Rented for a graduation party, everything went smoothly. The guys who dropped off/ picked up were professional and friendly. Arrived during times specified, called day prior for a double check. Would use again for sure.

The staff st TR Auburn were so helpful!I needed a concrete drill... that was huge and unwieldy for this grey haired lady. The crew helped me to select a smaller tool and demonstrated the procedure. They looked at each other and one young man offered to do it for me! Awesome!! Project complete 30 minutes door to door!! Thank you TR! Youre amazing💕

The gentlemen at Taylor Rental were a huge help to us when our trailer popped off in front of their business! They came out and helped us get off the road and into safety. Rented a boom lift cost me 300 dollars. When I picked it up the girl at the front desk was super rude. The young man that walked me through it was a nice kid. Got it home and it locked itself out and the store had already closed took me 4 hours but finally with the internet help I got it going again but by then it was late and I had to work in the morning and had to have the unit back after work the following day. So I basically paid them 300 for nothing. Now I understand it wasnt something they did. And I could have maybe chosen to get it on a weekend but I needed it right then. When i returned it the following day I explained what had happened. The gentleman was actually nice said he would forward the information to the owner and let him make a call on whether or not to refund part of or all the money and I never heard another word back. I have rented numerous things from them. But this will be the last time. I will take my business and probably everyone I knows business elsewhere.

Rented a tractor and trailer. Spent 40 minutes in the yard getting loaded, was told that they would be open for a return and they were not. We literally called and said that we were on our way and was told we had nothing to worry about.The following morning we returned with tractor just to sit in the yard for another 30 minutes getting the trailer unhooked and tractor returned.All and all there has to be some where else in town to rent equipment.———-Same day the management reached out to not just correct but take responsibility. A lot is to be said for a business willing to look into and take ownership. No problem at all giving them a second shot. Management is paying attention and that’s important.

We rented a cotton candy machine from Taylor rental, and it was such an easy process! Everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be renting from them in the future.

My mom reserved some table cloths for us and my fiancé went to pick them up and the lady was completely rude to him when he as asking about a table. They charged us 300 plus dollars for table cloths that let me say we’re not even what we wanted. They gave us some round some long and some chair covers. My mom called them and they brought us 2 more but claimed they only had 8 and said they gave all they had which wasn’t right and they were one round and one yellow stained looked like pee on it.. They didn’t even give us a receipt for any of this. And when the lady was carrying out the table she hit my fiancé in the shin causing it to bleed and all she had to say was that’s what she has been trying to as the top of the table fell and hit him in the shin.. I paid all this money and wasn’t even able to use the stuff because it was wrong..

Rented a floor sander that quit half way thru the job . I had it rented for 24 hours . Picked it up at 2:30 in the afternoon it quite working at 7:00 I was three quarters of the way done and they were closed . I called them in the morning and they said bring it back we will swap it with the other one they had . I am thinking ok great I have to make another trip but fair enough. here is the thing, the job would have been done and over if it would not have quite working . Now they want to charge me 4 hours to take the other sander to finish the job the first one was unable too . When I talked to Tiffany the manager she said they plugged the first one in and worked fine . I can tell you it did not It slowly lost power and got hot as we were using it and then it quit . I tried a different outlet thinking maybe I blew a fuse still wouldnt work . I would avoid these people if you have other options the customer service is awful .

Ive rented equipment from here on multiple occasions for projects were doing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They make renting equipment easy and painless. Rental fees are affordable.

Awesome customer service! Bought a Dixie Chopper from them over 10 years ago and have had it serviced there every year since. Had my first issue with this mower and they picked it up in the morning and returned it ready to go in the afternoon. I highly recommend Taylor Rental in Auburn.

Last year I had to rent a Portajohn for an event and didnt know who to call so I used a national number. They contracted to Taylor rental for the job and they were phenomenal. So now I call them directly! Highly recommend them!

Had scheduled to rent a floor sander last Saturday, the weekend of the snow storm. They called me saying I could pick it up Friday so I wont have to be out driving on Saturday and wanted to make sure I was safe. That is excellent business and shows they really care!

Bob Kester takes the time to make sure your equipment is fully repaired and hell take the time to explain to you what went wrong and how to prevent any other mishaps from happening. We rented a tiller too use we paid too use it 24 hours we got it at 4:00pm Wednesday May 13 and returned it Thursday May 14 at 11:00 am and were not given the deposit back (it was only $20) because we didn’t bring it back at 8 or 9 am I guess they don’t really rent things out for 24 hours cuz we returned it well before the 24 hour limit (which would of been 4 pm )

I needed some porta-potties in the middle of the night for work (we had a water problem). So, I emailed the address listed on their webpage for emergencies, thinking there is no way I can get potties tonight........... especially via email. Sure enough the owner called me right back! He personally and happily delivered two sparkling clean potties in about 30 minutes. Wow, what great service! Had he not brought them out that night, we would have had to cancel production at the plant. Taylor Rental understood our need and filled it. Thank you!

We rented a piece of lawn equipment from Taylor Rental in Auburn, IN. We had some bad communication on the initial order but they made it 110% correct in the end.

We have a Dixie Chopper that has had a problem with the switch that controls getting off and on while running. Bob Kester took some time but got the problem solved. We are so glad its finally fixed! Thank you. 🙂
