My son got his ears pierced and they did a great job! A few days later he went back to get his first tattoo... Anna did a beautiful job on it, especially by adding her own personal touches to the delicate details making them stand out beautifully. She did a really great job with the colors too! My son was emensly satisfied when she was done and so was I! I would definitely recommend Planet X Tattoo & Supply to anyone wanting to get piercings, and especially to anyone wanting to get a tattoo! The shop is very clean and every area was immediately sanitized after each service and then again after each client too. The prices are very fair and the staff are friendly, patient, and very helpful and creative. What more could you want?

We found our tattoo artist! Gundy has a soft touch and does a wonderful job. The shop has a great vibe and is fun to be there. Good music too! My daughter and I will be back. Also recommended to my sister and friends. I cant wait for my next one or 5.

I needed to find some hypoallergenic jewelry, jewelry changed, and my sister and I both wanted pierced. I knew from past visits they do walk ins, so we headed over and they were happy to have us and gave us paperwork to fill out and she sanitized and let is come back to the piercing room. My sister got her nose pierced and it was super fast, easy and it is perfect! (She sanitized) Then I got 3 piercings changed, I bought two from the store and brought one of my own in. I’m so glad she did it because I can either not see/feel what I’m doing or it hurts and I can’t get it through! She was efficient and lovely! She then pierced my septum and I honestly didn’t even know she did it it was so easy!Kayla was great! She made us feel comfortable, and informed us of sanitizing procedures and if we had any other questions! Kayla is in Wednesdays, Thursday’s, and Fridays 😁😁

I intended to go and get my septum pierced by their original piercer, but when i arrived there was a female. I was a little nervous at first due to all the good reviews being on their normal piercer. But she took me back there, felt for my sweet spot, and did it straight and fast. She explained how to take care of it and we were in and out in less then 10 minutes. Good pricing and my septum is in the perfect spot and healed perfectly.

This place was amazing!!! The outside looked a TINY bit sketch, but I was surprised when I went inside. It was super clean and hygienic, and they followed all procedures for getting the piercing. The process was seamless, just had to show them our ID’s and then fill out a quick sheet, and then it’s good to go. The piercing process in itself was great! Little to no pain, and they explained the entire process. Were especially SUPER sweet and sanitized everything. Total was $30, + the piercing cleaner which was $6-10. $30 is a fantastic deal people!! We also made the reservation 4 hours earlier, when comparatively other places were backed up until June. A great place to go to for a piercing :)

They didn’t even have the decency to open the door and tell me that they were not honoring the appointment — they just held up a piece of paper thru the door!How hard would it have been to call me and apologize beforehand? I Had my work done by Anna.I wanted to get a realistic paw print of my service dog. I went in the day earlier and saw a piece in Annas portfolio that was similar to what I wanted.Within 5 min of talking with her I knew she understood what I wanted. I sent her my idea and when I showed up the next day she was ready with a near perfect stencil.I am a stickler for placement and Anna delt with me changing the placement 3X with compassion and professionalism.Annas touch with the gun is light and we talked the entire 2 hours. The tattoo came out perfectly and I extremely happy with her artistry and the work!!!I will definitely be back to do additional work when she has time!!!

I got both sides of my nose pierced here by Seth. They were able to fit me in for an appointment, and the whole thing took no longer than 10 minutes from the time I walked in and signed the waiver to paying and leaving. Of course getting the piercing stung, but Seth made it as painless as possible. They turned out better than I couldve hoped! And if you follow the care instructions, you shouldnt have any problems. First picture was the day of, the second was just 2 weeks later. No tenderness or infections to speak of.

Kayla answered all of my questions and was very kind about my low pain tolerance. She walked me through the process, while she was doing it. It hurt and she was very nice about it❤️

Gundy was paid for a bunch of tattoo work last year and ended up starting projects and never finishing them and stealing from multiple clients. This shop has artists who steal. If you want half finished tattoos go here. Id give zero stars if I could.

The artist there has a great personality but however very unprofessional! I spent hours there and didnt receive my tattoo. I literally watched two people get a tattoo while my artist was preparing for an hour then process take his personal call and went to the back and never returned. I waited patiently, long story short 4 hours later and I dont have a tattoo. Im not upset just disappointed!

Seth is a fantastic piercer — he is incredibly professional and very skilled. My friends and I went in a group of four, and he pierced all of us without batting an eye. Just went back recently to get another piece done by Jimmie, and his work is truly amazing. Also got my nose pierced here by Seth, and man I’ve had nothing but good times at this place. I have yet to meet the other artists here, but Jimmie will definitely be my go to guy for everything. The experience of sitting in his chair is something to really be grateful for too. He’s a great artist, makes you feel comfortable, always is a great conversationalist, and he’ll make you laugh maybe a little more than you should while he’s working😂. Gundy did my tattoo, and he completely freehanded it. This is exactly what I envisioned, and Ive never been to a more considerable shop sofar. I got a snake eyes piercing done here and my friend got a septum piercing done the same day. She did both our piercings crooked. she also pierced my tongue incorrectly and had me clean it with NeilMed piercing cleaner which says DO NOT put in mouth. when I called to have it taken out they said they couldn’t do it so I had to go to a separate shop just to have it removed. I only lasted a total of 2 days with the piercing because it was so painful. please don’t go here for your piercings. The piercers name was Kayla.

I personally choose this place based off the reviews on google and I was not disappointed!! A couple girls and I went in to get piercings done and we all walked away very happy with the whole experience. Seth was our piercer and he was very clean, organized, and very friendly for my nervous friends! He walked through the care instructions very carefully and we also went home with a very descriptive care sheet, which is awesome if you’re new to the care of piercings! I have had many piercings done before and by far this was one of my best experiences!

