Picked up a range that their site said had no damage just open box. The range was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic when I got there and they loaded it in my truck. Got it home and unwrapped it and there was a huge dent and the enamel on the range top was cracked. They lied about the condition and hid it. Force to them to unwrap and inspect before excepting..... Lesson learned.

It’s one of the few Best Buy Outlets in the entire country. Everything in the store is either a customer return or was damaged during initial shipping, sometimes they get in floor display models that are very close to new. Very rare to find anything “new” in a store like this in general. Two of the managers are very helpful, one not so much.As long as you go in with the understanding that what your looking for is either previously used and/or repaired you won’t be disappointed. Scratches, dings and dents are almost a given. Expecting discount prices on new in box product is setting yourself up for dissatisfaction. Check the tags carefully, not everything includes all of its peripheral equipment and is sold strictly “as is”.

DO NOT BUY OUT OF BOX ITEMS HERE!!!! THEY DO NOT WORK.Okay so to begin, my husband and I wanted to upgrade our washer and dryer. We decided on an out of box or whatever washer and dryer. We drove 3 hrs to pick up our order and they looked great, we were told they work great and were inspected/ repaired.We drove the 3 hrs home (6hrs round trip with a baby) hooked up them up and right off the bat, the washer didn’t spin. We searched YouTube, google and everywhere else to see what was wrong with it until a local appliance tech advised us to return them. So we swap them out with different models, repeat the 6 hr drive and bring the new washer back and hook it up. THIS ONE DOESNT WORK EITHER! Mind you, this is not cheap $1,500 for the set plus like 12 hrs in the car! 2 GE washers that don’t work! They were obviously returned because they didn’t work and the store turned around and just sold them again without repairing them!! And when we call the store, they have their phone and answering machine turned off!! Nobody will get back to us.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We are so angry and beat down. On top of that we can’t get a GE repair tech to our area to honor the warranty. Best Buy and GE are a bunch of crooks. 0/5 stars.

Ok, so I drive past this place all the time & have always wondered about what they carried. I was thinking itd be the same things they carry at all Best Buy stores, but thats NOT the case. I feel like the sign should really read, Best Buy Appliance Outlet.

I bought LG oven, an open item. Adrian was fantastic and super helpful! He know all the details of the oven and refrigerator I was looking. I would highly recommend the place if you are looking for relatively inexpensive brand name appliance. Also ended up purchasing LG refrigerator. Both came with manufacturers warranty although Best Buy guarantee you will get one.

A lot of new, and customer returned open box items. Great savings. Very large inventory.

They mostly have kitchen appliances. We opened up one fridge and it was filled with moldy black water. We almost threw up. They also have a bunch of tvs.

I love to leave positive reviews and will do so every chance I get. This is not such a chance.Weve had great experiences at this store in the past but this one did not go so well. Our associate, Tim could be heard across the showroom floor berating 3 different sets of customers before we had contact with him. Tim talks over you, Tim talks down to you. Tim wont let you finish a sentence. Tim KNOWS hes like this because he mentions that hes had some bad reviews. It doesnt seem to have changed his behavior for the better. Tim also apparently has problems keying in orders appropriately because our sale had to be rekeyed, which caused us to lose our delivery window not once but twice. Weve now cancelled the purchase all together rather than have to try to find a 3rd delivery date, more than a week in the future. Best Buy, we loved our last experience with you but we have to look somewhere else this time.

As a former Best Buy employee of 10 years I was at a complete loss for words for the horrible customer service. I’ve never been at this location outlet. So naturally I had questions. This guy basically looked bothered to help me and was acting like ya, you got to figure it out. Then when our interaction was done we went to go play with his phone bent over a stove. I was ready to buy a fridge the protection plan and on a Best Buy card. If I could give this no stars I would. I wish I would have noticed his name tag. Management have fun with this review.

You can get some good scratch and dent appliances here. Bought a washer. Works great. The manager was a big help

This is a great place for appliance, refrigerators, ranges, cooktops, washers and dryers, TV’s. Realize that all prices are not negotiable and all sales are final. Most products are open box and some small damages.

I got my washer & dryer here and I have enjoyed them with no problems.

Great prices for products. We got a $600 soundboard for $475. Yajaria at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The account was not working but she called into customer support to help us out. On the other hand, Tim came up all frazzled and threw us attitude because we needed to contact the bank. There was no need to give us any attitude because we were just trying to find out what was going on. But other than Tim being a raging roid-aholic we had a terrific time and experience.

Extremely nice staff. Very helpful. We arrived five mins before they closed yet the staff treated us as if we had the whole day. They didn’t rush us. They helped us examine the TV we were purchasing. We did not feel rushed or pressured. We walked out of here with a brand new 65” Samsung TV for $380. Great prices!

