Come here for morning bangles when I run out. They are alright but a bit on the tough side for my taste.

I rarely post bad reviews but I am very disappointed in the cream cheese and lox bagel that I ordered from Einstein Bagels this morning. The bagel had just a thin smear of cream cheese, a tomato slice, onion slice and a tiny thin piece of lox! When I tried to call the store to express my disappointment there was no answer.I have been to other Einstein Bagels locations and was always very happy with the quality and portions. Needless to say today was my first and last trip to this location.

Drive-thru line was pretty long so I went inside to place my order. They had a large selection of bagels and were quick getting my order to me.

The food is good as usual but the guy taking my order was so pushy and impatient that it was hard to even place the order. I’m so glad I was only passing through town and don’t frequent this location! I couldn’t find want I wanted on the menu and wasn’t able to get what I was looking for because of the drive through staff. I wish I could hit redo and ask him if he got paid by the hour cause he was behaving like he got paid by the car and he needed to give me time to formulate a word. I’m not slow by any means but he didn’t give a second for a thought which might be needed when ordering food. Hmmmmm.

Amazing bagels, tried their jalapeño bagel with creamy jalapeño spread and garlic herb spread. Both are good, love this place

Good shop for breakfast in South Austin.Look over for the special menu -spinach bagel, its not in regular menu option on online order but can be ordered for Togo/drive- thru.Food is very filling but the wait time in the weekends can be long (a weekend we waited for 30mins in drive-thru queue).Currently dine-in and Togo orders are welcome and service is good. #HappyDining

As a general manager of my own store in Houston, Gio is very rude. He needs to learn people skills and food service etiquette. I understand that it’s busy but if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, that shouldn’t project to your customers. The cashier Bryan was very sweet on the other hand and was very helpful.

Great place to grab quick bite, it is better to order ahead if you don’t want to wait.

Lobby is closed, long drive thru line, and food just sat there getting cold until someone eventually got around to opening the door to ask people’s names. Go somewhere else

Got 2 farmhouse bagels. Specifically asked for no schmear on one when ordered. Reiterated when order was read back. Reiterated again at drive-thru window. Guess what, both had schmear.Second time Ive been to Einstein Bros. Second time theyve screwed this up. Wont be back for a third. Its unfortunate, as if they could possibly get this right, itd be awesome food.

Good food but drive-thru attitude needs much improvement. Every time we use drive-thru, the gentleman seems annoyed, rude, & rushed. His tone suggests that we are not very welcome. Each time, we wonder why we come back but we do enjoy the bagels & sandwiches

I usually dont say anything but this requires it. Not only was the drive thru person rude while taking my order, but needs to be talked to about things he tells customers. Before you tell someone IN THEIR CAR, MORE THAN 6 FT FROM YOU to wear a mask, look at your own practices. Unless you are changing your gloves AFTER EVERY SINGLE THING YOU TOUCH AS WELL AS SANITIZING YOUR HANDS, you are the person contaminating everything. The people coming to this establishment are more at risk in their short interactions with you and your mislead practices than you ever will be from us. If your establishment would like people to wear a mask in the drive thru, put up a sign. Its understandable if going into the establishment, but in your own personal vehicle is excessive. Thats not even required to be tested at a hospital WITH symptoms. Additionally, if you are going to be so rude to a customer, make sure they at least receive their entire order. Needless to say, I will never be back. A complete waste of money and time.

Bagels delish the same day.Last week all over the country, their computers went down and they only took cash. Not telling the public about what happened. Did my credit info & yours become compromised? Not Sure. So, cant be too excited about them right NOW. This is a weekend go to 8n the Hassan household when everyone is home. Enjoy.

I picked up a bagel box for my office breakfast this week. The selection was great and it was only 19$ with an extra thing of smear. The bagels were fresh and delicious. Very happy with my experience there.

First time ever going and my order was made wrong. I called the store but no answer. I only got three items. Didnt try to make an attempt to call again. Even though the order was made wrong the breakfast sandwhich was good.

Food is good. Employees have a funky attitude... I get it customer service can suck at times but I gave them no reason to be rude to me.

This location never has everything on the menu, you always have to substitute or go with another option. They should either reduce their menu or maintain better inventories. What they do have is yummy, though!

The guy behind the counter acted very defensive as if it was a burden to help me. The tone of his voice was angry and unwilling and pissed off more so than it was to help anybody. Waiting for my food I couldnt help but notice every single table top was littered with crumbs, even the counter by the cash register. This might have well deterred me from ever considering going here again. This is pathetic customer service and not to mention I would spend less damn money at Starbucks as far as price is concerned. This location continually doesnt seem to be bothered with having a drive through open. They clearly dont maintain their place and horrible tonality towards customers. Buy your morning breakfast elsewhere. If youre the manager of this dump. Fire all of your employees!

