John is a great helpIm a new rider & now that I talk to John Im ready to take a coarseCima knows biking 🏍 👌
Id also like to thank the good folks at Cima International of Aurora, Illinios for their amazing service. Not 10 minutes after I placed the order, I got a phone call confirming my order. With the sales of motorcycle products facing a 77% decline as of late, Im wondering if someone didnt fall off their chair when my order popped up on the screen. With the factory in Italy being closed they had to pull some strings and they not only found what I wanted, they are also doing a factory dealer install of the n-com commo system. They told me it ships early next week. Cant wait! Thanks Suzanne and all the other hard working people out there trying to make a buck. Hope I was as helpful to you as you were to me.
Just a nice, downhome country cooking type place.Try the fried chicken. Superb!
Warranty does not cover locking pins for windscreen. Apathetic regarding their product and service. Did not even to offer a discount on a future purchase of a helmet or replacement parts as an alternative for example. I was told a new windscreen and locking pins would cost $45 and $10. I can buy a quality used modular helmet for $80 from my neighbor. Why should I bother with Nolan, when they could care less? N44 helmet isnt that good anyway. I suggest looking for another modular helmet. Overall poor design, poor service. I guess I should pity them. They do live in Illinois.
Great company! They answer the phone during business hours, and, you will talk to folks who ride motorcycles! Very helpful to anyone with reasonable requests.
My new modular is incredibly comfortable, has Bluetooth with amazing sound quality and easily comes apart for cleaning. Great helmet and great people!
Worst helmet I have ever owned. Lining is almost impossible to put back in. Visor hinge unscrewed after 3 months, impossible for me to replace screws. Had to use gorilla glue. I bought the X-lite X-403GT. Dont buy it!
Importer of Nolan helmets and super helpful. Thanks Joe
