I highly recommend Sarah L. She’s very knowledgeable and honest with any questions you have about a haircut, which I appreciate. I once had a horrible highlight job (from a different salon), found Sarah and thankfully she was able to fix my hair color. I knew I could rely on her as a fantastic stylist from then on.In fact, I trust and love Sarah so much, I hired her to do my hair, my bridesmaids and flowers girls for my wedding. She did such a beautiful job! I’m so happy I’ve found you Sarah, thank you!!

Sara W. is the absolute best! Every time I get my brows done at this Ulta in particular I am always so pleased with the results. Sara takes the time to make sure you understand how the brow will be shaped, and touches base with you afterward to make sure you’re satisfied. Always a lovely interaction, would highly recommend!!

I was in need of a change and decided to finally get my hair professionally dyed (for the first time!). Sarah L was recommended by a friend and she was so helpful with recommendations and advice, and she seemed to know exactly what I had in mind even though I had no idea what I was talking about. Ive gotten nothing but compliments!

I left the salon looking like this. I was there yesterday from 9 am until 3:45 pm. My stylist Jillian had 0 idea what she was doing. She kept asking the master Stylist Yelena for assistance after she already had foils on my head. Yelena walked over and told her the application was wrong in front of me. What I wanted was a small accent money piece. I didn’t ask for the front part of my hair to be yellow. At the end of my visit Jillian even pulled me to the side and told me that next time I should book with Yelena because she doesn’t have experience doing this. She then wrote the other stylists name on a business card for me. Why wouldn’t they tell me this beforehand? I would have been fine and gone about my day. She couldn’t even blow dry my hair at the end because she said they put too much stuff in it and now it couldn’t be styled. The look the cashier and the master stylist gave me when I was done made me feel sick to my stomach. I left the salon mortified. I went somewhere else today to get it fixed and this stylist was also mortified with my hair. She told me the person who did my hair shouldn’t have access to bleach and that my hair looked like it was cut with a knife. It is now fixed and I’m grateful to have the money to get this fixed but I am writing this review so that this doesn’t happen to someone else. If you aren’t capable of doing someone’s hair just say that please instead of ruining their hair and taking their money. The last picture is what I wanted and what I was able to get done today at a different salon with a different stylist who is heaven sent. Save your money and run away from this location please.

Always love Ulta Beauty in general, but this store in particular is one of my absolute favorites. Every one of their staff members go above and beyond to not only make you feel welcome, but help in anyone possible no matter what department they are in. If that person didnt know the answer they will find someone who does. Great job ladies!!! ❤️😁

Sarah L. truly enjoys being a stylist, and it has shown through the time and attention she pays to each and every haircut or color I have had with her. I appreciate that I can send her random pictures ahead of my appointment and she communicates with me to understand what I am wanting even before Im in the door. Over the years Sarah has made me blonde, dark brunette, highlighted and balayaged to my hearts content and always seems to keep my hair healthy when I follow her advice. There was no one else I would have trusted to style my hair for my wedding, or for the major chops. I no longer live in the area, but of course I plan my visits to Denver around when she can get me in for an appointment.

I received a Ulta Beauty gift card for my birthday and 11 days after my purchase I tried to exchange one of the unopened makeup setting sprays with the original receipt. When I arrive I was asked by the cashier for my phone number. Then I was asked if I was an Ulta member, no Im not.She went on to say if I was a member they could email my receipt. Well, I dont need a email receipt because I have the original receipt. She then calls someone for a override and that person asked if I was a Ulta member and then rudely told me If I was not a member she couldnt override the register to do the exchange . I didnt have to be a member to make the purchase, so why do I need to be one now? On the back of the receipt it clearly says If you are not a member or did not use your membership number your original receipt is required. I didnt want to get into a teach them Ulta Return Policy match. It was clear that their specialty wasnt customer respect or service. I politely asked for my merchandise and left. I then called Ulta customer service and explained what had happened and the outcome was that they would email the store manager and reiterate the Return Policy clearly written on the back of the companys receipt. I advised to try the exchange within 48 hours and if I have a similar problem I should call them while in the store, so that they can correct the matter while Im there. Really?? And should I hand my phone to the cashier or the override person while you train them on your companys policy? I was even told I can just drive to a different Ulta Beauty story to do the exchange. Yes, Im only the customer, inconvenience me more. This has been an all around horrible experience and I hope I never get a gift card from Ulta Beauty ever! My identity was compromised last year and I didnt want to give my personal information for a membership. Its clear that having a valid receipt and unopened merchandise means nothing if your not an Ulta Beauty member. Maybe if the makeup setting sprays was stolen and use I wouldnt have had no problem as long as I was an Ulta Beauty member. Super SAD!!!

