Daniel Lawson is amazing!Daniel works at this instant imprints. He did the vinyl decals for my work vehicle.Two of my coworkers went to a different company for their decals because the other company was a little bit cheaper. In less than a year, their decals were peeling off. My decals, installed by Daniel, still look awesome.

Order a sign for my grandparents 70th anniversary and they gentlemen I worked with helped me from start to finish! The colors were beautiful and the print was flawless! They were very helpful with picking font and really made sure that everything was to my liking!! Fairly priced as well. If you need a sign for banner I would definitely go here.

The invitations are beautiful and I appreciated being able to do business online and then just drop off my paper. The only reason I didnt give 5 star is because I was quoted one thing in the email but when I went I was charged a 15$ artwork fee to center text only. I kind of expected that would be part of the service and not just text thrown on the invitations. Quality was good however, and their response to my questions was immediate.

I need a Coming Soon sign. He gave me good advice on how to get my point across and not make it to busy. He understold exactly what I needed and made it happen. I was very happy with the outcome! A bit more then I wanted to spend but it turned out Awesome.

I have used them before for business materials and they were fine. Basically helpful, got the job done. However, I have gone back to them trying to find a product to teach from. I need printed chart materials to teach from so large groups of people can see. I have gone in, called and literally they have been so unhelpful :( I wish that they would have been more willing to problem solve with me to find the appropriate product needed for my project or give suggestions based on their printing knowledge, especially since I have none. Disappointing! They had the opportunity to go above and beyond and make a dedicated client, however their indifference honestly made me never want to use them again. Bummer.

We have been lucky enough to find Epic Print for my business and have been using them for a couple of years.These folks have called me when I sent them a print job to tell me that there was a problem with the materials I had provided.They reviewed the materials and realized that if they printed what I sent, I would be out the money and have to reprint everything.Nice!They also do everything they can to make doing business with them very easy.I will send them a print job and have it completed the same day.Often, they will complete the job in time to bring it to me so I dont have to pick it up.We have used them for everything from Business card, banners, vehicle windows, vehicle signs, direct mail, brochures etc.It is nice to know you have business partners that you can trust to have your back.Great final product, great services, great value, great suggestions, great people.

Great Customer Service, however I did go there for Art Prints and they did not know nor have a Glicee Printer, so if you are looking to get prints made I would suggest another company, but this place is fantastic for all other services, prices are fair and the staff is so accommodating.
