I had a wonderful experience! When I called to schedule an appointment, they were polite, respectful, and scheduled me within the week. Dr. Kelly was amazing and really listened to what I had to say. She made sure to go over all my options, and worked with me to find what worked best.

This was my very first visit and from the receptionist to the audiologist, everyone was so kind. I didn’t feel nervous or uncomfortable. I really love the fact that when they say you must come with a mask on, you must have one on or they will give you one dor the safety of everyone.

Quick, friendly, and thorough service. Very welcoming. I visited with an 8 year old who was afraid thinking it was a “doctor’s” visit. She came around very quickly and the Audiologist was very patient.

Dr. Hoven at Hearing Professionals of Alabama in Auburn is the Best!! She is very caring, compassionate and wants to insure you are well informed on the results of your test. She took the time to explain everything on the chart of the hearing test and answered any questions I had. She explained all the options for me with no pressure to make an immediate decision. I am giving another 5 Stars to HPOA for their phenomenally caring service. Your staff and customer service is so good it almost makes me glad I have hearing loss! Okay, that was extreme, but you honestly make the very best of each call and visit, whether live, online or via phone. Many thanks again!PREVIOUS REVIEW: My visits with Hearing Professionals - both live and online - have been truly outstanding. Its not near enough to say they care or they do a good job. They are extremely professional before, during, and after the visit. Plus, Beth actually gives you ample time to express any needs and have them listened to and resolved. I was referred by a friend. The customer service and information provided was top notch. I’d highly recommend.

The office was nice and welcoming. The receptionist was a really sweet and knew what she was doing. The doctor had a great bedside manner. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained any test very well to make you feel comfortable and she would explain the results as well and if you had any questions she would Answer all of them. She spent an hour with us showing different types of hearing devices and the technology of the devices along with prices. We will definitely be going back to order our new hearing aids and would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Dr Beth is fantastic. Very smart and detailed. A great listener to my needs. She set me up for a great experience and I am so glad I went to her office. Her receptionist Abby is very nice and accommodating too. I had returned hearing aids to Sams as they just would not work with my phone. These new ones work great and the sound quality is fantastic! Only gave five start because they don’t have more!

We went for a redo of our newborn screening! The receptionist was super sweet (sorry I didnt catcher name). She offered us water or coffee and conversed with us while we waited to be called back. Dr. Kelly was AMAZING with my 6 week old. She was very patient knowing that babies dont generally sit still or quiet. She went above and beyond to see why his test wasnt clear by doing another test to determine he has fluid on his ears. We are beyond happy we chose Hearing Professionals of Alabama!

Siemans did an excellent job giving me a hearing test.They actually had me repeat words that I heard using a females voice and then a males voice.I have had a bunch of hearing tests. This is the first time a company did the standard test and then tested me repeating words.Great start

I have had excellent experiences at HPOAL. Early hearing loss can feel like the terrifying, uncontrollable unknown, but Dr. Kelly puts me at ease and makes it all manageable. I would say that my hearing aids have brought my hearing back to what it was. The follow up care here is amazing, and they will help you by tweaking your aids until your hearing experience is as great as it can be (which is care you wouldn’t get with online purchases). I highly recommend Hearing Professionals of Alabama.

Hearing Professionals of Alabama has re-opened the world to me - sounds that were long forgotten have now returned....and even my vehicle turn signal now clicks properly. Warm and friendly staff who care about their patients, comfortable waiting area with coffee or other drinks, but most importantly, competent well delivered service.

The audiologists all have very impressive professional backgrounds. The doctor I worked with (Dr. Kelly) spent a long time explaining how hearing loss affects the brain and your quality of life. Each patient is different and an individual prescription is made for you. This is not your grandfathers hearing aid.

I had to bring my son back twice he was a baby and needed his hearing retested. My doctor didnt inform them they had to have a certain one done so I had to come back twice I did get alittle mad, but it wasnt their fault at this office they were amazing. The lady who does the test is the sweetest and has amazing style!

We were referred by Hearing Care Solutions (HCS), an online discount hearing aid provider, who made our appointment for us indicating we were HCS patients. After we drove an hour each way for the appointment, we were told that HPOL no longer accepted HCS patients, but would offer a similar package. We continued to try, I emphasize, try to deal with them. I asked basic questions about insurance: do you preapprove, is insurance payment to us or HPOL, is the total due the total less the insurance to be paid. Seven phone calls later, six days later, these basic business questions were not answered and my phone calls never returned on these questions. I cannot speak to their audiology skills, but business practices seem unethical and sloppy-- In a word: UNPROFESSIONAL.

My son is profoundly deaf with language delay and wears a cochlear implant. Dr. Kelly and the people at Hearing Professionals of Alabama are always patient, pleasant, professional and courteous, always respectful of Alexander and putting him at ease.