This is a nice beauty store with a wide selection of womans beauty products. They also have a decent selection of mens colognes. This is a good place to go gift shopping for your significant other.

I went in on Sunday around 12pm to get color matched for a new foundation, the gal that helped me was AMAZING. I wish I had asked for her name so I could write in here. She listened to all of my wants, asked about my skin type and was able to color match me PERFECTLY!! She offered a few additional products but when i declined she was not pushy AT ALL!! We even got to talking about our tattoo work and you could tell she was actually trying to connect with the customer not just fake it. Best experience Ive had here in awhile !

Ordered this eyeshadow palette online and my son went and picked it up. They gave me this ripped package. I’m supposed to give it as a gift. Have to make two trips for the same thing. So much for trying to save time! Thank you Ulta!

I had a great experience with the eyebrow bar. Sara waxed my caterpillars on my face and turned them into beautiful butterflies so to speak. I am so grateful to have met her! She is super sweet and clearly knew her stuff. She is a great conversationalist and kept working away. I highly recommend her!! I can’t stop looking at them!!

You need to know what you want when you get there because the staff will fly your hair.

Same poor customer service as two years ago. This store doesnt have ethics. I wont return. Employees are taught to sell the most expensive items on the sell instead of the best. I had a return and the cashier claimed the system could only give a store credit which, was inaccurate. They claimed a product was discontinued when in fact Ulta doesnt carry the Paul Mitchell item at this store. Ongoing deceit.

Had a great experience last week, starting with the security lady in the front, she was so so friendly and Jacqueline at the register was wonderful, kind and so helpful.I will be using this location again :)

I highly recommend Yelena for the salon. I was not quite sure what I wanted to do with my hair but I brought a few pictures along with me to show her. She looked at them and listened to my vague descriptions about what I thought I wanted to do. She explained the pros and cons to each of the hair styles and colors. She was friendly and very informative and professional. When I was done, I absolutely loved (and still love) my hair. I have never written a review for a salon before or for a stylist. But after my experience with Yelena, I knew I needed to write one for those of us who are on the fence about how we want to change our hair. You will not regret seeing Yelena.

Everyone is so nice here. It stinks they dont have Mac, but the level of wanting to help and make sure you get what you want is awesome! I believe Madi was helping me (boy haircut, (maybe dirty) blonde hair, with glasses and tattoos on her hand (looked like recent tattoos on her fingers)) she is so very helpful!! They have so many products from head, face, fingers/hands to toes, bath, perfume/mens cologne, and great sales. The staff is always friendly. The store is neat and organized. If you opt in via email you get a really nice birthday gift every year.

I visited the Ulta Salon this past weekend for the first time. I felt what I wanted was pretty simple so I gave it a try, my stylist was Patricia. I only had 2 requests for the hair cut, NO layers and keep it long enough for a high pony tail as I work outdoors a lot. Well Patricia messed with my hair and said that she was going to take a good 3 fingers width off and it would definitely be long enough to still pull into my pony tail. Now, Patricia also teaches cosmetology classes so I thought I could trust her opinion on the length. Obviously I couldnt, there is NO way that I can pull my hair into a pony tail after how much she cut off. I feel like she either didnt listen to a word I said or she just plain didnt care. I feel the price for the hair cut and color was way to high to not be 100% satisfied when I walked out the door. NEVER again will I pay $150 for a hair that was not what I asked for.

Ill be buying online from now on. Every employee I interacted with made me feel very unwelcome as if I didnt belong there. I used to be an esthetician and a makeup artist and going in there today reminded me why I chose a different path.

Staff is very nice and always willing to help and the store is consistently well maintained. The eyebrow salon is top notch. Sara always does the best job on my eyebrows.

Staff was incredibly nice. My daughter needed to replace some makeup and brush cleaning solution. She knew the name brand but had no idea what her skin tone was. The staff was incredibly helpful. They made a situation that could have been quite frustrating as pleasant as they could, considering were all practicing social distancing and no touching or trying on of the makeup is allowed.

Terrible customer service.

