Used to have steady uninterrupted service and on time delivery over last 2 months. I have had missed/cancelled deliveries and have been charges multiple times and never received any product. I called to cancel and was told I would be receiving a refund and never received my money back. Would not recommend at all!

Ive only been with them a month. The first delivery was fine, but my new cooler they sent, makes a lot of noise. They billed me for a 2nd delivery, and it says delivered on the website, but it wasnt. I know they didnt deliver it, because my initial 4 bottles Ive ever ordered, have been sitting there empty on the porch, the whole time. They are still sitting empty on the porch. I referred a friend, and supposed to receive a $50 credit. Nothing, zero credit. However, hes getting his water delivered, just fine. For whatever reason, Im not; just like everyone else complaining on here. They need to straighten themselves out, and quick, or they are going to lose another customer.

This service is a complete scam and will make you think that you are getting the best water delivery service that one could have through their well rehearsed salesmen or women. I should have done just the most simplest background on these scammers then I wouldnt be on here. No phone number to call and delivery date bounces around so empty bottles end up sitting on my porch looking like hillbillies because these hacks cant seem to find a driver that can do there job. I would STRONGLY advise you to run the other way before falling into this pitfall. I canceled my service and was told to keep bottles outside and dispensing machine as well for pick up, I was emailed just a couple hours ago before they were to pick up this monstrosity off my porch and they again have pushed this back another week. Seriously, stay away from this company like the clap.

Ive been with ReadyRefresh 8 years, this past few months have become a very time consuming frustration. It started with them changing to an automated system, which has taken over the ability to speak with a live person. It also expects everyone now to log onto their site to see when the water would be delivered and to make your own changes as needed. However, this doesnt always work, as it keeps changing now and its been almost two weeks now. After several attempts of calling & waiting to get through to a live person, when I did get hold of someone who really tried to help. She rescheduled my delivery one last time, the day of when it was to be delivered my delivery got moved again to late Oct. That was it for me, as my time is being consumed trying to work with them, my guys are complaining to me about no water. I cant trust the company to deliver. Again it took time to get through to a human but I did. I canceled the order and requested them to pick up the empty bottles. They just cant pick them up until Oct 21st and Im being charged to have the cooler picked up. They called it a cleaning fee. My thought was fine just come get it. Then I learn another Department who canceled their service too, was able to get them to schedule his pickups in three days time. Im on the same floor as them. Im just wanting good customer service and to be able to communicate with a human that can set up service with a an agreement that is reliable. Trust me when I say, ReadyRefresh might have been good at one time, they are not now. So if you value your time and customer service, find a different one to go with.

Ive been with Ready Refresh for a little over 6 months. Ive never had any issues with water deliveries, however, I am now having issues. I ordered a new dispenser to own. They delivered me a broken, dented dispenser. I called to get a new bottomless one but they are out of stock. I scheduled to have someone pick up the old one THREE times but they have yet to come pick it up. When I call the system it says that I have a scheduled delivery but they never show up. I just moved yesterday and had to move the broken dispenser with me. Today they were supposed to come pick it up but of course they didnt. Im upset. I dont understand how hard it is to come pick up a dispenser. Im SO glad I took the automatic payment off. To those who are considering joining I would suggest that you DO NOT sign up for automatic payments in case you have issues with deliveries. They will NOT let you take the automatic payment off until youve been with them for 6 months.To the Ready Refresh team if youre going to respond with the same generic response youve been responding to people, please skip over. You do not care.

This is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with I have tried to cancel numerous times through their form. Their customer service number does not work. I have had to dispute charges through my bank!! Do not sign up with them. They have missed deliveries initially which is why I cancelled in the first place so not only have I not gotten the product the past few times they continue to charge me and there is no selection to manually skip ALL deliveries Or cancel entirely through their web page and they continue to charge me for the water dispenser which I no longer wish to have from them!!! Absolutely ZERO customer service available, a total scam. BEWARE!

