Lots of options for living room furniture. They were able to get what I wanted from another store in less than 24 hours! Excellent customer service and delivery staff!

The augusta location seems to have a nice selection of furniture at a competitive price.However, actually receiving the furniture after you buy it is an extremely frustrating experience. Four different people have told me four different dates. And even though i told them i needed it by a certain date and was assured i would. It has again been pushed out even more.FULL OF SMOOTH TALKING SALESMEN WHO MAKE PROMISES TO MAKE SALES THEN GO BACK ON THEIR WORD

My husband and I stopped in on Sunday to shop, we found a reclining sofa with a drop down table we really liked. I was worried about being hounded with sales people while we shopped but they were pleasant, greeted us and let us know they were there to help if we needed it and then let us shop in peace. We got super lucky, they had a cancellation right before we got there and we got the couch delivered today!! Salesman was easy to deal with and the two delivery men were very fast and friendly. Thanks!!

We bought a new sofa from the Augusta location. They had a good selection at fair prices. The sales people were friendly and gave us space to shop and try out the furniture. The sofa we selected had to be ordered from one of their warehouses so we had to wait a few days. They were supposed to call us when it arrived in Augusta but they didnt, I had to call them. Besides that one minor detail, it was an excellent experience.

The service you get here is beyond exceptional. Jeff was wonderful, has a great attention to detail, and made sure we got everything we wanted. I highly recommend this place.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I dont usually leave reviews... good or bad, but I would be remiss not to leave a glowing recommendation for The Furniture Gallery. There truly are not enough positive and thoughtful words to explain how wonderful this place is. The customer service is incredible. The products are fantastic and the prices cant be beat anywhere in the world. I spent weeks online and at various stores looking for the right set at the right price. It took a whole 10 minutes inside of The Furniture Gallery to find the perfect set at the most incredible price. They had the set shipped to the store within a couple of business days. The two individuals that I worked with were nothing short of spectacular and even that seems like an understatement. I was on a crunch to pick up the set and get home to the babysitter on time. They had the set all wrapped up and ready to go at the loading bay door and helped me load it into the truck. I could not be happier with the friendly, welcoming, kind, generous customer service that I received at The Furniture Gallery. There was a factory defect on one of the items I ordered. Nothing that I or they could have forseen. I called Jeff the next day who had a replacement shipped right away and couldnt have been more understanding, helpful, and generous. Jeff and Danisha (I think was her name) could not have been more helpful. Jeff went above and beyond to help every step of the way. PLEASE NOTE the defect had nothing to do with the Furniture Gallery or its employees, so please dont read anything negative into that. I only mention it to show what amazing, wonderful, incredible, kind, thoughtful people the folks are at The Furniture Gallery. If i could give 6 stars I would and I will 100000% be coming back to purchase more furniture from them. Please save yourself the time of looking elsewhere and just go to the best place in town where you know youll end up anyway :) Thank you Jeff, Danisha (again sorry if I got the name wrong lol)!!!!!

This transaction was as easy as it gets for both parties. We walked in, knew what we wanted them to order and they ordered it.All that being said, the devil is in the details. The second we walked in, they made us feel at home and were happy to help us. Through out the entire ordering process, they called me to let me know the shipping status. We priced the sofa we were going to get from several other places, and while furniture gallery was $30 more expensive, with no free shipping to our house, they beat everyone elses timeline by 8 to 24 weeks (other stores said theyd have the sofa in 10 to 26 weeks because of Covid, The Gallery had it in 2!!).Overall, there are places out there that can get furniture cheaper and with free shipping, but if you want people who care and a fast turn around time, go to The Furniture Gallery.

