Saturday morning we felt our car was going to be held prisoner with a non-functioning garage door opener. Happily Rocky Mountain Garage sent Stan and Dan, two very competent, knowledgeable and kind technicians who quickly had the door open, gave us how to instructions to keep the unit in good condition and a brief overview of how the thing works! Great job!
I called this company and they were out within 2 hours! Sam and Daniel were very nice, knowledgeable and was able to get the garage door open so I could get my car out and closed safely until we can replace the door. I would use them again in the future.
I had a spring break, so I called these guys. They were always keeping me appraised of their time-of-arrival, they asked a lot of questions about the door in order to get the right parts, and the installers were very professional. They completed the repair way ahead of schedule. The price was comparable to what my neighbors paid for repairs. Im definitely happy with the results and would use them again.
Terrific establishment to do business with. I was in a pinch for some garage parts that had failed. Aaron was fantastic to work with. Very kind and completely professional. He was able to perform necessary custom modifications with highest quality results on the spot. Great price, great service, will definitely return for future service.
Lost my garage door opener, and they were so friendly to help me replace it. Customer service 10/10. Professionals!
Do not use these guys. We had them come out to our place of business to repair a spring that was broken. They fixed it, but left a belt broken on the lift, NOT a big deal until we called them and they were the rudest group of people we have dealt with. They literally needed only to say, we will be back to repair it, but instead they were jerks on the phone. We will not be using them again for any reason. I can imagine what we would have to do if this was a warranty issue. They will do whatever they think needs to happen to get out of problems they may have caused. Stay away!!!
I called for same day repair of my door not opening. They fixed the door. Didnt do any work without my consent, told me of any prices and if and why anything was needed beyond the initial work. I had no problems with service.
The service guy was rude.we call for an estimate the service guy showed and check our door and price our repair.we told him that we shopping around because its a lot of money and in that moment he started to be rude yell at us, start to scream stuff at his foreigner language and give us a bill of 29$ for his trip. we pay and send him his way as fast as we can.not going to call or use this company ever again. I think they should work on their customer service ethics
They came out quickly after being called by property management company. Roy was the technician who came. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very concerned about the condition of the garage door and got right on the stick to get a new one installed. The office staff is super as well. Kept me informed all the way along.3 days later Roy was back to install the new door!!!Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Rocky Mtn Garage Door just replaced our garage door springs. Fast, efficient, and nice to work with! This company has been servicing our garage door for years, from springs (they wear out eventually), the opener, and a full replacement 6 years ago. Family-owned business. Its great to know who to call!
Family owned and operated for over 30 years. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable and Karrie and Michelle will do anything to help fix a problem.
5 stars all around. The gentleman, I cant remember his name for the life of me but he was a wonderful Isreali man. He really made things simple and easy for me to understand, quoted me everything before he started working and the price was totally reasonable. Well definitely call back if anything goes sideways and will reccomend them to everybody needing repairs!!
My garage-door torsion spring was broken, and I called Rocky Mountain Garage Door Service to help. The technician Roy came over within 2 hours to assess the problem, and scheduled an appointment to fix the door in 2 days. Roy is very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. I felt very comfortable working with him. They fixed my garage door in 2 hours, and it ran smoothly again. The price is great as compared to what I found on the internet. Overall, I am very pleased, and if I have any problem with my garage door in the future, I will certainly have them do the work!
The technician initially told me my motherboard was not working and he needed to replace the whole unit for nearly 700. When I said NO and decided to call the repair people I knew, he said he would try something else and suddenly discovered the unit was only 7 years old and very high quality, and only one sensor was burned out.He replaced both sensors and with the labor it was 274.I dont know if this was deliberate scam but I will call the other repair people I know in future.
My new garage door looks amazing. Courtesy of Rocky Mountain Garage Door Service, Inc . Alex and Jose were the technicians who came and fitted it well. They called before their arrival and told me what they would do. The service was excellent and If there were six stars they would have hit that, too! . I will prefer them to anyone and use them next time.
These guys are pros! Quality installation and warranty their work. Great color match to the house. Took time to explain the features and offered to come back if there are any issues which I do not anticipate. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Garage Door!
DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ANYTHING REPAIRED. THEY COME OUT JUST LOOK AT YOUR GARAGE AND SAY YOU NEED A NEW AND CHARGE YOU $29. WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE IF TIME.
Got our track, main motor and spring fixed when the opener broke. The tech was fine, just took a while. Then the remote in the car stopped working and we had to manually close the door. When I called to get it fixed since it came with a 2 year warranty Ron was awful. He even said to me Ill refund you all your money minus labor instead of having to deal with you and fix this. It was $700 and now, of course he is not planning to refund the money and the door remains broken.