Went in today to get my tattoo I scheduled my appointment deposit was already put in my appointment was supposed to be at 12 noon today I sat in there for one hour and the artist never showed up guarantee yes I got my deposit back but before that I asked if they had anybody else today who could do my work and I was told no so I was not happy.

Got my tongue pierced here, Kayla made sure to mark it up, and fit it to my anatomy so i don’t have to worry about tooth chipping or hitting any veins (my tongue is tricky to pierce.) she was very kind. only complaint was the lack of masks during covid. overall clean and good experience

I put down a deposit for a tattoo that was only suppose to be 2 inches wide & 1 inch in height. I found out I was expecting the day that I was suppose to get my tattoo done which means I could no longer get the tattoo due to my unborn childs safety. I contacted the shop, spoke to the tattoo artist (Jay) and the manager (Steph or Seth) and after explaining my situation, I was told that my deposit could not be refunded, even though I was now pregnant, I never got a chance to see the drawing and I was NEVER told that deposits were nonrefundable. The shop kept my money and did not show any remorse for this action. I had to insist on getting someone to possibly do my tattoo after my pregnancy, which the manager thought was feasible but overall I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone!!

Incredibly unprofessional tattoo shop--the tattoo artist Chris left my friend with an absolutely atrocious tattoo. Then when my friend left a one star Google Review Chris attempted to threaten him, saying he would not retouch the tattoo until he took the review down. Chris had the audacity Call first before slandering someone. So my friend calls the shop and asks to speak with the manager and the manager curses and yells at my friend. Ive attached photos of what my friend wanted and what he got--the photo I took myself. Terrible tattoo artist and horribly unprofessional tattoo shop.

This is my absolute favorite place to get pierced- Ive been going since I was a young teenager (14?) and every time, Ive had great experiences. Seth is quick, accurate, and almost every time pierces painlessly. Ive also had way better luck healing and keeping piercings hes done than I have anywhere else- Ive had my tongue piercing in for 4 years without any dental issues, which comes as a shock to most people (including my dentist). Always, always, always recommend.

I took my daughter to get her industrial pierced and it has healed up great!I went to Certified Tattoos to get my industrial pierced. It was extremely painful and a whole month went by and it was still bleeding and still in a LOT of pain. I decided to go see Seth to get a second opinion. (This is kinda hard to describe) Everyone couldn’t believe that it went through my ear and cartilage instead of going from one end of the ear to the other. Seth (the owner) was kind enough to fix my piercing. It’s only been a week and it already feels great. He went over the instructions on how to care for my piercing and was very thorough as to why I shouldn’t use bactine to clean it, as I was advised by C/T to do so. Seth has been in business for a long time, so this should tell you how experienced he is. I will only be going to him for all my piercing.The shop is clean and everyone there was nice and laid back.Thank you Seth for saving my ear! 🥰

Went here for a tattoo with a friend! Rob was our artist - he took my design and modified it (aka made it better) and did exactly what I wanted for a fair price. He fit us in even though we were walk-ins. Marissa the piercer is knowledgeable and told us her prices, which were more than fair as well. I picked up a few nose rings while I was there - four great nose rings for only $15! Will definitely be going here for my tattoo/piercing needs in the future.

I came in late, maybe a half and hour before close, and they still took me in. (Granted my piece was small). Seth was an amazing host, super nice and fun to talk to. Got my belly button pierced here telling the peircer how I was allergic to surgical steel and asked him if he could change it, only for him to say its fine and STILL put in surgical steel. It got infected a couple weeks later (Cleaning it multiple times a day!). DONT get a piercing here if you can find anywhere else to do itinstead. not worth it.

Took my 16 year old daughter there. Well worth the 25 min drive for us. Clean, everything explained very well and made her feel comfortable. Would recommend them for a piercing to anyone !

Went with a friend, who was getting a tattoo. Hopefully it was just a bad day for the artist...if not.....then customer service or let alone acknowledging customers who walk in the door, is not his forte. All he did was complain about people, customers and doing his job. Hope he finds a job more suitable to him....

I am very upset with the work that Chris did for my tattoo. It had bled out almost all of the ink the initial time he tattooed it. I came back two weeks later for a touch up and the same thing happened again. My tattoo is extremely patchy and faded. It looks absolutely terrible. I am very disappointed. I waited three hours before it could be tattooed and he told me it would be an hour and he could get to me to do my tattoo. I used to love this shop and now I have to go spend more money to get my tattoo fixed somewhere else. A tattoo that costs $60 is going to end up costing me almost $200 because he messed it up two times and will not reply to emails in order to make it right. This tattoo had a lot of meaning for me and I am upset that it is so messed up.

Ive seen Seth do numerous piercings on myself and a few of my friends and theyve all turned out great. He takes his time and is super helpful to ensure you get the piercing you want! The only reason Im not leaving a 5 star review is because the last time I went into the shop I had a slightly less amazing experience. The other piercer, who never mentioned his name, was very nice and friendly, BUT he pierced completely the wrong part of my ear. I said the word rook probably 12 times before he did the piercing, and after it was done I ended up with a DAITH piercing. He said that most of the time people come in and dont know the right words for piercings so he just assumed thats what I wanted. (I was only a little bit offended that he just assumed I didnt know the difference between a rook and a daith lol). He never showed me any markings before hand or asked for clarification before doing the wrong piercing. I also got a snug piercing done on the other ear, which ended up a little crooked. He did end up giving me a rook piercing and not charging me the full amount he was originally going to. I appreciate him fixing his mistake but this is just a reminder to everyone to COMMUNICATE with your piercer and BE 100% SURE they listen to what you want.
