We had a problem with one of our machines. They were able to get us in quickly and take care of everything we needed. Got us back up and going. It was greatly appreciated.

You have to call and keep on these people, as they do not like to call you and tell you whats going on with the repair. First time it took them 3 months to repair, and I started calling after a month to find out anything as they would not call you to tel you what was going on. Would blame the manufacturing for not getting back to them, so they responded accordingly to you in-kind. Couldnt fix a weed-wacker right the first time under warranty, and they lost all the paper from a 2 weeks ago and had they had me find it and give it to them, again!!! Brought it back after one use after their repair attempt, quote from the old guy, Fn junk. Several weeks passed and no communications again. The only way I knew what was going on was when the manufacture reached out to me by mail, several weeks after I dropped it off.

Dealt with a jerk when I purchased a brand new Cub Cadet, belt kept slipping off when put in reverse. Told I was doing something wrong. Never will get my business again.

Been here a few times to have work done on a snow blower. Work was done and done right.
