The choice of products are great. The customer service is good. They want to help us in every way possible.I do buy a lot of Korean skincare and makeup myself online. I do use Korean websites mostly because of the authenticity. However, this store seemed to have the prices really high. I do appreciate the efforts they took in procuring them for us locally, the price margin is not comparable. I could get the same lipstick from yesstyle or Jolse for a lot less.One more thing is that I bought a hand cream and it is very good. However, I couldn’t find it anywhere online not even in the face shop official website. Makes me wonder if they are selling the discontinued products without informing us.The same product is priced around 3~7$ I paid 12$

What a great store!i came in only because i was killing time and left with an all new fresh face! i met the store manager and she was as smart and kind and lovely as could be. i walked away with product that i’m wildly excited to start using on the regular.

They have great products for skin care and all types of products for your skin care. They have an amazing people there and Kausila was so helpful.

Been to many around the country and even in Dubai, THIS one is my favorite for service and attitude. I love that they are inclusive. They also do not pressure you to purchase anything.

I’ve been to this face shop multiple times over the last four years. It was good for awhile but became hit and miss, and my last visit in February was particularly disappointing. This time it was clear the management had changed—the store is fabulous and re-stocked, and the sales people were incredibly helpful and lovely. I will absolutely go back!

Love this store! Well lit, products stocked well and easy to reach. I can read/understand some Korean but even if you don’t understand it at all you’ll have an easy time identifying products and the benefits of them. I picked up both makeup and skin care. The service is also extremely friendly and they also play Kpop to add to the positive atmosphere. I recommend it if you’re in the area!

I cannot praise this place enough! Wide variety of products for all types of skins and in many price ranges. Convenient gift sets that simplify your shopping or detailed one on one consultations with staff to pin point the exact product needed. They also have a whole section for men products so everyone in the family is covered in one stop shop. Did i mentioned they pile on the free samples!!! And gift with purchase!! If you care about your daily a skincare routine you own it to your self and your budget to pay a visit to this place.

Highly recommend! I had wonderful customer service. My husband and I enjoyed that he was included in sampling products (he is usually ignored in beauty stores). The products are top notch quality. I received a free sheet mask for being a first time customer, 2 free samples, and because I spent more than $50, I got to spend the wheel to receive free gifts! The Face Shop definitely made a repeat customer out of me!

I would like to share this terrible experience with everyone who will be going to this Face Shop store because I dont want anyone to feel so insulted by this old lady name Nancy (who states she is the manager where she happens to be the sister of the owner). I visited this store 3 times during this pandemic for a specific item which had been out of stock where although I could buy something similar from Amazon, I wanted to support this small business. On my prior visit, one of the employees mentioned they would be getting additional inventory and supposed to call me but didnt thus thought Id drop by. From yesterdays visit for the 3rd time, I even didnt get greeted when I walked in where I usually do by the other employees, but this crazy old lady Nancy came up and tried to assist where I explained my search for the item. I looked up the item on my phone to show her what I was looking for where she really got into my personal space sticking her face next to me and trying to touch my phone. After expressing how uncomfortable I was, she got very mad stating this item is discontinued in a condescending tone. She also got upset and didnt believe my explanation from my last visit where one of the employees said they would call me when the item came in and took down my number. Crazy Nancy then went on a power trip yelling at me to provide the name of the employee who took down my number so that she can reprimand them while not believing my story. Nancy had the nerve to ask me my age and told me she was 60 to flex her seniority over me which was a very rude and ridiculous act. I couldnt believe what I was hearing from this woman wondering who treats their customers this way. Normally, a manager should apologize to the customer for their employees mistake and try to help me with their products, but this woman focused on who she can bully and insult the customer without a shame.Nancy lacks manners, customer service skills, and character to be in her position while being detrimental to this small family business. During this chaos, I was able to talk to the owner who was actually nice and understanding of what I had just gone through hence offering me a 15% discount off anything, however, it wasnt enough to offset my horrible experience.Im still feeling very offended and insulted by Nancy who didnt even apologize at all. It is very rare for me to write a review of places, but I cant stand this kind of awful person and clearly wanted to let everyone know that I wont go to this place any longer not because of the other employees or having a lack of product info, but only because of NANCYS UNBELIEVABLE RUDENESS!!!!

Omg I love this place it’s heaven I spend a lot of money on American skin serum moisturizers but one thing I know it’s nothing like Korean moisturizers lotion serum‘s their stuff is all natural and that’s what I like for my face the testers on my face oh my God it feels so good especially here in Colorado that sucks me dry love this place .... my new home so recommend anyone that hates to have a dry Colorado skin this is the spot you I’m so happy right now finally...

Usually, I only come here to pick up my skincare products. Im someone who is really intimidated by makeup, so I just dont do it, and I typically only wash and moisturize my skin.Anyways, Im getting married next month and I wanted to be able to do my own makeup for the event. So I came in a little scared, but Amka helped me out A LOT. For about an hour, she did my makeup they way she would for a wedding and taught me about each of the products she was using and how to apply them. I actually took notes and photos. She taught me about my eyebrows, foundation, blush, bronzer, powder, mist, and eye shadow. Amka made sure that I had everything I needed without overselling me, which I really appreciated. Amka really made sure that I knew what to do with it all. Needless to say, I walked out of the store looking and feeling great!I really think I have a good foundation (pun intended) upon which I can learn how to do my makeup. 😁Thanks, Amka! 🥰

I came in tonight with a friend from our curiosity and the staff were super friendly and knew exactly how to help. It was such a friendly fresh environment inside the store and the products were all so amazing. Although the makeup section didnt have the exact and right colors for me I found the loveliest lip tints, lip care and face wash from an amazing employee. Ill definitely come more often!