The 2 stars is not because of there floor staff its because there 3rd party delivery service busted my dryer and best buy manager didnt get involved to resolve issues we have two accounts and Geek contract we shouldnt have had to call basically to still get no where other then a promise to find matching dryer that cant be delivered until April 19th but if we wanted to pay additional 500 dollars for new one it can be delivered April 16th well either way thats too long when we already waited 9 days this is such poor customer service and If I get my way Im having him shut everything thing down with The do call Best Buy!!!!

Has their work phone on silence. I was unable to reach them for days. I went into the store, call their phone and the Sales associate silenced it.

Horrible customer service. Waited in line with a TV for about 30 minutes then was asked if I had tried it. I said no and the lady said I needed to try it with a employee to make sure it worked. Ask if I would be able to jump at the front of the line since I just waited 30 minutes. She said no. Didnt offer to help in any way. Left the TV and left

Antonio Customer Service was AWESOME- Over the Top and much appreciated. I had options of where to make my final purchase. My Purchase was based Solely on Antonios customer service.VERY disappointed with the Best Buy Corporation. On the website they do not care about Customers experiences, They have no place to provide Kudos- thier online chat said geez thanks but go to the store and tell them we dont offer any place to give our employees recognition. This will Unfortunly change my next decision to buy - A company that does not value the front line workers is inexcusable.

Do not waste your time only deals are on items that are beat up, most items are 10-15% off of what they cost retail.. I went and 43 4K tvs were $233 open box and $229 Retail on sale!

I waited over 30 minutes for them to bring my curbside pickup out before I finally canceled the order. They didnt come to the door or answer the phone.

Staff is nice and knowledgeable, we saved over 1k on a new, slightly damaged fridge.

On there web site says close at 2 on Wednesday and was close at 1. There staff do not even geet you or any help. They dont even answer there phone.

They sold me a TV that wont stay on. My son has a terminal illness and we bought a TV for his room. The sales lady said there was nothing wrong with our tv. She said it had been a display tv which was why it was open box.She plugged it in and had it on for about 2 minutes. We got it home, waited for my sons hospital bed and equipment to arrive and be set up, and then set up the tv last night. The tv wont stay on, it shuts off after 30 minutes or 5 minutes, no rhyme or reason. Weve tried the sleep timer and the Screensaver and nothing works.I was told basically, oh well, who cares? No returns or refunds. Now I have to save up for another tv in his room.

Went to purchase a TV. Sales agent said we had 15 days to return it. After 4 days of the TV went black. We went to return it and the bald manager wouldn’t take it back without geek squad checking it out and saying it’s broken. The TV came with no remote and that same manager said it was our responsibility to check before we left the store. I do not recommend anyone buying anything from this store especially with that manager. No customer service skills whatsoever!

The customer service is hit or miss. Today, on our 4th try looking for a particular fridge, we got lucky with Bazin, Jax, and Tyler, they were nice, understanding, and willing to help. Our first visit Coby was also very helpful but not so much on our second time when it seemed as though he purposefully ignored us, but we all have our days I guess. The manager on that day, unsure of her name but she had extra long nails and big ol eyelashes lacked customer service skills and was rather rude. We called numerous times prior to arriving this second time but no one would answer the phone, we were surprised to walk in and see employees laying down so busy they couldnt answer the phone and possibly save us a trip in. I agree you can get a great deal and I would return here in the future but I will admit I was a bit scared buying a second fridge because the first one when delivered and plugged in had a malfunctioning accessory and declining the delivery was a bit intimidating with the contracted delivery person who was not willing to accept our decision to decline and we had to call and speak to people at bestbuy 3 times during the delivery to convince the deliveryman that we had the right to decline if it didnt work properly. We decided to opt out of deliver this last visit because of our experience with the first deliveryman.

Very clean and organize, but when you have 5 people all behind the counter, cashier and cleaning lady only to working. Not sure how you make sales. No one on the floor helping customers.

Great space with a large assortment of appliances. Friendly folks inside offering to help. Stock will be cycling through regularly, so if you dont see what you want at that time, its best to check back regularly. Remember its only open Fri, Sat and Sun. Will definitely be back.

Its ok if youre ok with damaged/dent/scratch appliances. The only down fall was some of these appliances have actually been used in peoples homes before! We were going to get a new samsung fridge there and we were ok with the dents and scratches but when I looked in the freezer there was old food and mold in the drawers and when I asked they shared with me it was a return from someones home. Ewww!

Didnt realize it was appointment only since the parking lot was completely empty... Even though the store was empty we were turned away. Another car came in after me and the guy watching the door was pretty unprofessional when addressing us as well.

I bout a washer machine from this place, and after 10 days I noticed there is a problem with the washer machine. I went to return it and speak to them about it, but they refused to take it back. They had terrible customer service. I don’t recommend this place.
