A great experience in getting 2 piercings. KLA was awesome in walking me through each step and making sure I was ok. She was helpful in finding the best placement. She was very knowledgeable about the ear.The shop was clean and professional looking. Nothing negative I can say. A very pleasant experience and will definitely be returning when I’m ready for another piercing or a tattoo. Highly recommend.

Got my nose repierced. I originally had it pierced at the Tattoo Shop. They were so wonderful back then. That is why I returned. Awesome facility, great staff, the whole experience was nothing but fabulous! I will be going back to get my tattoo!

The owner was the one who gave me my tattoo. He was friendly, personable, and professional. He did a great job on my tattoo which I got for my husband. I live in Phoenix. But I would come all the way back here to Aurora, CO if I wanted to get another tattoo.

When I went in they make you feel so welcomed very friendly... Unfortunately the service I had done was Not done correctly and no one tried to.fix the problem the piercer Kayla nor the owner of the shop so.I will have to report them to the health department... My piercing got infected because. She pierced.me wrong didnt use proper tools and didnt give me good enough instructions on how to take care of it..I.only.found.out everything by another shop and my 2 ER.trips. and my visit to my primary care doctor trying to.figure out what to do about the situation when I was just sent away telling me it was simple and no big deal... I.would never get a piercing from this shop again ever worse experience ever now I got holes in my cheeks for nothing waist of my money and alot of my time

Sara and Loretta are the best!!! They are my go to for everything! Sara has done all 7 of my tattoos and I plan to come to her for many more! Her artwork is fantastic and original and she is a blast to hang out with! Loretta is so sweet and super gentle! She pierced my septum and it didn’t hurt at all she is an amazing piercer and I come to her for all my piercing needs! This shop is the best you will find period!

Very clean and professional studio to serve your body modification needs. I had the pleasure of meeting Loretta whos the manager and does piercings (I believe shes the owner).I also found out Ces is working here now and he had done some ink for me many years ago. Hes awesome and Id recommend him.

I got a piece from Stevie and it came out absolutely amazing! The people and the atmosphere is also amazing, they make you feel welcomed. Stevie made me feel extremely comfortable, didn’t feel like I was getting a tattoo haha! Definitely will be coming back.

Arriving at the tattoo shop everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was able to give them an idea of what I wanted and which they help me turn the idea into something great. Sara did an amazing job she is very friendly and has an gentle hand that I did not even feel it.

They don’t take walk ins and it says to call to book an appointment and no one answers the phone I’ve called almost everyday for 2 weeks not 1 time did they answer the phone couldn’t even book an appointment... why have a contact phone number if we can’t even get in touch with anyone ????

Dwayne tattooed me about 10 years ago. He worked with me for over a year to get the drawing just right. I was also deployed in Iraq at the time and he worked with my girlfriend at the time to make sure I would come home and get the best work done. The tattoo came out looking awesome. I still get tons of compliments to this day. I want to come back asap now that I have more ideas on what to get.

Been going to this shop since my first Tattoo 26 years ago and there is NOBODY that I trust more than Dwayne Dixon. Im still a work in progress but I’ve had about 18 sessions exclusively with Dwayne. He has completed full custom arm and leg sleeves on my right side. I also had work done by artists Djene and Chad out of the Tattoo Shop on my left arm sleeve while they were both working there. This shop has always been up to date on trends, materials and they offer body piercing which I’ve had done there as well.After all this time I still absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE all of my work!There are more than a few reasons why I keep going back and really appreciate this shop also. Dwayne Dixon is very experienced and it shows in his time and technique. He charges by the piece and my color has held up and stayed vibrant. He is also really knowledgeable and patient. (I have some heavy scars from a car accident, so I don’t always sit well.) Dwayne goes out of his way to do everything he can to make sure I am as comfortable as possible during those more sensitive sessions. He has also been in business in the same spot supporting the same neighborhood for over 30 years. So I always know where to go.Dwayne and the crew down @ The Tattoo Shop (@5280tattoo) have really helped me love the skin I’m in and I will forever be thankful.💯 recommend this place. ❤️❤️❤️

This is the absolute best tattoo shop in Aurora. There were 12 of us from Texas coming to town, and they blocked time for 8 of us to get tattoos. Many of us did 2 tattoos. The largest only taking 2-1/2 hours. All artists were professional and the shop was very clean. The owner is a class act and accommodated our needs. It was truly the high point of our trip! A big Texas thank you to the entire crew!!

I would highly recommend The Tattoo Shop! I had a really bad tattoo that I needed covered up! I showed Stevie a picture of what I wanted and he did it PERFECTLY....he is SUPER TALENTED! Simply the best experience for body piercing. Loretta did my septum flawlessly and painlessly. It was also cheaper than alot of places. Got my first two tattoos done by Stevie and they turned out better than I could’ve imagined. He is so talented and made me feel so comfortable and at ease before, during, and after the process. He also used Saniderm bandaging which I loved because the ink and detail stayed in really well! I have been recommending everyone to this place :)

Loretta was awesome, I took my mother to get her nose pierced somewhere else and it wasnt done right. Loretta didnt need to ask questions she took her in and fixed it in a few minutes! Also I saw a tattoo getting done that looked dope AF, Ive had a few and I will be going back here for sure.

