Very professional staff. Sean was very detailed & explained my hearing test very well. From the first phone call to the end of appointment everything was easygoing & professional. Recommend this office for your hearing tests & needs.

It was as expected for a hearing test you know the sound room and the beeps etc.Then I was shown the hearing aid I would be getting which I am very excited about because it is an otigon and Ive read and heard very good things about them. I will say they are very expensive but if I can hear half as much as I do now it will be worth it.The office is clean the gal in the office was pleasant the hearing technician was pleasant the only downsides is I could barely hear either one of them so I kind of felt like I was in a hearing aid place because I couldnt hear and I thought they would probably speak up as much as they could but I felt like they were just talking their normal voice and I may be wrong on that they may have been screaming I dont know but anyway that was the only downside..Woulf i recommend this place Yes I would I mean were just there for a hearing test not to make friends although I will say the last place I was the gentleman there was extremely nice and friendly and we ended up really having a good time every time I went in for the last couple of years so Im going to miss him but you know I got to move on to where the insurance tells you to go so anyway yes I would recommend it and thats about all I got to say until I get my new hearing aids and then I can review them

When I made my appointment I told them I had just had a hearing test and needed to order hearing aids. The audiologist who did my hearing test gave me a form for my primary care doctor to sign and for authorization for my insurance. I brought this form to my appointment at Hearinglife. I gave them a copy of my hearing test and the doctor signed form and got checked. Im sitting in the waiting room a few minutes the the person who checked me in comes out and basically says You were booked for a hearing test and besides you have to have your doctor sign our medical release form. Which is pretty much the form I gave them, but it wasnt from their office. I talked to the office 3 times between the time I made the appointment and the day of the appointment, not once was I told about this form Of course, maybe if my appointment was made correctly this would not have happened. I drove 30 miles for nothing and now I have to drop a class I was in because 1 of the hearing aids I already had broke and I am unable to hear the instructor. By the time I get another appointment and get the hearing aids ordered, I will have missed too much of the class. The only other place I can get the hearing aids is an hour further away, which is where I will go. I would rather drive the extra hour then go back to this place

Maintenance and cleaning of the heating aids. Very quick and efficient. Also a resupply of batteries!

Audiologist Sean was fabulous he was very thorough with the audio test I cant hear worth a darn and it showed after he conducted the tests I have what you call a reverse curve hearing loss which means I dont hear the low tones opposed to the high frequencies like most of the populations hearing loss is.So the audiologist Sean placed a set of hearing aid in my ears (after he set them to my hearing loss on the computer) and then we had a conversation oh my word....I could hear crisp clear and it was amazing I almost started crying because I was so happy again I could engage in a conversation and wasnt saying what and I could close my eyes and listen ( because I read lips to hear) and it was easy to listen with out the stress to hear. So then we talj about cost and even know they are spendy its an investment Im saving for Im putting away $$$ every week so I can listen again clearly without stress or strainAudiologist Sean is awesome he makes it simple and painless go see him and let him help you hear again.

Was witnessed to my neighbors rude treatment when I drove him there. He is a 93 year old World War 2 Veteran, who needed some help with his hearing aids. Apparently there is a specific time for repair issues. With no one in their waiting room, he said Can you just walk into your doctors or dentist office and ask for immediate help? Again, there was no one in the building. This man has spent over $4,000 in hearing aids, and this is the kind of customer service he gets when he has a problem. The best thing that happened to our day is when we found Imagine Hearing Solutions, on the other side of Auburn, and had the opposite response when we walked in her door, with 2 people waiting in her lobby.

Thank you for bringing the rechargeable batteries to me in my car. Thank you for being open during this difficult time.

My aunt is in her late 90’s. She has purchased 2 sets of hearing aids from them. When she purchased The second set of hearing aids they employees there told her that they called her insurance company and there was 0 coverage for hearing aids. I checked with her insurance company at a later date and they said they would have covered part of it. When I called this company to tell them the man said it was too late to recover any of it and the person who helped her was no painter thereTwo days ago I took her hearing aids in the be cleaned- I also told the man they never fit in her ears properly. They fall out. She didn’t tell them before should have but doesn’t like to complain... even tho she should. The man was very arrogant and told me they were too old that she should get a new one. I told him that she was on a very limited income and she couldn’t afford new ones. He was not very sympathetic and acted as though he didn’t want her to come in to have it adjusted since they were older. He was not at all welcoming, friendly or caring! I would never go there for hearing aids

Audiologist has no knowledge of deafness cuz he said wearing hearing aid is useless and I am wearing one after seeing different audiologist so its ridiculous...
