Traveled 250 miles from NJ to purchase my bike here. What a gem of a showroom - tons of bikes and racks full of gear, jackets, helmets, etc. My bank account is lucky I dont live close by.As far as the sale, Jack Courtney went above and beyond, getting everything ready to go, even looking into my states registration docs to make sure I was all set at signing, working with the shipping company I hired, etc.I highly recommend this place. Good experience on our first four wheeler purchase for our grandsons, 6 and 8 years old. Very knowledgeable and led us in the right direction to select a great little machine for these guys, the Fox 70. They are thrilled with this thing.I am sure we will be back for a similar but little bigger one for the older guy some day as taking turns with this one now is getting to be a problem.

I bought a bike then we went back bought 3 more bikes cool spent over 50k in the store but yet every time we call they can’t pick up the phone or have parts yet or wait 3 weeks for the wrong parts as if we didn’t buy the bike from u guys and u order California edition parts for a us bike ! I call any other motor cycle shop they pick up the phone I don’t have to call 10 times throughout the day to hope someone picks up to tell me they don’t have the parts anyway clearly you need to hire more people that can keep up with the sales team!

Great place to buy your motorcycle and accessories. I recently bought a Honda Rebel 1100 (hard to find) from them and had very good experience throughout the buying process. They also have a parts and accessories section with a good selection at reasonable prices. More than anything, they have a friendly staff who are happy to spend time with you and help out in whichever way they can (Keith and Rob to name a few). Check them out before you look elsewhere. Found them On Google and went in to speak with Eric about purchasing 2 ATVs for my kids and walked out of there in under an hour both ATVs paid for and ready to go. If you are looking for anything unit/parts/gear this place is it! We love going to Motorsports, they are super helpful and knowledgeable.Bought 4 machines from them and this is the place we get all our parts. Staff is always super helpful, from the sales floor to the service department.With inventory shortage its been hard to get hands on an exact model you are looking for, as most of these bikes barely makes it to the showroom floor.But we lucked out and were able to get our son his KLX 140 and a CRF 110 (someone backed out on a deal), got both bikes we were looking for in the same week with their help!

I put a deposit down on a bike & Jack was super helpful & finding exactly what I wanted. I thought I was going to have to wait a couple weeks or a month but It ways just a couple days before Jack gave me a call. The process was so quick & their store has all the accessories from gas containers to bike stands. They have it all!

I put money down on a Honda pioneer back in February and had to wait on Honda until June but the machine came in a few weeks earlier than expected and my salesman Rob stayed late on a Saturday before vacation to get the paperwork done so I could bring it home, great sales people and service I recommend them to anyone looking for an ATV or motorcycle.

Recently just bought a Kawasaki mule sx and dealt with Nick. Right from the start he was great and didn’t get that pushy salesman feel. Unfortunately I was only able to put in a deposit for the machine and from there on it was just a waiting game till when the machine would arrive. I would check in every couple weeks because there was no delivery date from the manufacturer. Fortunately one had arrived and nick got back to me quickly and helped me out with the financing and I was able to take one home. It was a very easy purchasing experience. Nick was easy to get along with and is a car guy like me so it was nice have a little car talk with him. Definitely recommend Motorsport international and will be back for future purchases.

The general manager here is the most friendly guy I think I’ve ever seen. I came to the dealership plenty of times and every time you go in they greet you, make sure you can find it is what you’re looking for and any questions you have they’ll answer anything right away. When I bought my bike there they made the process so easy. My sales manager Rob was so nice and knowledgeable, if I had to get another bike I would definitely go for Rob again. They delivered my bike for me pretty quickly and I was riding that same week. Overall if you need a motorcycle, gear or work done to your bike, I highly recommend this place, they’ll get it done quick and easy.

I bought my first bike over the weekend. Eric made the process very simple and I was glad that they handled pretty much the hole process in house. Traded in my old Goldwing for a 2021 Goldwing DCT. Eric was very knowledgeable about the new model and demonstrated all the features. Even after I took delivery and came back with a few questions, once again he showed me the operation with a bike on the Showroom floor. This was my third bike purchase and will definitely be back in the future. Ive had all my previous bikes serviced there and they always did excellent work. A shoutout to the parts department as well. Service department sucks. Went for a sticker and they told me unless I service my bike from them, they will not give me a sticker . Following with my lawer to inform RMV to take action about their policy and cancel their license for inspection

I bought a 2020 Kawasaki Z650 abs model from Rob. He made it quick and easy. Got me great value on my trade and the finance department with Darren was quick and painless. This place always disapoints,the parts dept never has any of the basic motorcycle and ATV parts in stock. Like common inner tubes .The staff is somewhat helpfull they tell you they can order it for you and get it for you in 5-7 days, I can do better then that with a phone these days, I find that when buying a new motorcycleor ATV UTV there prices are at lest 10%-15% plus higher then the other places, the sales staff is knowledgeable on the product there selling but thats the only plus I have with this place I dont like wrighting negative reviews but this place was such a disappointment recently I had to, I would not recommend this place .

This was my first time shopping for a 4 wheeler. I did alot of research online to narrow down my choices to what we were looking for.I went to motorsports int. Because a friend bought a Ranger from them and said they were great in customer service.My experience was no less than great. Nick Bacon was my salesman and he was very helpful with all my questions. Not just trying to sell me a machine either.I asked for his honest words about the 2 machines i was looking at and he was very good at just answering the questions. I ended up with the Polaris sportsman 450...great job Nick we are having a great time riding and you were spot on with your assessment of the machine...we will be back!!!Financing was easy too....and I signed and loaded in my truck that day..

This place is the real deal. From the General Manager to the sales department right down to the parts and service department. These guys ROCK. They will hook you up and make you happy no matter what style of bike you have or want. Everyone there is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about every bike they sell and service. This is the only place my VTX 1800 will be serviced.

Ive been trying to schedule an appointment to have some parts installed. The parts i ordered have been at the shop for a couple weeks now. I try to schedule an appointment but I have to listen to 3 minutes of phone-automation before I can choose what department to call. Then when I finally press 3 for the service department, more minutes of phone automation and nobody answers. I have left 2 voice mails, once a week with no reply.

First I have to say that 5 stars is not enough! I had been searching for a Yamaha Raider for awhile and I happened to find one here. Im from the Cape Cod area so I had never heard of Motorsports International until I did a Google search. I wish I would have found them a long time ago because they were amazing! Eric in sales worked extremely hard to get this deal done. He responded to all of my emails (and there were many, trust me) and answered all of my calls without any sign of him getting impatient or irritated. He went out of his way, above and beyond expectations to get me onto this beautiful Yamaha Raider. Anyone looking for a bike should start here before going anywhere else. Had my bike completely rebuilt here. Just put about 32 hrs on the bike, and still running strong. Still stop in time too time to pick up oil, and other things along those lines. Love this place highly recommend them and there work great service. I walk in, and right away was asked if I need help finding something. Great place, go and check them out.

This place is awful, I brought my quad in for a couple minor fixes and it’s been in the shop for longer than a month. They won’t call me back, they won’t give me the tracking number for a part when they told me they would. They just want your money and too mess with you. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was looking to buy some youth bikes during the covid 19. Motorsports had what I wanted, and prepared them same day. My family was riding by the afternoon. They also went out of their way to show me a machine that was on order, they shipped it in from Connecticut for me to check out.
