Clay was extremely helpful and responsive during the process of ordering and purchasing our new boat. At a time when boats are easy to sell, they treated us like they really needed and appreciate our business. I will certainly recommend them to friends.

Boat Town is a dealership where everyone is friendly, kind and thoughtful. We deliver their boats from one of their manufacturers. And we are usually going home after we deliver because we live in Texas. So after being gone for a few weeks we are ready to get home. They waste no time getting us unloaded and on our way. And always tell us welcome back. If these people are this caring for the drivers that deliver their boats I can just imagine how well they treat the people that buy them. If I was looking for a boat I would most definitely go to them first. They have several makes and models. But most important I trust them. Boat’s are a big investment and should be a family fun experience. And when you have people that understand that you’re in really good hands.

I owned the same boat for 21 years and loved it but knew it was time for something new. I am an avid water-skier and wake boarder. So I went on a mission to find a new boat. I am pretty much a perfectionist when it comes to my boat so I knew this process wouldn’t be easy. After stopping by Boat Town on numerous occasions to look at what they had to offer I feel in love with a boat. It was the right price and it had all the options I was looking for. The sales people never hassled me or made me feel pressured. They seem to truly just want to make me happy and they did. I purchased my boat at a very good price. But the relationship with Boat town has continued. They have transported my boat to numerous locations for me for family vacations. They have taught me on several occasions how to fine tune my boat to fit my needs for skiing, wake boarding and surfing. Their service department and financing staff are friendly and easy to work with. I continue to stop by just to say hello and take a look at the nice selection on skis and boards. We just bought a Mastercraft from him and throughout our conversations, he listened to what type of boat we were looking for, was super responsive, answered every question (and we had a lot!), didn’t try to push us one way or another, and made the whole boat buying experience fun and easy! On Friday I had a scheduled appointment with Rusty to test out a 2007 Mastercraft X15. We had already came to an agreement on price two days prior. I had funding in place, would seem like an easy deal right? I was ready to go! We meet up with Rusty and the boat on lake Austin. Hes unloading boat from trailer and it wont start? He stated batteries are not charged? Im thinking to myself dont they check this stuff before a test run? At this point Im disappointed, but not too upset, things happen. But then Rusty proceeds to tell me that we may have to reschedule? I told him I dont know when I can reschedule, I asked him if there was anyway he could charge batteries and come back? He said hell try. I said ok, we will go to lunch down the road and will be close by. He calls back about 30 minutes later stating that we only have a limited amount of time to test boat I have to be back within an hour, WE CANT BE FARTING AROUND OUT THERE ON THE LAKE, I HAVE OTHER APPOINTMENTS!!! REALLY???? WHO SAYS STUFF LIKE THIS? Am I not important as your other clients? Was it my fault you guys didnt charge batteries so that you could have made your other appointments? Im making one of the most important purchases of my life and he is putting me on a time frame? I proceeded to tell him Im not comfortable being on a time frame it doesnt feel right I want to be able to go over the boat thoroughly. He had the balls to say, LOOK IF YOU DONT WANT THE BOAT THEN WE WILL JUST MOVE ON And that was that! You judge for yourself if you want to deal with staff who are unprofessional and belittle you. Needless to say I will never deal with Boat Town again AND WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSWHERE!

We had a terrific experience with our recent boat purchase at Boat Town. Our family has been doing business with Boat Town for decades. We just traded in the Mastercraft we bought there 10 years ago for a Cobalt. Our salesperson, Rusty Kotzur, was knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive. There was no haggling. The contracting process was easy.The most amazing thing was that we had a flat on our boat trailer when we were bringing our trade in down from Dallas. The folks at Boat Town drove out to where we were broken down, hooked the boat and trailer up to their truck, fixed the tire, and took the trade in the rest of the way. No charge. They just really went way out of their way to help out.Everything weve been told has happened exactly as promised, and we absolutely love our new boat!

The gate is a manual padlock, but other than that, its a great and convenient location.

I just got off the phone with Cliff at Boat Town service. He was able to go the extra mile to get my NXT22 back to me in time for the great weather this weekend, despite how busy they are with the San Antonio boat show. I give them 5 stars not only because of this experience but every experience Ive had. Their whole team is very knowledgeable, friendly, and treat you like you are their only customer. In my experience, this is very rare for this industry. It also doesnt hurt that they sell two of the best boat brands you can buy. Ive have purchased both Mastercrafts and Cobalts from them and both have been a joy to own. Much of this feeling comes from that fact that I know Boat Town always has my back!

I bought a used boat, not a Mastercraft, from this dealer several weeks back. Jeremy was pleasant, PATIENT, informative, and nothing short of awesome. Chuck the service man lived up to the promise of the dealers statement that it matters where you buy when something goes wrong. He was great when a few weeks later my drive shaft broke, no one really knows why. They stood behind a product they were not responsible for, as I bought it as is. Faced with thousands in repairs, this dealer stepped up and split the cost with me and is getting me back on the water just days later. So although I did not buy the Mastercraft, I bought from the right dealer. I know Boat Town is my dealer and all that will remain in my next boat purchase will be which model Mastercraft to buy from Boat Town!

I purchased a used 2013 mastercraft from them. Their after sell support has been A+. I been on the lake 3x a week, no major issues and every time I had a question or issue they have been very helpful with accommodating my needs. As for whether Mastercraft is better than boat XYZ, well of course its Mastercraft silly.
