How are reviews so high. WOW!Unfortunately they wont let you have a mechanic look at it. Steer clear folks!!The cars could be fine, but you could get a hidden Lemon and have the vehicle surprise you with tons of repairs you could never see without a mechanic looking at it. WHAT!?!I called this morning inquiring about a vehicle and the salesman said I could take it on a test drive. Yet once you test drive it, he wanted every customer o make an agreement to buy it. He said if it drives bad, then its no good. I beg to differ -- it could drive fine but have transmission, timing belt, or even engine problems.Im guessing its Stan who answered the phone, but he didnt give his name when answering the phone. This is unprofessional, in my opinion. It also sounds like he sells to low income individuals (sounded scared and pushed financing on every vehicle).Go buy from a dealer or private party. People should be fine letting a mechanic look at a used car.

I was a little nervous about purchasing a car here but Stan was helpful and made it pretty easy. There was some damage that had been repaired in the back end that made the tailgate not work but Toyota ended up fixing it. Overall Id end up buying another car from Stan.

I immediately comfortable working with them and it didnt feel like a typical used car salesperson situation. I had some issues with my purchase after I took the car home and Stan was kind enough to take care of those issues without any charge to me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that I had questions about. I would highly recommend visiting Carflex. They have a really cute dog named Roxy too :)

They will not get back to you, no matter how many times you reach out. I tried asking about a 4runner they had in their inventory. Essentially gave them three chances to get back to me. It was clear that they did not want my money or business, so I gave up on them. Dont waste your time, contact a dealer that treats potential customers with respect.