Terrible service. Unprofessional. Rude. 500$ for 45 mins of work. Wouldn’t take no for an answer or leave our property. Wanted 3000$ to just replace a door. Nothing electrical at all. There was a huge language barrier, and everytime I would try to say no, he would jump on the phone and call someone. They told us there was nothing they could do today and would be back tomorrow, and once I said NO, magically the door could be removed for us to get our car out. Total scam. Scam scam scam
The spring on my garage door snapped and I called 3 different companies. This company is family owned and provided the best pricing out of the 3 other companies that I called. OC and Brad came out and went above and beyond fixing my door and did everything they needed to do to fix it that day. The price was more than reasonable and I have no problem passing along this company information to any of my friends that may need garage door repairs or replacements.
Love these guys! We are a local roofing company in Northglenn and used them to do a unique garage replacement, and they were so professional and the staff is so kind and always had the best communication! highly recommend using these guys. We will use them on all of our garage projects.
Tech gave us a bid to repair garage door starting at $950 - $1500 (what we paid for the door). Not sure what his name was but he has dark hair, blue eyes & speaks with an accent. Told us we had a really bad door system - 2 springs that should be only 1. Really??? On a 12ft insulated door? Told us he could cut the cable but that would slam our door in to the ground. Ok, so tech provided us 2 options, both horrible. We believe his intent was to scare us in to spending the big bucks on the repair. After discussing with original installer, who couldnt get to us for 3 days, they advised repair shouldnt cost more than a few hundred dollars and that 2 springs are required on a large door like the door we have. When I returned from my phone call to talk to RM tech he reduced price to $600 then $550. Said he spoke to a supervisor that allowed the discount. Not feeling good about the huge price swing from RM Garage Door within a matter of minutes and feeling that we were being ripped off, we waited the 3 days for original installer. Cable adjustments were all that was needed. Total cost AND adjustment on our other door $230 with original door installer.
They seemed great until they couldnt fix the problem. Said they would research it and get back to me, but just seemed to throw up their hands and give up. And then they forgot to get back to me. I guess I wasnt a big enough customer to warrant more research or even a phone call or any kind of helpful resolution.
Im a little late since my repair was last month (June 2018), but the local guys and gals of Rocky Mountain Garage Door Service were able to replace my old broken garage door with a nice new one within a week of me calling them and at a cheaper price than their closes competitor. They were also able to repair damage to my trim that was caused by my old garage door, match my new door design to my old one so that my HOA wouldnt notice a change, and were able to paint my door and new trim with matching house colors that I had stored away. Overall, this is a great company that did a great job. :-) BK
Good price nice workersDid a good job fixing my garage door thanks
Avi was very rude to my Wife, he seemed to immediately get an attitude coming up the driveway. He seemed not to care for his job at all. First of all how can you just come in and taking things loose without explaining what you are doing, first of all the garage door was working before he got there. Avi disconnected the arm from the Motor and held one side so that when he did that the side he wasnt holding jammed, which was his intent. He was not wanting to answer any of my wifes questions. At one point she said excuse me I have a question, he replied very sarcastically, WHAT. my Wife explained that we should be able to ask questions. We did not agree with the price of rollers especially since he didnt take them off to inspect them. We had to ask for a quote and he scratched some numbers toger and none of it added up, we told him to put everything back and he pulled triedon the arm to connect it back to the motor and was just about hanging on it. The arm detached from the door. Wet to close the door and it jammed and we couldnt get it closed The supervisor BEN says, no we wont come back to put on a roller, you have to pay for the complete install of over 700. Ben was horrible, the company is now being sued for 1100.00 the cost of a new door, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I called the guy (I didnt catch his name) and rather than come out and take my money for a service call he talked me through a few steps and even offered me a free part to diagnose my problem. It turns out it was a simple fix and I didnt need him to come out. I will however call them again when I have work that needs to be done. You should too.
The guy was friendly enough but way over priced! They put in new springs and cables on Easter Sunday. The door still shimmied a bit when going up and down, I was told it was the door. Fast forward a few weeks, the door begins not closing all the way, and even starts opening back up when trying to put it down. The door is shimming a lot at this point. Eventually, the door just got stuck. I called another locally owned company. They told the springs were the wrong ones and you could buy those same springs for $20 at home depot (they charged me $99 a piece) and the cable pulleys were put on wrong so the nut was on the side of the door and the tip of the garage door kept hitting it which was causing some of my issues. Additionally, the springs were far too tight. The locally owned company I called said they would have charged me half of the cost of this company charged me to do the work they did on Easter Sunday. And, since it wasnt done correctly, I had to have even more work done to fix the issues, which ended up costing me far more than needed. I do not recommend this company. I wish I would have read their reviews more closely! Buyer beware.