Arrived at the store and walked in. The store had a lot of displays of both living room and dining room furniture. We were greeted by two employees that were at their desk in the back of the store. They told us that they would be with us in a few minutes because they both were busy with customers on the phone. My partner and I were ok with that because we wanted to go upstairs and check out the mattresses. It was nice to be able to lay on each bed without the pressure of a sales person pushing us to buy. After about 10 minutes a lady came up and introduced herself. We told her what mattresses we were looking at. Then she told us because of Covid that shipping could take up to 6 to 8 weeks. We were ok with that. She had us try a couple of the beds and after we decided which one we liked. She asked if she wanted us to see if it was available. When she came back upstairs she said it would have to be ordered. I then told her that we were also interested in a bureau and already found some that we liked online at their website. She took me to one and we realized it wasnt the same one that i showed her online, but I loved the one she showed. The only problem is we needed to measure to see if it would fit in our room. It didnt. We told her the measurements that we needed but at that point I feel like she didnt want to bother with us. I thought maybe she would have gotten online with us and showed us different ones we could order that would fit in our space. Instead she went back downstairs, therefore we went downstairs. We then wanted to see the selection of kitchen tables they had, we walked right by the sales lady and she asked what we were going to look at and we told her. She kept walking and sat back down at her desk. I was ready to buy a mattress and bureau and who knows maybe even a kitchen table, but felt I was just wasting her time. I feel I wasnt taken seriously as a customer. Honestly I was very disappointed. I walked away feeling discouraged especially after reading the good reviews.

Our experience was wonderful. Staff members as well as the delivery drivers were all extremely professional and very well mannered. Would highly recommend this store to anyone purchasing items.

I love this sectional couch, although once it was delivered and they put it together, They stated that there was a piece missing and that someone would be out in a couple of days to fix, after a week or two I called and asked them about it and a lady working there stated that she didnt see it ordered so she would and it would arrive in a few days, I received a package and it wasnt even what we needed so I went back to speak to them directly. I showed them exactly what was missing by pointing to it on the display that they still had set up. Oh, she says she would have it ordered and they would send it to me. I said NO please send someone out to install it. Well, they just left and they installed it incorrectly and we are no better off than before. We will figure a way to fix it on our own. Very, Very disappointed in their attention to detail.

They have a decent selection of furniture. It had been snowing/raining the day I went & they had several buckets placed around to catch dripping water. Wasnt sure about buying anything from them because of that. Never know if the furniture could have been affected by that.

Weve been there two times in two years for large purchases. Loved the atmosphere & customer service. The delivery was excellent & quick. We wont go anywhere else for furniture.

The prices are very reasonable and the salespeople are very polite and accommodating. We paid to get our couch delivered, but the wrong piece of furniture had been delivered (this was the fault of the furniture maker not the furniture store, as the piece was not properly labeled). The delivery team and the team in the store had the correct piece of furniture delivered in very little time, and the store manager waived the delivery fee. I would definitely recommend them for your next furniture purchase.

I ordered a night stand and it looked like some of the paint was chipped so the manager said hed order me another one. When two weeks went by and I didnt hear anything I called the manager except he couldnt remember what we spoke about or what I had even bought so I had to explain. Needless to say I wasnt happy at all because he said he hadnt even ordered it and it had been two weeks. When he did call me to set up the delivery he mentioned delivering it on a Thursday but when he realized I wasnt going to be home at a certain time he said the following Thursday would be better. A few days later he called me again because he couldnt remember what day he set up the delivery for. When Thursday finally came I rushed home from work because it was supposed to be delivered after 2:00. I then realized I had a voice mail from 10:30 that morning saying they were delivering it in twenty minutes. I was extremely mad because the Manager Jeff said it would be delivered after I got home from work so I called complaining. Once the delivery guys finally got here I asked them if he set up that time and they said No there was no notes on it. This man as a manager does not know how to deal with customers. He never remembered anything he said to me. You would think these important details would get written down because its a business. This whole thing went on for a month or more before I finally got my piece of furniture and although they delivered it free of charge the run around I got was ridiculous. I will Never buy another piece of furniture from this store again, and Ive bought a bunch over the last decade. Im done!!

I will never purchase anything from this store again, the kitchen table I purchased has white marks on it like the coating has worn off. This started just a couple of months after purchasing it, its almost like the table is not made to place plates on it to eat. Just junk!!!!
