Love this place! I’ve been coming here for the past 12 years and I wouldn’t replace it with anything else! I currently live over an hour away and come out here to enjoy their ice cream and customer service! One of my favorite local small business in town!! Highly recommend the Hot fudge brownie sundae with the chocolate twist!

Delicious smooth ice cream. I had a banana Split on a cup and it was amazing. My niece had a vanilla strawberrie swirl on a cup and also really good.

Deri Delite has always had great ice cream and great service. And you always get a free slushie with your order! This is something that the owner has always done. This is the only place I know of that will do this!

Fantastic service♡ the first time I went, they treated me like I was a regular customer! Very pleasant and the fact that they offer a free slushie melts my heart (ha.) 🥺The ice cream is as good as everyone says it is, but the jalapeno poppers are the true unsung heroes here! Definitely give them a try, both cream cheese and cheddar are delicious!

I love Deri Delite. It takes me back to the ice cream places I went as a kid before everything became giant chains. There are plenty of choices, the ice cream is delicious and the servings are huge.At first you’ll think $5 is a lot for a small ice cream sundae but it’s still more ice cream than one person should eat but can. Kids can definitely share.There are a few picnic benches to sit at and I’ve never had a problem finding a spot even when it’s crowded.I recommend Deri Delite for anyone in the area looking for an old school ice cream experience.

This place is always great and so are the employees! The prices are even better! I got 3 cones, 1 banana split in a cup, and 1 hot fudge sundae all for under $20!! And a free slushy!! The cones have so much ice cream!! Love this place🤩 (attached is a pic of a medium size cone which is huge!!!!) So glad they are open so late: 11pm!😁 Go try it out if you havent already. They have more on the menu than just ice cream treats☺️

Life long Aurora resident. The ices cream is fantastic. Its all sorry served. My favorite is the brownie chocolate Sunday (has a real brownie in it). The guy that runs it is VERY nice and hands out free slushies to almost everyone. He remember his regulars orders, and is a big part of the community. He waves at you when he sees you around town. Very friendly guy. Because of him we choose Deri Delite.

I enjoyed being there with my son and 3 of my grand kids we hadnt been there together since summer of 2019 .It was good to see the owner was still there . I started going when my one grand daughter was in first grade at Beaupre school and everyday when I picked her up wed get ice cream she is now 23yrs and a mom and Dairy Delite is still there with the best ice cream in Aurora IL and there servings are gigantic.🌻😊👍

This really is an old school ice cream and burger experience which I LOVE and Im so happy to find a place like this still around. Just like everyone said, the guys who run the joint are just the nicest and the servings arent just big, theyre massive! Expect a size large cone to be nearly 10 inches tall and one serving of fries is plenty for 2-3 people. The poppers are excellent and they even have fried okra! The food was made fresh, everything was super tasty, the ice cream for the 2 of us was enough for 4. Awesome place!

Everytime I go I get a double cheeseburger with jalapenos and a little bit of grilled onions, cheese fries and a banana split in a cup with no banana and extra pecans. This place is the best!!! Sorry I forgot to take a picture

This ice cream is so delicious and so unique.My favorite place before was Dairy Queen, now after trying this ice cream from Deri Delite I can say its 100 % much better then dairy queen. First timer along with my co workers eating there and I can’t say enough how well we were all satisfied with the quality, service, and the food especially! The son of the owner was very generous by offering me to try a frozen yogurt ice cream cone and I was mind blown on how big it was too along with some cookies for our workers! My co workers and I will definitely be back and I’ll make sure to spread the word about this burger, beef, hot dog, etc place. Our food was nice and hot and I’m looking forward on trying the desserts in the near future. I greatly appreciate the hospitality once again from the son of the owner to me.

I grew up coming here, so naturally I would be biased, but I know it isnt just me. Every Auroran I know will never have anything negative to say about this business.The food here is also A1. I had a burger from here without even knowing and thought it was gourmet from some fancy eatery.Family-owned, locally loved, and you are pretty much guaranteed a free slushie whenever you come here. This place rocks! We were at a greek festival and this guy sitting next to us asked if we are buying desserts. If we are, we can skip it there and head to Deri Delite, which is down the street..So we did! The way these guys makes their sundaes is so mouth watering. Mind you, very generous on pecans and ice cream for $6. No extra charge if you ask for extra nuts. If you are in the area, give a try. We just keep coming back!
