Fabulous serviceI dropped off my Tag Heuer watch to have the battery replaced, they did a thorough inspection and it needed a major service. (it was scratched and really had been neglected) Well it came back much sooner than projected and all I can say is wow! my watch has been revived, rejuvenated, brought back to life! I am overjoyed. Got my wifes engagement ring here while we were both in grad school at Auburn, and still enjoy visiting with everybody when we visit. The signature jeweler in Auburn, and family owned for many years - you may even catch Ronnie Ware on a good day. Great for Tacori, Rolex, John Hardy, etc., down to Christmas ornaments and glassware.

The staff at all of the Ware Jewelers locations make customer service their first priority. They take the time to get to know each customer personally which always has them coming back. They carry all of the great designers such as Rolex, David Yurman, John Hardy, Tag Heuer and more! I am blown away by how knowledgeable their staff is about diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals because they mostly all have extensive training and jewelry related degrees. I highly recommend any of their stores!

Literally the worst store on the planet. They lost my grandmothers pearl necklace clasp in the restringing of the pearls. It was the only piece of jewelry she ever gave me upon my high school graduation. They were brought back from the war by my grandfather and given to my grandmother. The clasp is what dated the pearls and proved their history. They also cut my best friends diamond setting to force in a diamond that didn’t fit into the ring, and shortly after, the diamond fell out... the list goes on and on. Plus their prices are ridiculous. Go to Solomon brothers in Atlanta before you trust these people with anything!!!!!!!! We are totally heartbroken over the pearls and wouldn’t want anyone else to ever experience that!

I have been doing business with Ronnie and Tina for 20 years. They have great merchandise and service. They are always so helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I live in Montgomery but while I was in Auburn I went by Wares to see if they could adjust the band on a Cartier watch I was wearing. Wares doesnt sell Cartier, but I know they sell and repair Rolexes so I felt confident in their ability to work on my Cartier. They did a quick and excellent job, of course. One of these days Im going to get one of their Auburn watches!

Wares has been, in my opinion, the top jewelry store in the southeast. When I need to shop for jewelry or for gifts I always shop there first. My mother never shopped anywhere else for wedding gifts.

Ware Jewelers is absolutely the best jewelers. I have tried several other jewelers since moving away from Auburn and I have never had the same level of service and quality. Now, I will only go to Wares for new items or repair or redesign of older items. I have learned my lesson. It doesnt pay to go anywhere else. Also, I wanted a custom piece made and the jewelers at Wares exceeded anything I could have ever imagined. They dont just create jewelry, they create memories. While i was shopping for an engagement ring, not only they didnt think my business was not important enough, but they didnt get back to me on the matter. I was promised theyd bring in more stones for me to look at, and even after i emailed the person who helped me, i go no answer. Not a very smart way to do things. Ill never be buying anything from them for the rest of my life. And will strongly advice against it.
