These people never work every time i come in they are on break there web site says their lunch brake is from 11 to 12 you get here there door says 11:30 to 12:30 and guess what at 12:30 still no one here so if you would like to stop by this place arm your self with a lot of patience you you be there for awhile

They installed a faulty regulator. I was sick with carbon monoxide poisoning. They wont answer the phone to help me. They used to be a good company.Update 3 days later:Well, Ferrell Gas has made my day! They called me back and took great care in making this right. Wonderful! To know people care about each other is such a blessing. Thank you Ferrell Gas.

Impossible to speak with anyone. Was stood up for an appointment after leaving work early to make it. Appointment at 3 home by 230. Business card in door and cant reach anyone. Bad buisness.

I leased a 120gal tank and thought their pricing and customer service was excellent. Havent had any refills though. Im a bit surprised by low ratings as I have had great experience so far.

I was a customer for 2 years and was on their automatic refill program. There were a couple of times I had to call in for clarification on things but they were always friendly and fixed these few issues. I am surprised by the other low reviews on here as the few issues I had were fixed quickly and without any trouble. I thought their prices were reasonable and all of the employees I dealt with were pleasant.

Simply HORRIBLE. After requesting a refill, the serviceman determined there was a leak in THEIR equipment that we are renting. We received no callback for over a day with a status and called their office for an update. They told us it would be 10 DAYS before we would have someone out to repair THEIR equipment. This left us with no stove, oven, heated water during the WINTER for 10 DAYS. I was connected to their scheduling agent to see if we could do anything, but the agent did not answer. We left a message and have had NO CALL BACK for 2 days. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. NO ONE should be forced to deal with this ESPECIALLY DURING THE WINTER. They have demonstrated NO interest in supporting their customer. They have shown NO interest in the concerns we’ve expressed repeatedly.

Took a tank here to get recertied sense it was 12 years old and the gas station refused to fill it up. It was fairly easy and I left it there the guy to pick up the next day the only thing I didnt like was the fact the guy didnt take the tank to somewhere warm to put the sticker on and then fill up and give it to the customer so the sticker was not sticking.

I get my 20lb tanks filled here. Much cheaper than a gas station and they know how to fill a tank properly unlike most places around here.

Horrible customer service. I ordered and paid for a propane delivery 2 weeks ago and here I sit in the cold. I called twice and they told me theyd call me back when they talked to dispatch. Big surprise: no call back. Called a third time and they said it would be delivered the next day. Big surprise: no delivery.Get your propane elsewhere if you depend on it.

Company will nickel and dime you to death. They have no local control over their propane pricing. It is considerably higher than their competition. They will charge you $100.00 to come get their tank when you change service providers. Not a good company to do business with.