Today seemed a they were a little unorganized, but the bagels were great! The wait was longer than anticipated.

The bagels are great but the service is a bit if he. I was under the sign that said order here and the employee was annoyed that he had to call me over to the other end of the counter to place my order. If thats where you placed the order, why is there a sign on the other end?

Most times my order (which is admittedly unique) is wrong the first time. Sometimes I ignore it. Other times it is bad enough I need it remade.

I live in San Marcos, but I’m working in Austin today so I decided to try something new this morning for breakfast. I’m really not a person who writes reviews, but my experience really upset me. I had heard Einstein bagels was good, but having never been there I needed to look at the menu for a second. I pulled up at the drive thru and the man taking orders was immediately unfriendly, but like I get the struggle so whatever right? I told him I had never been and needed to look at the menu a second (no one was behind me) and he didn’t offer help or anything. Just seemed very impatient and put out. I decided what I wanted, and said I was ready to order Incase he had stopped listening and he said very rudely “ready when you are” so I ordered and started pulling up to pay, and the man forgot to turn off his head piece and said “oh my god finally” on the speaker where I could hear it. I really didn’t feel like I took long enough to warrant this response. I am usually very friendly to fast food workers, but I just quietly paid him, and he started to hand me my coffee and said “oh this was suppose to be caramel but they made mocha you want them to remake it?” I said no and that I’d just drink this one, I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible as I already felt thoroughly unwelcomed. So, lost star for rudeness and lost star for messing up my coffee, but still 3 stars cause the bagels and coffee, despite being mocha, were very very good. Quality great, service not great this morning. I get working in the food service is hard, but something that should have made my morning better, kinda ruined it.

This one has a drive through. I like to get a coffee and bagels after getting my groceries curbside from the HEB. Be careful when leaving though William Cannon is odd right there and you cant see oncoming traffic very well.

I love Einstein Bros and I am NOT a complainer, but this location often falls short.They are nearly always out of one or more flavors of coffee. And the coffee is luke warm more than hot. They are also frequently out of (multiple) bagel flavors. Any rarely is the honey out. Come on, management, you can do better,

First time customer are Einstein Bros. Bagels. The Chorizo Sunrise was great as was their customer service.When I come back, Im coming back to this location.

Employees are really nice. But the place is always closed even when the hours say they are open. This is the third time this happened to me.

This location is honestly a hit or miss. When they get it right, the bagels are soft and chewy. When they get it wrong, bagels are over done or stale. My recommendation is to go early when it opens around 6. Be prepared for lines, and get there before menu items run out! They have delicious cream cheese and I love their Nova lox salmon and cream cheese bagel!! Delicious blueberry muffins!

Used to be really nice but they seem to be consistently messing the orders (esp to go ones). Twice in a week I have had either egg missing from my bagel or the shmear for eg. I know the order was placed correctly because I was billed for it.

I love Einstein Bros bagels. They are so much better than getting packaged bagels from the grocery store. If you go on Mondays they have a deal where it is only $6 for 13 bagels. That is roughly a 50% discount from the normal price. I go every Monday and stock up. The bagels freeze well and last for the whole week in the freezer.

Staff seemed great and the location was easy to get in and out of. I love Bagels but this stuff is as bad as it gets. Einstein Bagels are to good bagels, what microwave steak-ums are to a good grilled Rib Eye. Threw it away after two bites.If you are like me and considering trying them for the first time then skip it. Oh, the coffee is decent.

The bagels are great especially for breakfast. Healthy? no. The Coffee isnt very good, it just your average coffee.The reason for 3 stars is that there was a lot of ants around the Coffee one of the times I went which wasnt very pleasing. Definitely something that should have been taken care of right away.The Sesame Bagel with Egg and Cheese is really good but my favorite is just a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

The food & coffee here are great, just like any other Einstein Bagels. Sometimes when they are busy they employees get real test and annoyed if you have a more complex order, or a coupon.

My bagels were delicious, the people working there were so nice, and one of them made me an awesome coffee that was perfectly what I wanted. Im already craving another visit.

Customer service hit or miss. Last time I went received half my order and the breakfast I was going to eat had penut butter all over it. Contacted the store and the manager said he would refund my card. Its been three days..nothing yet. I gave 6.22 and didnt get my juice in the bag, and when I reached for my bagel the bag was full of penut butter which I got all over my hands..when I finally got to the bagel it too was full of penut butter. This place needs major training from the top down.

Get there early. The cream cheese selection is great.

Drive thru is painfully slow. What are those people doing inside ???? Bagels are good. But will only patronize this place on a rare occasion, and never during morning commute to work. You will be sitting waiting forever in your car.
