Wow. Ive been taking my Aunt here for a few months now. We have had a really hard time finding an audiologist that takes her seriously. Shane checked all of our boxes, he really went above and beyond to find her the proper hearing aids. Taylor at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. My aunt gets very anxious coming to her appointments, but Taylor went out of her way to make her feel comfortable. Couldnt recommend this place more!

I originally got hearing aids about 4 years ago, used them for a couple of years but continually had issues, batteries dying, in and out, blah blah blah. I recently decided, with wifes continued suggestions to try them again, closest place was Beltone, and the best experience I could ask for. Shane took the time to explain everything, went over and above on the process, a very professional exam and found the solution I was looking for. On returning to pick up the hearing aids, he spent a couple of hours showing the various features and even though took a while to connect, they have really made a huge difference. We walked outside to deal with the traffic noise, talked across several rooms, chatted with Taylor to ensure female voices were clear, and then even requested another follow up to ensure satisfaction. Ill never go back to agreeing, just because I couldnt clearly hear the question. :-) Highly recommend.

The appointment happened at the scheduled time. I was promptly seen in the audiologists office. My hearing aids were adjusted and I was scheduled for another appointment in three months.

Shane hottin at Beltone was extremely helpful and explained every thing I needed to know about my hearing aids, Shane fixed cleaned and made sure I was completely satisfied with beltones products.. I left with a really safe and secure feeling that I am an important client and that thanks to Mr HOTTIN... i cant expect anything more... Thank you Beltone and thanks again Shane.

Very clean, friendly and professional. I made use of the cpn for a free hearing evaluation. Was hesitant thinking I would be talked into something I may not need. Not the case... informative and will definitely return.

Went there with an elderly friend of mine who needed a hearing aid the staff was very friendly and helpful he walked out of there with what he was looking for but they are very expensive my friend paid more then 4000 for his hearing aid with no help from insurance so I hope you never need one cause thats a car your going to be putting in your ears lol
