The process was so simple, he didnt push any warranties or insurances on me, no extra fees, was super flexible and met me on my own time. Also he was extremely responsive over text. He held the car for me until my day off and laid everything out for me, making the process extremely easy. I had a bad experience at a dealership. I felt confused, overcharged, and taken advantage of. Allen has restored my faith in the car buying process. I appreciate the transperency and I am in love with my new car. Ive bought 3 cars from Allen! Allen is responsive to your needs. The first time I used him, I asked for and got a 4-door Ford F-150. The next time (that means the first time was good) I asked for the next size down pickup and he found me a great deal on a Honda Ridgeline. Still driving it 2 years later. He made sure it was in good working condition. Havent needed much maintenance in that time. Its a keeper. Car number 3 is the wifes car. Probably pass that one down to the kid when he gets his DL.