Avi came to my home to look at myGarage door opener did not do anything went quick to say for $650 I will replace it all or for $550 I can get you a cheaper one, did not do anything at all but was quick on the visit charge of $29 dollars. I asked over the phone if they worked on Ryobi garage door opener was told yes but then Avi said he does not know nothing about Ryobi garage door opener, wanted to sell me a new door openers I would not recommend this company.
We Contacted this company for a quote to fix our garage door because itiwould slam downdwhen itiwould close.this company was running a special for $29.00, So we went for it.Unfortunately the experience was a nightmare, the technician that was sent out to us was Avi. He came in very aggressive and he didnt want to answer any of my questions. I felt like he looked down on me because Im a woman! He was very rude and at one point stated what! When I said excuse me to ask him a question.Thats not the worst of it, after he finished his quote and reassembled everything he left. We decided not to hire him to fix the garage because he wanted to charge $700.00 to replace all the rollers. When he left we noticed that the door was left up. When we tried to close the garage it would not close at all. Before he came out the door would go up and down.We come to find out he left a whole roller off when he put everything back together. We immediately contacted them and spoke with a manager by the name of Ben. Ben told me that he couldnt do anything about it, and that he would need to call the tech Avi. When Ben contacted us back he stated that Avi said the door was already stuck open. This was a lie, not only did he leave the roller of he also jammed it on one side at one point while trying to let the door down when he was doing his check. We had to hire someone to just close the door.We had to pay $134.00 for just that, and then hire another company to fix it but was told because of the roller and the jam he caused previously the whole middle was now no good and the whole door would need to be replaced. We had to pay $1100.00 for the door. Im devestated and would warn you not to use this company. I will be taking them to court to pay for the door.
SCAM!!!!! SCAMMMMAvi came to our home and displayed a very nasty attitude, did not know what he was doing and wanted to charge over 700 for rollers he didnt even inspect, and cables that were intact and working before he touched them and a metal plate. He took off 2 rollers and left one off and now the garage door doesnt even work now. We called and spoke to Ben a supervisor and Ben says that he will send a tech back but we have to pay him to put back the wheel he took off and not only that we would have to pay for the whole repair that they quoted. Avi was rude, disrespectful and when i said excuse me, he turned sharply and said, WHAT? Ben says thetdoor was not working whenAvi got theret which waswa lie as we have contractors to witness.this company is a scam, dont dare use them!?!!!!!
Im a contractor and have been doing business with these people for 15+ years ! They do a great job and anyone who needs garage door service should call this place FIRST ! True old school PROS ! Thx for my recent door replace guys !!
Ive been serviced by these guys for well over a decade and theyve come out the same day I called for their help. Seems like about every 2-3 years my garage door decides to act up with something new every time. First a broken spring, then the electronic door opener goes on the fritz, then the wheels and bearings freeze up, then years later another different broken spring, hope I didnt jinx myself its been about 3 years since the last visit. These guys are reasonable and dont try to gouge you either.
Not a single issue, fixed problem and were available on short notice. Pricing was fair.
A very strange noise of metal on metal screeched and my garage door wouldnt open any further than ten or so inches; it sounded bad, really bad. I called Rocky Mountain on a referral from a gal at work, they promised to come that afternoon. Only an hour later they asked if they could come early! When Bradley showed up he looked like he expected the worst. Well the darn thing didnt look bad so we tried it and it worked! But he persisted in his investigation and found that the manual lock bar had been slid over and got caught as the door rose. How that bar got moved is a mystery, but he just told me I have an old unit, a replacement unit would cost $339, or around there, and that I should have a nice day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess where I put their sticker and who I will call when I get the new opener???? Thank you!
Dear costumers, I work for this company for a couple years and I have to tell to everybody who read our reviews, we don’t have nobody called “Avi” working for us, those reviews are scam and we’ll open a investigation for this scammers, thanks
My first time dealing with a broken garage spring, the service was friendly and awesome. At my house in 2 hours after calling, 30 min to fix, and at a great price.
Please get your truck fixed. It is currently blowing nasty smoke all over I25. Super unprofessional and horrible for the environment
Greatest place Ive ever worked. Family owned and mostly operated and those of us that arent blood related do the rest. Great service, buy professional technicians with an understanding smile. WITH WARRANTIES YOU CAN TRUST, WE BACK OUR NAME.
