First time into their shop for a cylinder exchange and I was very pleased with the customer service!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great place no bs.

If I could rate them a 0 stars I would. Every time I have gone in there I feel like I am putting them out. I figured after purchasing a welder and spending more than $5k there over 3 or 4 months they would treat me like a valued customer but nope they still treat me I am putting them out. Ill drive 50 miles out of my way now to shop where they value my business since they obviously dont.

Glass workers beware their oxygen rates are beyond inflated! 3x as much as Barnes in citrus heights which gives exclusive rates to lampworkers!
