Great selection of colognes. Associate was very helpful with finding the right scent that matched what I wanted. They also had a buy one get one 50 off so I couldn’t help but buy two :) great place and wonderful customer service definitely returning again!

Bought a few colognes not a bad deal.

I initially had a horrible experience at this location. I didn’t feel welcomed, meaning the sales people weren’t enthusiastic about helping me pick out scents. I mean if you work at a fragrance store you have to love fragrances and be willing to spend any amount of time helping customers, at least I would. I still bought a fragrance. I did some more shopping at a few different stores. I came back to return my cologne that I just bought not even an hour had went by. The sales lady was so rude during the refund. Then I was told that the system went down and that I couldn’t return the item at the moment. I informed the sales lady I live over 80 miles away and I just can make a trip another day for $70. Told me is was nothing she could do about it. I ask is there someone you can call to help try to fix the issue, she replied no. Told me this is the first time something like this has happened she tells me. Told me that since I just purchased the item that it wasn’t in the system yet. Well if this is the first time it happened how do you know what the issue? Exactly! Come to find out that wasn’t the issue, there was a glitch in their system. I would think you would want to go through every measure possible to get me my refund or at least figure out what happened so it doesn’t happen to the next customer. So she tells me I can call customer service and see what they can do for me. I asked for the number then she proceeded to tell me she didn’t know the number to customer services. Hmmmm. A sales rep that doesn’t know the number to her own company customer service. At this point I just googled the customer service number, as I’m doing so she asks me to step outside to make the call, and I would’ve understood that with the store being limited due to covid but I was the only customer in the store. I get no answer because it’s the weekend. The only reason they’re are not getting a one star is because their district manager Miguel Sanchez. He took care of me. He went above and beyond to make sure this one customer was satisfied. He acknowledged what his employees did was wrong and unprofessional. He contacted me daily to make sure I got my refund and as an apology he let me keep the bottle of cologne. That’s how’s it’s done. Thank you Miguel Sanchez-district manger of the Illinois area.

My family and I decided to visit the Aurora mall approximately 4 days ago and was blessed to catch a great sale at the perfume store. Thy had an awesome variety of fragrances that we both liked. It worked out perfectly because we didnt have to order any offline and have to wait for it to come in through the mail.or definitely become patrons of that particular stores location.

This place had many perfume options alongside the walls.A worker gladly assisted us, asking things we liked in our perfume, then found a few for us to try.I recommend this place for perfume shopping.There was not many perfume options for men, it was almost entirely for females.

Visited this store quite a few times already. Personnel is always knowledgeable and most of the times will suggest a fragrance right on. Ive purchased their suggestions in the past with great results. Great store to find a last minute gift.

Warning! I bought a Acqua Di Gio on Memorial Day in this shop. But it was fake! They sell fake Acqua Di Gio Armany. Be careful! Google about this. They denied that it was fake. But it was fake! Customers! Be clever!
