The purchase process is like the wedding and the ongoing services are like the marriage. Mile High Harley knocked it out of the park on both accounts. I bought my 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan at the beginning of July, Brendan and the sales manager went above and beyond. The bike I wanted was fresh out of the crate and they completed it while I signed the paperwork. Unfortunately, my bike has had some recent issues (no fault of Harley) and I brought it in for service. Jerrys customer service is amazing!!! I appreciate his honest communication. I am also very, very happy that they have a RE trained mechanic for service. I have complete confidence with the entire team at Mile High Harley.

My wife and I visited Mile High Harley-Davidson this Monday. We where traveling from St. Louis thru Denver Colorado to ride in the beautiful mountains. We had a rear tire that had a slow leak and therefore dangerous to ride on. Though I was informed that they did have the capability to fix my tire, they would not be cause my bike was older than 2005. I strongly recommend not doing business with a company that does not look out for the safety of riders!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. Before I go into detail let me just start by saying save your time and money and go to any harley but here. If they have the bike you want. The other harley can get it for you.I have purchased 4 harleys from 4 different locations in the course of 10 years so I am well aware of the sales technique harley uses. When I get there Greg greeted me and showed me to the back to my bike. Of course with no price tags and no information. It is not a used bike btw. I told him upfront I would pay over MSRP however I would not be lied to or haggled. Right away they were asking well over any other dealer and pretty much went back and forth with me (arguing might I add) about the price. The old smoke and mirrors. I would not sign any paperwork as they started to put me to each department as if I had signed. I spent hours just to see that the paperwork was incorrect of course and they added several fees that were not discussed. I of course questioned them and was told this is how it was. I chose to still buy the bike unfortunately due to it being a rare color that I was not willing to wait for. I left very unhappy and they knew. The unprofessionalism I endured was amazing not to mention the lack of customer service. I contacted the store and asked for some advice for the seat seeing if they would improve with the bike already being sold. Lets just say the answer to that curiosity is no. I gave a survey and it asked if I would like to be contacted by the manager to discuss. SURPRISE I did not get any call of a sort.I promise you. If you are a female and they feel they can get over on you they will. Unfortunately for them I have a wide circle of Harley riding friends and have made sure to share this experience. I will continue to put words of warning out to anyone considering. Do yourself a favor and go to Avalanche or any surrounding store. You will get way better service.P.S the girls in the clothing department were amazing!

I stopped by just to see what they had in stock. V met me at the door and was incredible. I never felt pressured to buy anything. In fact, I immediately felt like I was part of the team. I left that day feeling great. V texted me a week later saying they had the bike in stock that I was looking for. I stopped by, gave it a test ride, and purchased the bike that day. From the second I walked in the door, V and the team at Mile High H-D were amazing. They have a customer for life in me. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I cant say enough how great this dealership is. Every time I have been in here they have been nothing short of amazing even though I havent bought a bike from them. I can only imagine that if this is the way that they take care of a random someone that if you bought a bike from them it would be a first class experience. They have one of the best staffs of any dealership (motorcycle or automotive) I have ever stepped foot in. Jamie was especially great. She took the time on a Saturday night when they were getting ready to close to show me a bike and take me for a test ride. Afterwards her and the Sales Manager Daniel sat and talked with my wife and I for a while about the bike. Never once were they pushy, and they answered every question that I had. I didnt buy the bike as I found a crazy deal on another bike. But I almost decided to skip the other bike purely because of the customer experience I had with Jamie and Daniel. If your reading this Mile High, you need to make sure that you hold on to those two. They are the golden standard in customer service and probably deserve raises ;)

Great place. Andy in service went above expectations and went the extra mile to get my problems resolved on my 2019 Roadglide Special. Another dealer said it was a Compensator problem and was normal. But Andy and his guys dug up the problem. Missing teeth on my drive belt!!! Awesome job guys thanks a million for getting my wife and me back on the road again.

Since I began a seventy-five hundred dollar project with Mile High last year they had my bike for a total of over four months, they dropped it, they returned it to me with no brakes, they destroyed my seat and because of parts installed there falling off I crashed on the off ramp of the 225. I brought my bike in because it was smoking, its still smoking. They are refusing to even finish fixing the stuff they broke.It ran almost the whole day I brought it home although my running lights were out. When I called them about its present condition I was told they now had a policy about not working on custom bikes and stopped returning my messages.