I have made two appointments online. I needed to cancel one. You can’t cancel anything online which is frustrating and you have to call. Today, 10/7 I’ve been calling and pressing 1 for the salon and it rings until it goes right back to the automated. This time I pressed 4 and said I needed to cancel an appointment in the Salon. Needless to say I was on hold for 8 minutes listening to the hideous hold music, no one checked backed in and no one ever answered from the salon. I called back to no one answering. Now you cancel both of my appointments. I will definitely not be going to get my hair done here.

Moving forward this is the only location I will go to. All of these employees are wonderful; so knowledgeable and friendly. Never more than a 5 minute wait and they are more than willing to go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and happy when you leave. Funny thing about beinv treated well - Im more likely to spend more and keep coming back. Great customer service!!

I love this store, every time I go in I am greeted and the staff seems so friendly. Their manager Molly is amazing. She always seems to have such a positive attitude and knows so much! I was in search of some new makeup and she took me over to Jacky who helped me find some new foundation, and Im in love!!! Jacky took her time with me and explained how everything worked and how to apply it. I originally came in today because of their liter sale and got some new shampoos and conditioners that I would never think of trying, for such a great price too! My cashier at checkout was so sweet too. Overall a great experience. :) would recommend 10/10

My experience here was really good. I was looking to just spend $20 but a good, very respectful employee named Jake helped me and made me wanna buy other stuff and I ended up spending about $200. He is a really caring, and polite guy!

I use this location for salon services and for products. First for products- fantastic selection, always clean store and friendly staff. Second for salon- GO SEE SARA! She is absolutely fantastic. She is friendly and she is fun to be around. She absolutely knows what she is doing. 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

They were out of stock on one of my clinique products but I got the Chi flat iron I wanted so yay.

I had a hair appt with another stylist at a different Ulta, canceled it and rescheduled with Yelena bc shes terrific and does so much of a better job on color and cut than Havan location. Yes, its far from my house, but Ill make the drive also bc its largest Ulta store in Denver area.

Ive been getting my brows tinted at ulta for years and Sarah is by far amazing and the best! Aliana (dark haired girl at the Clinique counter) instructed me on how to PROPERLY put on foundation after Id been asking so many people for YEARS at the other location I always went to and never got much feedback, especially not from Hayden who used to do my brows and had asked multiple times for tips. This location is awesome, never going anywhere else!

I had an interview and technical here yesterday, the staff was very friendly and fun. The assistant manager helped make my visit there very pleasant and comfortable. ( which is huge, Ive never met someone that was comfortable getting interviewed) The vibe in the shop was refreshing and inviting. Dont know if I got the job, but either way I do know this will be where I go to get the works from now on.

My daughter and I visited this store last week. Mind you it was my first time in an Ulta store. I will never go back!!! We were never greeted and when asked for help the store manager actually gave me an eye roll and sigh!!!! Then called a girl over, wasnt greeted by her so I went on to see if she could match my foundation. When the 1st one was obviously too dark and I didnt like it she went on to tell me how it did match my chest area. I dont want it to match my chest. That would leave me with a line, we all know THE LINE! So I went to a light shade and it was the one. She handed it to me and walked away until I said that I was also looking for a certain mascara so she pointed to that direction. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!!!!

Very unpredictable, and the store was dirty. The girls at work were click ish and unkind.

The selection and the availability of advice from knowledgeable employees is great. Flexible hours, lots of sales, and they send regular circulars with coupons and daily deals that can save you a bundle. They tint and wax brows, have many spa and salon services, and overall this is a go-to location for all things beauty!

Do I love Ulta? YES! This location however.... not so much. I walked in the store and was greeted. But I noticed no one was on the floor and I walked to the back close to where the employees should be and it smelled like weed. No biggie but the store was dirty at the makeup stations had trashed cluttered by them. While I was cleaning my hand I noticed an employee just look at me waiting for me to move but not ask if I needed help. The cashier just didnt seem very happy with her job. Idk the lack of customer service these days will make me keep shopping online 🤷🏾‍♀️

I spent WAY too much money like always because of the sweet, helpful and passionate ladies that work at this location. I never feel pressured which is always refreshing. The ladies here are always real with me. I feel ike they tell me their honest opinions and thats what makes the experience unique. I get honest opinions and sometimes different opinions from different employees. All of it is positive feedback but each employee will break down in detail why they like something and the different factors that play into their personal options. I am always given multiple options and told deals of the day. I spent well over 4 hours there and could of spent more. Thats how you know youve enjoyed your shopping experience.

