The store was clean and well organized. It was easy to find what I was looking for. Due to covid they limit the amount of people in the store so there was a line to get in. Customers are required to wear a mask.

They have good sales and shoes Ive not been able to find at other converse stores. They have one employee that is amazing he went above and beyond for me and my family. His name was Andrew so if you go in ask for him he will definitely help you out.

This is probably one of my favorite stores to visit at the outlet mall. I am a collector of converse shoes and also use them daily. I never have issues with them warranting my shoes from defects and I love how they have new items weekly and I try and buy one pair every few weeks. Recently Melissa the manager helped me out she was very welcoming and kind and really went the extra mile to take care of me. Service like that will keep me around as a customer

Great selection of shoes and even found a specific shoe. Left and came back to buy the shoe but the guy helping me said someone had bought them all out and they would be found on amazon in the next week. Poor attitude and any other questions I had were disregarded and shot down.

I seriously loved it. The energy in the store is positive, its comfortable. I love the variety of shoes they have to offer. Best of all, the workers are extremely nice. Prices are very good too.

I just walked out of the Converse store I did spend $150 only because my kids needed shoes. I did feel like the employees were looking down on me and were just following me around it was really uncomfortable the manager needs to work on his people skills as well... If you work retail you need great customer service skills... Everyone in the entire store needs too!!!

I like the converse outlet store. I found shoes in there that they had on the original converse website that they now have combined with Nike. Couldnt find them on the new website. The staff is always helpful. Wish there were more colors to choose from in the jogging pants. So far I only seen 3 colors. Oh yeah.....thanx for getting the chuck 2s in. One of the best shoes converse has right now.

I love Converse and so does my family. This store is very friendly as soon as we walked in they greeted all of us and asked if we needed help.

Shoes are trendy and stylish, however are not comfortable after several hours of wear. The store has a great selection of shoes and friendly staff.

My daughter loves Converse shoes. They have all excellent shoes there with cool designs.

Went to purchase a gift card and while doing so the computer froze so we moved to another computer. Was told i wouldnt get charged for that transaction.... well i did. And now they wont answer their phone. Been calling for 30 mins. Enployees didnt even know what they were doing. Probably opening late thinking nobody will notice.

Been calling today for 45 minutes and have yet to reach anyone. Hmmm. Rosemont is only 15 minutes away but if Aurora has what I need, Im willing to drive . But NOT if I cant reach them beforehand.Also staff is always immature and unknowledgedable. I always know more than them. Once I had to find the Aurora library to print my email coupon because the sales person couldnt find the discount code in the system. (I was purchasing $ 300+ in merchandise)Its been 5 hours now and still no answer
