There was two women there, they were awesome!!! I took my children to get their ears done for the first time they were patient, and fun, so getting my children ears pierced for the 1st time was an all around great experience!! And they did a excellent job!!

Im honestly not even surprised at the service my sisters and I received today. The assistant manager I believe was so rude and unprofessional. It felt like discrimination as we were speaking Spanish. First, she pretty much shooed us away rudely from one of the sections. Once it was time to help us out, she turned her back on my sister while she was asking for her information. She almost threw the receipt and pen to my other sister, and didnt even service me, she passed it on to someone else after I asked about warranty help. There was no reason for her being that rude. She was an African American lady with a tattoo on her neck.

I have been shopping at Pagoda for some time now. Today I had the worst experience today while shopping with my two sisters (we all noticed the horrible customer service). Between her giving her back to us while talking to us, barely even wanting to talk and answer our questions, to having pens thrown at us to sign, and sarcastic answers to everything or no answer at all. I was even told to move away from a counter while looking because “she was helping someone else”. I can understand that but there are ways of saying things, once again customer service. If we showed up it was as legitimate customers to make not one, but three purchases. I dont expect special treatment, but i do expect to be treated accordingly as a customer, simple as that. This will be my last purchase here. I would give zero stars if I could for this terrible experience. (Lady with short hair(afro) was who attended us)

We went And got my 11 year old sons ears pierced today. I was so impressed!!! They are so professional. Very nice and the lady that did it was AMAZING! IT LOOKS AWESOME. I would highly recommend this location for piercing! And they have such a great variety of nice jewelry to fit any budget!

Bad customer service. I’ve visited this location many times. I’ve been trying to get replacement for my ring and this the 3rd or 4th time I’ve had to leave because of bad customer service or very slow service (45 min waiting) or girls just on their phone not caring about what’s going on around them. Today I went and the lady didn’t even want to acknowledge me and I was the ONLY person there. When she finally said something it seemed like she had an attitude just with me being there. So I decided to walk off because I’m having a good day and don’t need bad energy in my space. Black lady with short fro. Maybe she was having a bad day but your guests have nothing to do with that. Do better.

While shopping at Pagoda Karla was great! She made sure I was taken care of head on! She has great customer service! Karla was patient and very kind and eager to meet my needs. Because of her I would recommend anyone to shop at this location!

Visited Piercing Pagoda looking for a cross with no idea what type i really wanted. The sales person there was very nice and patient. Asking me questions about what i like and my budget, I finally decided on a small cross with a pearl face for a great price. Love it there!

I would like to rate this store a zero. The team didn’t do any of the cleanin like the other stores were doin and they were unorganized. Also, for bein part of Zales you’d think they would dress nicer.On a side note Carla was great and I enjoyed my time talking with her.

1st and foremost with the Covid 19 going on there was at least 6 people in the back of the kiosk Touching and bumping into eachother. Definitely wasnt even 3 ft apart(which should be 6ft). IT screamed COVID, THE MANAGER HAD HER FACE MASK BELOW HER NOSE MORE THEN ONCE.As i waited for my turn the crowd grew and the crew started to seem lost trying to keep up on who was next. Even in the middle of helping somebody cashout Cashmere was very professional & made time to assist me after his transaction, the gentleman greeted me kindly and was a great help! Although I was frustrated i left hella😊 satisfied with a new ankle bracelet and my item returned! My man loves it on me!! Thanks Cashmere!!

I purchase a lot of my jewelry from this location . Anytime I have had an issue with any of my purchases they always accommodate. I purchased a knuckle ring . I had it for a month and 1/2 and it slit right down the middle . I took it back to them, and they exchanged no questions asked. Im a happy customer . Thanks

The pagoda stand at the aurora mall by far has the best service in the state I have been shopping with them for years now and every single time I go in I am greeted and asked how my day is going. Returned to Piercing Pagoda after receiving very poor cutomer service a few days ago and leaving. I was hoping another associate would be on duty and luckily Eddie--who took care of me initially a month ago and from whom I received good service--was there. Eddie is personable and engaging and provided me with excellent customer service.Ive upped my rating to 3 stars, but cannot go higher because of my experience with the young woman who was working the booth on 10/14. She paid no attention--made no eye contact and gave no acknowledgement--to cutomers who had been waiting there for service for 20 minutes or more and then took care of another customer who had just walked up. When we questioned her on it, she argued with four of us who had been waiting patiently. I gave up and left.This person acted like we were just an annoyance. She desparately needs some customer service training.

Stay away!! This place will rip you off! The store says something and if your lucky enough to speak to customer service they say something completely different. Customer service refers you to the store and the store refers you to customer service. I spent endless hours and days trying to resolve an overcharge and double charge. No one cares. Courtney assistant manager likes to roll her eyes at you. And Ashely store manager double talks. Waiting for the GM to call me....this company is also affiliated with Zales. Poor business practices. Really people dont do business here.

Got my daughters ears pierced here 10 months ago with no issue but they pressure you into buying an extended warranty that lasts a year in case the earring falls out theyll take care of it for free. Well the earring fell out and now theyre telling me that they cant do anything unless I find the earring so they can send it back to corporate.Thanks for taking my money but never again. Im so happy I didnt let my best friend spend the extra money earlier this month.

Lady over the counter chatted on the phone while I waited to be helped. My daughter was so excited to get new earings but after waiting a few minutes and her not even acknowledging us (she was 3 feet away), I walked away. Thank you Kay jewelers for helping us as soon as we walked in.

BEWARE if you want an Infection come here. I got my ears piecrced and encountered an infection do to there dirty cheap needel. NEVER COMING BACK and the girl was very rude to me and told me its not here problem and told me to leave or she is gona call the cops on me for harasing her. This whole mall is a joke no wonder nobody comes here. Its a cheap poor area.

The people were very nice but I dont believe they are trained in piercing. After my daughter had major infections in her ears after getting pierced I was told that they had used the wrong size of earrings on my daughter which was causing problems, so after spending 50+ dollars on earrings that were supposed to be great I had to take her somewhere else where the piercers knew what they were doing.
