Dont use Empire Flooring. The sales rep Leroy left unprofessional voicemail messages and text messages in regards to the quote provided, stating he would be using his commission to cover his incompetence. Not my problem. We then had stairs done in the coastal grey hardwood only to have the the stair nose portion be a hunter green. Then to top it off, i paid an additional $400 for baseboards that Leroy started were included. I will not be recommending Empire to anyone. On a positive note, Gabriel and Jose did an outstanding job installing the flooring.
