I had a great boat buying experience.Hector went out of his way to make sure I understood everything.And Tom took me on a test drive at the lake even after I bought the boat.Tom even did all the paperwork, made it quick and easy.And after some research on boat prices I think Tom gave me a great price on the boat.

One of the most unprofessional people Ive ever TRIED to work with (Hector). I was in the process of trying to buy a boat from Bass Pro Shops in Round Rock, TX. They claim they do trade ins, but in actuality they refer you to Hector who is a 3rd party buyer not a used boat manager. He works for Bancer Marine in Austin. I can go on and on about all of the circles this guy sent me in, but my main issue was his lack of professionalism. I would call him and he would either tell me he would call back and NEVER did. If he answered he would either be on the highway (so he says) returning from Mexico, and of course would never call back. He would tell me to call back at a certain time then would not answer the phone. Ultimately I was unable to trade in my boat to get the new boat. I see reviews of how hard he worked when he wanted your money, but he is terrible on the opposite side of that transaction. Ive sent my review to Bass Pro Shops to either restate that so called we take trade-ins claim or refer people to another buyer.

Great experience and great folks Hector and Tom or top notch. Just purchased a Lowe Stinger for early Christmas. Good folks.. I typically dont do reviews . You dont need a fancy place to get good service and a good deal .