I usually dont write reviews, but I truly feel compelled to with this one. Hands down the best customer service Ive received at any store so far. It was my first time shopping here tonight and the gentleman in the store explained the branding very well, showed me all of their best sellers, and addressed my skincare concerns. He sampled everything and explained everything very well. He was in no way pushy, but seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me. He wasnt hovering either. Perfect sales associate. Not only that, but the products I tried were pretty fantastic and there are great price ranges. Afterwards, I got a free sample for being a new customer, a free gift packet for Black Friday weekend, AND the perfect sales associate remembered all the items I mentioned liking and gave me samples of them. This will be my new go-to spot. Im very impressed.

I really love their products when in South Korea, finding them here in Colorado was spectacular. Their prices are higher here than back in Korea, but thats just what happens. Definitely worth coming here to get the best facial care in this climate.

I have never received one on one attention about every product in the store like I did today. Great shop and knoweledable staff.It is tricky to find. It is just a few shops down from the grocery store off Yale and Parker Rd. There is also a nice bakery too.Amazing product and staff will make sure you get the right product for your skin.Treat yourself and take time to splurge on your skin.

Wow! Jillian really impressed with her product knowledge and her ability to balance several customers and a ringing phone while making us all feel heard and well served. She remembered preferences and allergies as she recommended products. Also, when I asked a question she was unsure of she offered to investigate and email the answer. Within hours I received a personalized message from the general manager with the answer to my question. Very impressed and will highly recommend.

I was so excited to see we finally had a Face Shop in Colorado having shopped at locations in NY and San Francisco. This is a great natural skin care line from South Korea that is comparable to higher end department store lines. The store is bright, neat, and clean and the staff can and will help you as much or as little as you want. All of their products have little cards with the price (no guessing) and a little bit of information about exactly what it does so you can shop at your leisure. If you want more information the staff can tell you exactly how it works and if its appropriate for your skin type.

I use to like this place, up until I was told they will no longer carry tan/ darker shades of foundation. Its sad how Korean makeup does not cater to all skin types, I understand that in their culture being pale is superior and beautiful but when you extend your market to the US, youre loosing profit by not being inclusive. Im so tired of colorism especially with make up of all things.

The young man who assisted me knew about all of the products. He was able to help me find a few new products to add to my routine that would suit my skin type and replace old products that werent working for me.I also received a lot of free samples and Im returning today to purchase full sized bottles of a few of those samples he gave me.Awesome place. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

I used to break out a lot and started using Korean skin care which helped tremendously but ordering and shipping was a pain, always had to wait for my package to come. Now since theres Korean skin care store here, the problem is reduced, I still order items but mostly buy from the face shop. The Face shop is still pretty far where I live but I have alternatives to get there rather than waiting a month for a package. I love the Face Shop their products are really natural and very helpful. :)

The customer services was perfect. Unfortunately, i gave 4 stars because i bought 3 shirts and one of them is 15% off. Also i was the first time customers so they said theyd gave me 15% off but when we checked out in the register, she only gave me 15% off instead of 30% off. I felt kind of regret after i bought only 3 clothes and cost me more than $90 because the clothes quality are just like the regular store. Other than that, is all good.

I went in was immediately greeted. Everyone working was so extremely helpful and patient with me while I was deciding on what to purchase. They really helped me decide the best products for my skincare.

First visit here, the service from Jerrica (sp) was very well knowledgeable. There were a few customers that arrived when we did but she focused 100% of her attention on us. Honestly came in just to look around but her knowledge sold us on a few products. Love how all the products are natural and researched. Unfortunate for me that its on the other side of town, but I will for sure return. Im looking forward to how the products will be working with my skin. Another plus was the samples to try before you commit. Love the smart peel!

None of the new products were in stock and the employees knew nothing about them. Prices were higher than anywhere else as well. No darker shades in stock.

I came in here the other weekend to look for a face wash, although the employees were engaging they were boardline pushy. It was my first time and I wanted to browse around at my own pace, but after having employees coming up to me 2-3 times within 5-10 minutes of me being in the store even after I told them I wanted to look around. I’m not sure if the employees are commission based, but it felt like I was in a Neiman Marcus where the employees are constantly hounding me to buy buy buy. While I was browsing around, a couple came in shortly after and received the same treatment as me and I could tell by their facial expressions about how uncomfortable it was for them and the couple left soon after. It also felt like the employees were staring me down from the corner of their eyes, waiting to tell me about yet another product I was looking at and because of all of this I did not end up purchasing anything and would rather my business elsewhere where the employees won’t be so intrusive. Management seems to be amateurs if they don’t know how to run a retail store when some customers simply wanting to browse and shop at their own pace. I will be sure to warn my friends and families about the awkwardly pushy customer service. The plus side is that the store was very well kept.
