The services was very below standard. Once a customer enter the store the employees race to the back so there is o ly one person on the floor to service you when you enter there’s over 5 employees on the floor when you enter. All in all my watch got repaired but I don’t think I willl ever visit there again

Classic watch collection and good price

Purchased a Tory Burch watch as a gift for my sister and couriered it to India and cracks appeared in the strap within a couple of hours of use. Called the store and they said they wont be able to do anything about the watch and should contact the manufacturer. Why are they selling stock that are in such a fragile condition?

The service is superb! The staff at this location is always willing to go above and beyond to help the customer. Their sales are incredible and their selection is amazing!!! That is why I dont mind driving from downtown Chicago.

I bought a watch and it was women’s (the guy didn’t tell me what gender but it looked like a small mens watch) and once i got home i looked the watch up and it was womens. I went to the store to return it but they said i couldnt because it had “scratches” but i only wore it once when i got home and it was kept in the box for the rest of the time. would not recommend at all the manager is so rude she needs to be fired and their policy is so bad. Please nobody shop here im doing you a favor.
