Owner Paul responded fast to my inquiry.He told me the 2 hour window of arrival and they were there exactly on time.Sam wore a mask and used shoe covers during the entire time.Sam asked me to follow him to each room as he explained what the process would be.Sam was very detailed and the carpet looked great when he was done.I used them 5 years ago and was just as satisfied then. Good to see that they are consistently good.Great work Paul and Sam!

I do not write many reviews, and I rarely give 5 stars, but these guys are the real deal. We have always had satisfying experiences with EcoClean. They are friendly, low key, zero pressure, and they do the job right for a very fair price. This is a people minded company, willing to go the extra mile. I recently called on a Sunday night asking for help with red wine stains on an off white carpet. I reached Paul, the owner of the company, on the first call. He gave us simple instructions to easily and completely remove the stains. I was skeptical, it just sounded too good to be true. Paul was confident and reassuring that the stains would come out. It worked so well that it cost them a service call. Two days later, Paul followed up to make sure all was well. If you value good will as much as you value quality work and/or price, I suggest giving EcoClean a call.

EcoClean did mold remediation in my basement and went above and beyond what I expected, even after being delayed from starting by a 20 hour power outage! John S and Eric were awesome - they did absolutely everything necessary to make sure every bit of mold was destroyed and every item was cleaned. They then disinfected the whole basement and encapsulated all the surfaces so the mold cant grow back. What an amazing difference! Before this, my daughter couldnt come to my house because of allergies - now she can visit any time.

Extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Sam came to our home on time and explained everything he would be doing. He took the time also to explain why certain things I asked to have done need to be done a certain way. He was very mindful of what he was doing. He was there about the time he said he would be and did all we requested. Sam was very professional to deal with as well as friendly and informative. It was an excellent experience using Eco Clean and we would use them again. They also cleaned out mattresses.

Apparently my townhome in Aurora had the water spigot freeze over the winter and when I turned it on my basement completely filled with water. I talked to my insurance company who recommended I call EcoClean. John from EcoClean was able to come by the very same day and provide mitigation services. He extracted all the water and set up equipment to dry everything out. Great company, great guy

Noah and Dan were great. They kept me informed throughout the entire cleaning. I had a old spot on a carpet in another room that I wanted them to try and get out. Noah tried but it was too old. They took the charge for that off of the invoice. The carpets, area rug and couches are over 15 years old. I was pleased with how everything came out.

Great company to deal with. Found them on Google and gave them a call. They provided a free thermal moisture inspection the next day along with a detailed written quote. They seemed very honest, professional and trustworthy so I decided to go with them and I’m glad they did. My house is back to normal now and I am very happy with the service I received. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone with mold.

Sam cleaned my carpet and he did the best job ever! It no longer has a bad odor coming off of it and it looks better than the day it was installed. Im glad Sam cleaned my carpet because he did his job throughly and made sure every spot was clean. 10/10 would get again. If I hired this company I would ask for sam because he is definitely the best carpet cleaner Ive ever encountered.

We had four white upholstered chairs that required routine cleaning, and one cushion with muddy paw stains. Unfortunately, the first go around wasn’t enough and left our cushions with water stains. They were quick to send out someone to attempt to remove these stains, however were unsuccessful again. Finally, their fabric specialist came out and thoroughly cleaned them again and the water stains were gone. Of course we would have loved if everything was done in one visit, however their customer service was responsive in finding a solution and we are grateful that our chairs are back to normal.

The company was professional with the word conducted. I had water leak from the upstairs bathroom in the form of a waterfall over my brand new upholstery couches. The owner in the office took my information with care and provided me his veteran on staff who had experience with mold mitigation. The gentleman who came to our house walked me through each step of the process he was conducting and to my relief he didn’t find any mold! It’s been a whole year and we haven’t had any issue and I’m so thankful for this companies care with me, my couches and the environment. We need more companies that care again!!! Thank you guys :)

EcoClean cleaned my carpets and areas rugs and did a great job.They were extremely professional and did a wonderful job first explaining what they would clean and then didexactly that. They took the time to review the process afterwards and made sure to give us instructions on how long to wait for carpet to dry, how to help it dry efficiently and how to care for it to keep it clean.
