First time in. Needed some gear for MSF course coming up. Everyone was gracious with their time and patient with my questions. Went the extra mile helping me get things squared away and I will return on a regular basis.

I’m giving it 2 stars because the store was clean and well stocked. Here’s where they lost my business. I came in and there was one employee helping a man and his daughter. The other employee was a guy with a ponytail behind the register talking on the phone to a customer. The employee helping the man and kid said he’d help me when he was finished. I stood for 10 minutes waiting patiently near the register and helmets. The other employee with the ponytail finished on the phone, looked at me, nodded then turned around and asked the guys who came in behind me if they could help them. Really? I needed about $500 in gear for my grandson and the employee behind the register decided that my sale was not important. I drove an hour to get to this store on the recommendation of my daughter who had been waited on by a female employee that stayed late to fit my grandson for gear the night before, so I went. Never again. It’s too far to be treated that way by anyone. This was on 7-7-21 @ around 2:30pm.

There are no other motorcycle shops to go to. It is OEM, online or Cyclegear. Good for trying out jackets and helmets, often on sale. They offer tire installation on loose rims which is nice.

The staff was super helpful and nice. They didn’t have one of the items I was looking for but gave me good advice with a couple alternatives.

I had purchased a helmet that was too large for me. I went into the store and one of the associates (I dont remember his name) spent a great deal of time with me looking up different options to make it fit. He landed on some different sized cheek pads, etc. He really went above and beyond. Walking over to other helmets and seeing there cheek pad sizes, etc.Great Team!Thanks again gents!

Excellent in store experience, staff was super helpful, nice, and sociable. Great spot to explore helmets in particular, with lots of brands and styles to look at and try, but theyve also got a pretty comprehensive inventory from bike maintenance all the way to apparel. 10/10 Would recommend

Theyre open on Sundays which is rare. And they had everything I needed. Leather saddlebags, waterproof bike cover, open face helmet.,

I dont think Ive ever been treated so well the woman that worked with me was amazing very helpful knowledgeable sweet kind And probably pretty but she had a mask on I couldnt tell. L o l

Great experience as always, we were looking for a DOT helmet for my 8 years old daughter, help and service was great, the only problem was that your stock was kind of limited.

Great place. It has a lot of different motorcycle accessories, apparel & helmets. The staff seems very knowledgeable. The only con is they carry mainly the top name brand items so you pay the higher price.

Josh was super helpful in finding all the gears that I need. He was super patience while I tried on multiple items and continue to suggest and look for items that might suit my request.

Drove 2 1/2 hours to shop for gloves.Found a pair after going through their great selections.

Popped in to see what was on sale. Found nice waterproof gloves to leave in the bike for those times a Seattle rain moment rolls through. And I stop ruining my nice leather gloves.

I ordered a jacket online and didnt realize that it came without armor included with it. The guy helped me find the right fit for the application. Great group of people.

The sales team is knowledgeable and helpful. The only problem I have is that they seem to mostly cater to sport bike and dirt bike riders. Very little for us v twin guys

Super friendly staff helpful and knowledgeable.They seam severely understaffed though the help you get is great when you can get it but theyre usally so busy i feel bad taking up to much of their time with other customers waiting and what not. Also love that you can order online and pick up in store incase you wanna do an immediate return. One employee (zach) stands out as super helpful and has started to recognize me when I come in.

Did a warranty swap on a sena and instead of just swapping it and charging me the 10 bucks for the warranty charged me the difference for a new sena which I don’t understand why I would be getting charged when it’s a swap.

I was looking for women’s gear and the assistant manager Samuel happened to help me out and fitted me with perfect gear head to toe. Everything fit right and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Shoutout to Sam the assistant manager, he has impeccable knowledge when it comes to bikes and everything it entails. 10/10 would recommend cycle gear in auburn. Great place, wonderful staff, great inventory. Oh and the bike nights are fun too.

These guys are great and they know their stuff....i have dealt with them a couple times once for a sprocket and today trying to find a part...unfortunately it was something they dont deal with but he sure tried to help me get what i needed and after no luck he was able to at least steer me in the right direction...if you need parts or accessories give these guys first shot...customer service goes a long way especially when good service is hard to find...

Anything at Cycle Gear as good as far as Im concerned staff is going to bowl. They usually have my parts in stock. You can also buy online and pickup. I like that place.

I had called in about getting a tire replaced a couple hours before closing. The guy told me to come in and he could do it. He ended up leaving to go somewhere and consequently was not able to do the replacement. So I left the wheel and tire there to be done. Later that night, almost an hour after their closing time, the guy called me and said it was done and ready! Personable staff. They had a birthday there and the cake looked delicious..
