This water has changed my family’s life. We love this water. We have tried to go without it and simply can’t. It is just so satisfying- we drink more water and less other stuff (milk, juice, soda etc) because of it. It also makes our coffee and tea taste better. Some foods we even cook with it, because it really makes a difference.We are satisfied as well with the customer service and the delivery schedule. Simply wonderful, highly recommend.

Mark with Hill Country Springs is wonderful! I use Hill Country Springs at work and at home. Mark always sends me reminders when he will be swinging through but knows I will probably forget, haha. No need to worry, he comes prepared for me anyways!! He knows what water the guys at the office prefers and what my household drinks. Its awesome having someone so helpful because thats one thing I dont have to worry about getting done correctly. I honestly dont know how he does it. I will forget to tell him where I left the empty bottles but it never fails, all the sudden empty bottles are gone and replaced with the correct number of full bottles of the water that particular place wanted. The professionalism he shows - Its just very impressive!Not only is Mark good at his job but his customer service is spot on. He always shows up with a smile on his face so friendly and polite. The company decided to bring me extra water than I ordered and charge me for it too. $80! Then I was unable to get them to come pick up the jugs for multiple weeks now I have 6 jugs at my house! To cancel theres a fee.. Just go get your jugs at Walmart and dont waste your time and $$

Super professional operation. The office is very helpful and easy to deal with. The delivery service is top notch. Our delivery driver Kevin texts/calls me the day before our scheduled delivery so I dont forget to set out the empties. I rent a water cooler from them and if I have any issues with it they will swap it out no questions asked. 10/10 would recommend for hydration.

They requires your Social Security # to start services, absolutely no reason why you should provide a company like this your SSN, and Im sure they do not have the type of security in place to securely hold these numbers nor are they disposed of correctly after services are cancelled. They claim this is incase your account goes to collections, but it just doesnt make sense. Im happy to pay up-front for each delivery, no need for this headache.

We have been a customer for a couple of years now and the only problem we have had was with some billing issues through email, but they were quickly solved. These guys have some super shady sales tactics. They came by our shop and offered to give us two free jugs of water so we could try them out. They returned a week later, and when we told them that we were not ready to make any decisions they asked for their water back. So we returned one full jug, and the one that we were using -which was opened, and half full. This was really tacky, and ensured that well never do business with them in the future.

Explain the 1000 Enviro Emissions Fee for $2.99? Ive email asking this several times now and have not received a response. At 2.99 a trip it seems to increase my cost by 45% to $9.48 per 5 gallon purchase. I normally get one bottle per visit. Water good and we have no problem with delivery.

This used to be a good company and our delivery guy always showed up when he was supposed to. About 9 months ago, they added a new delivery person who rarely, if ever, showed up with our water delivery on the scheduled date. I called and discussed this problem with them several times but nothing was done about it and the delivery person continued his No show policy. I cancelled this service and switched to another more reliable water delivery company.
