Service has always been excellent. My hearing aid was nibbled on by my dog and it was replaced since it was under warranty! I receive a complete hearing test once a year to see if my needs have changed. Hearing aid batteries and supplies are furnished as part of my initial purchase.

Hearing Life no longer has an audiologist as they did the first time I went there. That person, Tara Howard, was very knowledgeable, professional, and really made me feel comfortable with any questions I might have had. Ever since she left, there has been considerable turn-over and those working there appear only interested in making additional sales rather than taking care of customer needs. The last time I went, the Hearing Aid Specialist never even introduced himself. He has, according to his license, was trained in January of 2021.

Great experience, very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Although I hate hearing that I had hearing loss, they explained everything to me, showed and demoed different hearing aids, and seemed to really just care about my well being. I highly recommend this place!!

From the moment I arrived until the time I left, I felt I was their only concern. Kind, thoughtful, personable, professional, the ladies were there for me! How refreshing! I loved the fact that I was advised of the purpose of and need for every test and was walked through each step patiently. No pressure, just professionalism. It was a most positive experience!