Has quite a selection of perfumes and cosmetics, staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they assisted me in finding what I needed, especially difficult as I am a man and dont usually shop in this type of store.😁

I usually love ulta, but a few weeks ago I went to the Ulta’s salon for the first time. Before I got there my total was estimated at around $195, when I got there it was confirmed by my stylist my total would be $195 for what I wanted done. At the end she charged me $360! No warning at all that it would be even close to $360. Completely dishonest and I’m very disappointed. I could have gone to a much nicer salon and gotten my hair much nicer for way less than $360, and had I known she would charge me $360 I would have definitely gotten it done somewhere else. I will continue to buy makeup at Ulta (not this one though), but never get your hair done here.

You will find most professional beauty brands here. Displays are beautifully organized great sales and discount coupons are usually available. I purchased shampoo and conditioner usually $28 each two for $20.

Cashier was very friendly. Very helpful!!!! Got my niece a suitcase full of makeup for her bday and she was very excited!! Love to shop with coupons. Would be nice if they had little samples of perfumes.

Terrible service, nobody helped me.... obnoxious beeping security tags throughout the store on many products that just beeped the entire time I shopped. I asked two different associates why they don’t shut the beeping off...one said they just get used to the sound and laughed it off, while the other guy was clueless and no help! Never going back. Place was out of a lot of makeup.

Very frustrated with this store, manager/employees. Its true several shelves are a mess, they are too busy chatting than to help a customer (several occasions) . Not helpful and I feel as though Im a bother asking questions! Theyve over charged me on items that should have been free w/purchase ?? Even though this is a convenient location and a larger store, Id rather drive out of my way and hopefully have better customer service!

Had a hair appointment with Dymon.. He is fantastic!! My appointment was very long highlights, cut and style. My stylist totally listened to what I wanted done to my hair. He was very thorough and took his time. This man definitely knows his stuff!!! My hair looks so great! I would recommend him to anyone who needs color, highlights, or just a hair cut!

Got everything I wanted. This store is light on Essence products.

This is he worst Ulta I have ever been to. For one they never have anything in stock. I went looking for a blush and they didn’t have it. They told me to come back in a few days still didn’t have it then said well go order it online. Still I went back to get a foundation and had the rudest saleswoman. She tried showing me an option for a Laura helmet foundation and I was not a fan because the colors didn’t match my skin. When I didn’t agree with her she told me I’m out of options and walked away. Really? Like there isn’t a ton of other foundations in that store?! I’m just over their poor customer service and bad attitudes. If I could get them negative stars I would.

To start, Im giving 3 stars because the check out girls were very nice and helpful! But...I walked in to look for a couple new Too Faced products. Im not familiar with Ulta so I asked where Id find that section, the sales girl on the floor looked at me like Im dumb and just pointed to a wall. I couldnt find anything I wanted because NOTHING was stocked. Not to mention all the testers were destroyed and made Too Faced look like a disaster! I think Ill still to online shopping from now on.

Its a nicely layed out store, which appears to have a lot of stuff but in reality does not and the lighting isnt great which I feel for a store that sells makeup and cosmetics is an issue all in its self. The staff is hit or miss they either avoid you or make you feel like you are a VIP.

Love the store it’s beautiful and big with so many options but the costumer service was terrible. Everyone except for one skinny guy, average build and dark hair ignored me. Everyone that worked there was so busy talking to the other people that worked there. All they did was gossip. While I walked around looking. They never said a word. I like this store but I like the costumer service at garden of Havana instead.

I scheduled a hair appointment two weeks before in store. I come from two towns over and drove here on my booked appointment date to find it was never placed into the system. I would not go here ever again.

Totally prefer ulta over Sephora !!!My 3 daughters and I (they’re under 12 years old) always feel so welcomed.They love to see the new makeup and even try on a eyeshadow or two.Sephora makes us feel guilty for trying on their products but Ulta gives us the space we want and need.Thanks!!!

Terrible customer service. The worst I’ve ever received at any ulta. Even the store manager was rude. I searched the store trying to find someone to ask a question wound up just going to the register. And was just disappointed by the lack of knowledge and friendliness.

Staff very friendly. 21 day sale is highlight of the year, good deals for both men and women.

It was my first time at this Ulta a few days ago. They had a good selection and the cashier was friendly. It was awkward because this lady followed myself and sister around the store and kept asking if we were ok. It would have been ok but she asked like 6 times in 30 mins. DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE!! I can obviously afford if Im in there . I shop at sephora all the time. They just follow you everywhere looking at me like if I was going to steal something . EVERYTHING has a secure lock on it. Yet theyr still breathing down my neck . Couldnt shop in peace
