I enjoy coming here and getting personalized items. When I went there at the end of August, you no longer had to pay past the 2 free initial words. So I happily could personalized my gift!

The joliet mall Things Remember closed so I had to go the extra miles but the staff was helpful and got monogrammed item and went back days later to pick up,turned out very nice work 😊

I went here twice this year, first time was to get my gf a bracelet rose gold and everything went well the graving looked great but then after a month the little heart that came with it kept on falling down until we eventually got tired of it falling so we went back to get a new replacement from things remembered. After a day nothing changed and the new replacement kept falling so now she doesn’t wear it. Now yesterday I went to things remembered to get her a necklace for our 6 year anniversary now when I gave it to her she went to put it on today in the morning 09/20/19 and she texted me saying that the heart of the necklace fell off and then when she wears it she gets a skin reaction. I will not be coming here again, definitely a waste of money, cheap material, very low quality. Would not recommend to anyone. If there was a zero star section I would review it as that.

Bought a pen here and got it engraved the same day. The staff was friendly and they worked fast. One star off bc I originally went there to engrave a a different pen, but they wouldnt do it bc the pen had a patterned exterior on the top of the pen and they dont engrave on the body of the pen. They also had a buy one get half off deal which was nice!