I love this place! It is always a good time and I enjoy being in the shop. All the artists are awesome and make you feel comfortable. Robb has tattooed me a few times and he is amazing. He talks to you, makes sure everything is to your liking, and he is quick with always great quality work. My whole body will probably end up tatted here. Lol.

This is the ONLY place I have been going to for my tattoos because the prices are beyond reasonable. The staff is also very friendly! I usually can walk right in and get seen almost immediately. Everyone takes great pride in their work and they always go above and beyond the original idea to really make your tattoo unique and special to you. I enjoy going to Dwayne because his line work is incredible and he exceeds my expectations ×100. I will never go anywhere else!

This place did not have the best customer service. I came in with my 17 year old daughter to get her a second nose piercing, and one of the guys said he didnt feel like doing it because basically he was the only one there, which was a pretty lame excuse because there were other employees present and the place wasnt even busy to where he couldnt serves us. Also, he then proceeded to say that my daughter couldnt get it done because she wasnt 18. This was completely false because she is capable of getting it done, and the only things she needed was a parent/legal guardians consent, and for the parent to be present with her, a birth certificate, and an ID, which we had. But, he didnt allow her to get it done. However, we went down the street to another tattoo place called Electric Crayon Tattoo Co, and she got it done there. They had excellent customer service and were very welcoming. They even had a good promotion, which was get two piercing for 50$. My daughter ended up getting her nose pierced, and she loves it. Also, I even ended up getting my ears pierced. I most definitely would recommend Electric Crayon Tattoo Co. over The Tattoo shop.

Went in for a tattoo..got in right away and Jay did my tattoo and did such amazing job. He took my plain tattoo i wanted and did a water color on it and it was such more amazing then the original. Love it. I will be back to fix another water color tattoo i have that is messed up. Thank you Jay!!!!!

Love this place, me and my sister went in for $13 tattoo day. I left with a beautiful lily that people still have a hard time believing is a real tattoo, and that was over six months ago!

I went in with my husband to get a couple of tattoos. We spoke with Atom. I showed Atom the design I wanted and I was willing to work with him and change things as needed. I tried to explain that I didnt want it to be too girly and Atom laughed at me then proceeded to treat me like an idiot. I was being treated like a dumb blonde because I dont have my entire body covered in tattoos. Ive never been so disrespected by an artist or a person that Im willing to hand over $200+ to in a matter of hours. If you are just like them Im sure its a great place for you. Or if you enjoy being judged thoroughly.

Ive gotten 3 piercings here, and have loved each one. Their piercer is excellent, does a good job and is super fast. However the last two times weve gone there, the employees are all completely stoned/high. One got up in my face a bit and cussed me out because he hated women. I will probably be looking for a new place to get piercings...I really dont appreciate them being stoned every time I go there.

Dwane was very rude was very rushed. He didnt do what I wanted and filled in the whole tattoo when only half of it was supposed to be shaded and said that was my fault because I was the one that moved and NEVER informed me he was shading in the whole thing. Im very disappointed and would not recommend him. Better tattoo shops for the same price available.

Every time I go in he takes my idea and turns it into a masterpiece. Hell do whatever he possibly can to make sure the piece is exactly what you want and also makes sure its the best he can possibly do to put the piece somewhere itll look amazing and do whatever he can to make it something thatll continue to look amazing years down the line. The staff was so welcoming and as it was my first tatoo, was a little nervous hur, they made me feel better.The gentleman artist that did my tatoo was Dwayne. He was not only talented, but, again by being so nice. I felt quite safe and relaxed and felt little or no pain. Not only that, but my tatoo was beautiful, such a talented artist!Thanks.

I just got two tattoos done yesterday. I love my new tatts! Dwayne was my artist. I asked him to do a kio fish and he drew out on me and it turned out great! Very happy! :))

You guys are a group of professional artists and the image you think best encapsulates your business is a hand giving the shocker? What message are you trying to send with that? What I get out of it is if you have the maturity of a high school kid come on down to the store front marked simply tattoo and get some forgetable regrettable ink

Best tattoo shop Ive been to

I was really disappointed with the fact that I had come in almost a month ago to talk to a guy named Rob (was referred to me by a friend who was tatted by him) about getting a tattoo. Left him a rough design and discussed with him my vision and the purpose behind the tattoo. He told me give him a couple days and hed have something drawn up. It was almost a week and heard nothing from him, so decided to stop and see whats up. He said he didnt start drawing anything up and to give him until the weekend and hed send me a pick of what he drew up. Still nothing. Now I understand tattoo artists are busy, but the lack of an attempt of communication on his part was frustrating and I wasnt going to keep playing cat and mouse over him just drawing something up nonetheless set up a time to get tatted by him. As I said, really disappointing as Ive heard great things about not only Rob, but the place in whole. Had to take my services elsewhere.

DO NOT go to The Tattoo Shop in aurora. Jay did my daith piercing, the ball fell off so I came to a shop out here in California (on vacation) that happened to have an APP artist and he was appalled. Supposed to use a tube and they used a clamp, and used the wrong jewelry, and pierced only the skin and not the cartilage. He said he absolutely reccomends Sol Tribe because they are an APP certified shop in Denver.
