughing and said they shouldve fixed the issue there. Those two are working each other trying to solve our problem. Problem solved!! Once again, id like to thank you guys for helping us, specially Tory.

The associate CJ provided top notch service to me over several days when my phone was reported stolen. He saved me from having to tell my story to multiple people to get my problem solved. CJ also followed up exactly when he said he would. Luckily my phone was recovered and CJ helped me reactivate it and personally made the call to the insurance company for me. Thanks CJ! When its time to upgrade I am shopping with him.
