Ive been a happy lawn and garden customer for literally decades, always professional even during their busiest times.

My first experience with them will likely be the last. Ordered a part and was quoted an “out the door” cost, waited 2 weeks for it to arrive and the cost was about $80 more than I was quoted due to tax and shipping. They did not care that I said I was quoted an out the door price. I felt misled and no apology was offered. Will not use them again if I don’t have to.

Couldnt ask for better customer service. Polite and friendly, all my questions answered. Never felt rushed or like I was wasting their time. Great experience, will absolutely go back.

First I bought an Ariens snowblower from Main & Pinckney. My experience was so positive that I then bought a riding mower. Both units performed well under heavy use and when they needed repair (its inevitable), I took them to Main & Pinckney. This company is so professional, and friendly, and service oriented that I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my power equipment needs. And I recently bought a Brush Hog. One of these days Im going to get myself a new tractor for my little homestead, and Ill bet you can guess where Im going to buy it. This is an easy 5-star rating!!

Service like service used to be decades ago. I could buy a chain for my chainsaw for $24 at Wally world or $30 at this place got it installed correctly and my saw greased and oiled.

Usually kind of pricey... but they had what I needed for my 20 year old snowblower on the shelf.
