I bought a ring at this pawnshop. The staff was surprisingly knowledgeable and they are really nice. They took personal care of me and met all of my needs.

Went there to see if I could sell my Wacom Cintiq got bad vibes from them because I wouldn’t sell them come other stuff underpriced. They took my Wacom Cintiq in the back to show someone else something and now parts of my Cintiq are magically missing. Will definitely be going up there tomorrow to retrieve my items since they are closed today. They had two others there that they said they couldn’t sell, probably because they were missing the parts they stole from me.

I went inside looking for a couple of rings at this location. Brad was passing rude and non professional. Ive been shopping there for the past five yearsMe and my mother both have spent alot of money every time we go in. The young lady that was helping me was courteous but also informed me that if I was to ask him for any more pricing on the items I wanted then he would get even more rude and not give me anything. I felt I was treated with disrespect from Brad. I will not be going back to that location Id rather go to the Thornton location and be treated with respect by Shannon even if I do live in Aurora.

I have never once stepped into one of the Jumping Jack Cash locations but somehow my business bank account was charged (somehow by credit/debit, not a written check) with 2 separate cash advances. My account was either somehow hacked into or some worker assisted the person who stole my identity. I was out nearly $1,000.00 and it took almost 2 months to get the amount returned. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND USING THIS PLACE. Obviously these people dont do their job correctly if some stranger used my identity and my secured banking information to get cash back from this place. NOT A CREDIBLE CASH AGENT, I WOULD USE ANYONE ELSE OVER THESE GUYS.

Love everyone but they wouldnt send me my stuff in tge mail after i sent.them the money for it carlos wouldnt do it so lost everything after doing business there for close to 10 years i was done that way so noone move and offer to send your money for what u owe because they wont send it too u they will sell your stuff but previous managment would have.

Bad store i ever shop . I bought a kirby vaccum few weeks ago. While waiting for my vaccum to ship They emailed cancelled my order and return my money for a stupid reason that my item no longer in stock . I told all my friends and families do not do bussiness with them .

I guess I should start reading reviews before I buy from places. I went here a week ago and purchased a computer tower, when I got home and turned it on the first time, since they didnt have a plug in the store, and I was greeted by a password and the orginal owners information. I called them and they told me they would have their IT guy call me, after two days and no call I went up there to find out they would give me my money back which would take 5 days or I had to leave it there to be fixed which could take days. Needless to say I wouldnt shop here or pawn here since they dont even erase your information before selling it.

These guys loan/pay the most cash money for your items of any of the other surrounding pawn shops in that area on Colfax........ and as far as I know, they pay/loan a higher percentage thanks any other pawn shop in Colorado...but then again I havent pawned a whole lot of my stuff outside of the Denver metro area.
