I needed a 600 hour service on my Kubota BX tractor. They picked it up at my home and delivered it back for $40. I couldnt rent a trailer for that amount. They did a great job on the service and fixed a few other issues. I will use them again in the future. The service manager and tech were very helpful!

Beautifully laid out store. Man that waited on me had the personality of a turnip ... Maybe he doesnt like woman or I didnt look like I might buy a tractor. I did get what I needed, however. Other staff in the store seemed friendly enough.

My husband and I are looking for a used tractor with backhoe in good condition. We saw some very nice new ones in stock, including one in the showroom for $23k and change. Employees were helpful in answering my husbands questions. Looking for something not as expensive to fit our budget while meeting our needs.

After dealing with bad experience I was excited to be fixed up without an issue, Dave (think is owner) was able to straighten everything out. Was very understanding and got to bottom of the issue I had. Like to thank the team there and Dave to be able to get me going again.

This store was originally one of several owned by Hammond Tractor. There is still some of that old family style care that I love. I shop here for that reason.

Terrible. $500+ snowblower repair and it came back in worse shape then when it left. Called expecting Sorry Mr. Short. Well be out to pick it up and see what happened. Instead I get Thats funny. Hmmm. Odd. Well be out probably tomorrow to pick it up. Two days later they come. Several days later they want $300 more. I say no, how can I believe its any better if you dont stand behind your work for $500. One star because they conceded that. They said they would bring it back probably that day, maybe the next. It has now been 4 business days and I have not seen nor heard from them. Very poor service, very poor communications and apparently very little consideration for their customers.

Had great luck buying our tractor here a few years back. Chuck was great and really helped figure out what we needed and got it set up. Hes been helpful with attachments since as well. Happily bought a generator from them since. There are lots of Deere dealers out there but we had great luck here. Cant ignore their friendliness when walking in with a young child as well. Thanks!

Excellent John Deere sales and service.Edit:May 2021This establishment is now United Ag and Turf. Definitely not the same business. Appears to have fewer tractors on site. The service department no longer does tire repairs and ships those to a Portland truck repair facility, truly affecting turn around times. This was not for a full size tractor (X540). The tire/tube parts were not available for self service. Parts purchased online and repaired locally in less time than estimated. Hoping to be able to being able to give a better report in the future.Update October 2021.Following a $999 x324 service and mowing deck rebuild, they reinstalled the warn out belt which lasted less than 20minutes. No discount was offered on the new belt. During the self installment it was noted that one of the belt retaining brackets was substantially bent out of shape that required repair... This dealership deserved an additional decrease in satisfaction in my opinion.

So far so good. Just ordered a 2038. Great sales staff. Got to practice with the bucket.Update... Love this tractor. Snowblower clears my 620 foot driveway in two passes.

They claim to be Honda Experts. They took TWO HOURS to diagnose a 2018 Honda weed whacker. And the diagnosis? Bad gas cap and carborator. Insanity!