My mother and I drove 3.5 hours to purchase a bike for my dad for Father’s Day.. We firstly went to the Avalanche Harley Davidson and unfortunately, we got horrible customer service and tons of lies thrown our way... Although, we were still keeping an open mind that not all of the shops were like that one and boy were we right!! We had an absolutely amazing experience with Brendan, he treated us with the utmost respect! Not only did he respect us and what we were looking for, he was also honest and upfront with prices and all “hidden fees.” Brendan did not push any sales or products we did not want onto us either. He worked with us on the prices we were comfortable with and that was definitely a first for us in regards to dealerships! He also offered us something to drink and truly made us feel like home; my family of six and I have all purchased many vehicles throughout our life time and NEVER have we gotten an exceptional service such as the one Brendan gave us!! If you are looking for someone to listen, care, and frankly, not “beat around the bush,” I highly recommend seeing Brendan!! Best customer service! If they had a higher rating I would give them one. I bought a used bike there . Amazing Dyna Low by the way. It had a fork seal blow out. When I took it in I knew that I bought it As Is but asked if there was anything they could do to help me out . Their sales manager Chris was amazing not only did they fix the blown fork seal they also replaced the other one. I am blown away by their customer service. I have bought many bikes over the years and have never seen this at an Harley davidson dealership. Thank you ! You guys ROCK!

Went to buy gloves for cold weather. I was greated at the door, the young ladies in clothing were very nice and helpful. Bought a pair of gloves for this weekends ride....looking forward to trying them out.

This is a great location. The ladies that staff the clothing dept. are always extremely helpful and very nice. Many shops bum rush you at the door like your a t-bone that wandered into a hyena enclosure at the zoo. I have not had that experience once at this location. They always have inventory and if they dont theyll order you anything you particularly need and call you the day it comes in. I hate that they close their doors on Sunday but thats not going to be held against them. I have absolutely zero complaints about Mile High in Aurora. Keep up the good work!

I can’t say enough of about how good of a job Mike and everyone did for me. I submitted my app online, got a phone call asking me which bike I wanted (which I already knew). They had it in stock and I was down within two hours riding it away. Everybody did such a wonderful job from selling me the bike to killer financing to introducing me to parts and the service department. Ive been back a few times to buy parts and accessories and Cora in the accessories department spent a bunch of time getting me exactly what I wanted. She is awesome! And I’m not kidding. I would rate this place at 10 with zero exaggeration.

Show room staff was friendly. That being said Glen in sales is what you would expect from a used car sales person. Rude and wasted my time trying to sell extras I did not desire nor did I ask for. By the way paid in cash. Service department is about as competent. Took bike in for first service and was never notified when it was done. Devil is in the details and MHHD failed. Buy from anyone else.

I was on vacation when my drive belt broke. Mile High was reasonably hauled my bike to their dealership and worked me in early on their busy service schedule to get me back on the road. Thank you very much! Fyi, a different local dealer was less than helpful.

The dealership was great. They had all the colors available for the Livewire. The test ride was decent and even allowed some highway time to get a feel for the difference in acceleration of the Livewire, which is significantly different to your standard Harley. The crew was welcoming and friendly.

Had my bike oil and filter change done today. Had the bike looked at for any safety issues also. Andy in the Customer Service Department was very Helpful in explaining to me a issue found. I trust Mile High Harley Davidson to take care of and look my Bike over so I can ride safe. I also went over to the clothing store department and I like the selection Kim has over there in larger sizes and selections. The ladies that are employees in the clothing store are so polite and are always checking to see if I need help. Mile High Harley Davidson has great employees and Im so happy to do business with them. Very Happy.

This is just a shout out to Cole in the Parts Department. Ordered a replacement handlebar for my wifes 03 Dyna Low Rider. Turns out they are obsolete now, that didnt stop Cole. Cole was able to find me a set that had the same deminsions and ordered them in for me.When they came in, he called and told me they were in. AWESOME! Way quicker than I was expecting, what a great surprise.I had called a couple other HD shops, the one in south Littleton, even one in Parker and not one of them even offered to do the same.In my opinion, that is what customer service is all about!!Way to make it happen Cole..and thank you!

After a horrible experience with another motorcycle training class, I enrolled with Mile High Harley. The class sizes are small with 2Instructors so each rider gets one on one training. The bikes are new and designed for training so they have extra safety features. The instructors were experienced, calm, and made the class fun and enjoyable. It was the perfect amount of class time and riding time. The entire class passed! I highly recommend the riding class.

WHEN, I have a Harley. They are the only ones I would trust for service, they are only 10 miles from me and they treat everyone like friends.