10/10, DO NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.This is the absolute worst company I have ever used. Ive been waiting over a week for any kind of delivery for water. Ive called multiple times and I keep getting told it will be just one more day. Ive given multiple chances, and waited and waited. I finally reached out via Twitter because that seems to be the only way to get instant response (Dont even try calling, 30 minute hold times every time). After being reassured multiple times that it will be just one more day, I had it. I messaged back on Twitter (Again, only way to talk to someone) and said I cant do this anymore. Please come pick your stuff up. Mind you at this point, my delivery was rescheduled again for Thursday. They scheduled a pickup for MONDAY. So you can pick up your stuff before you can deliver anything that Ive been waiting a week for?! I would have understood a supply shortage, the whole world is fighting with that. I could have understood a Staff shortage, again the whole country is fighting that battle. But to be promised day after day it will just be one more day and didnt offer a single explanation.

Save yourself the hassle and do not use this company!!!! I have had so many issues with them, I currently have 32 (5) gallon water jugs filling up my garage because they have brought so many deliveries that Ive tried to skip and cancel. The irony if this is, after reading reviews, it seems like no one can get their deliveries on time and all they do is bring me way too much water! I was going to cancel their service, and they gave me $10 off my next 10 deliveries. The problem was, even after calling countless times they kept trying to bring me 8 (5) gallon bottles of water every month so I had to keep skipping deliveries which subsequently cancelled my coupon. LOL. I have spent way too much time dealing with this company and as of today Im cancelling service with them. I wish it wouldve been better and I could give them the business but its just way too frustrating to deal with.

Do not get involved with ReadyRefresh, please use another service. Is anyone even working there anymore? Because my water hasnt been delivered, and I cant get anyone to respond to my emails. In the past 3 weeks, I have sent 4 messages and received 1 brief response that didnt even address my complaint. There is no customer service line, no phone number to reach anyone, and no online chat feature. Ive been trying to cancel my account and get a refund for the lost delivery for almost a month, with no end in sight. You cant even remove your credit card information or stop the autopay feature without an employees help, but no one is there to help!I used this service from 2017-2020 with no problems. They have tanked in quality in just the past few months. This service is absolutely not worth the money, and I dont think theyll be around much longer because theyre obviously not doing well.

The only people saying this is a good service is those who work there. I know this because I use to, 2 of these happy customers being the managers.The service is misleading, there are hidden fees and no customer service people to talk to about issues. Charged me without delivering, emailed about it because no one would answer a phone. Got a reply saying it was delivered after I said it wasnt. Great, just ignore the entire problem and lie.They delivered the last delivery to the wrong address and without notifying me the day before. This service is a scam, and the absolute disregard for taking any accountability for bad service is the most annoying part. I filed a complaint with the BBB and will be following through to get out of this service without paying a single fee, which by the way, is part of the service that they do not tell customers when signing up (over 50 dollars). When I asked about this, I was told that people wouldnt sign up if they knew that there was a fee to cancel. There is also a minimum fee for every delivery so when they tell customers that they can change the order to however much water they want, they are lying. If you only needed two bottles delivered? Too bad, doesnt meet the minimum amount needed, and of course the REOCCURING RENT of the machine isnt included in that. If you were like me, you were told it was only 2 dollars to get the machine NOT 2 dollars a month, but because it is such a low number, they feel it is okay to not be honest about it. Disgraceful.If you want water delivered, choose any other service than this one. Beware.

This company is highly unreliable in delivery times and products. They do not have a call center instead have you email them or go thru the app. I’ve had issues with August and September deliveries and their only response is my invoice. In other words, when I explain I didn’t get parts of my delivery or my delivery AT ALL, they essentially call me a liar.My suggestion is to “USE AT YOUR OWN RISK”, there is a reason they have a 1.8 customer rating.

Their line says they have a high call volume and their system email is the only thing that calls me. I want out, come get your cooler!! Which is another thing I have not been helped with!!

You have to be on autopay to use the service but they may not deliver water until a week after a scheduled delivery. They basically rescheduled all of my deliveries. Why have an option to choose a convenient day when it’s not available? Then when you cancel service they reschedule pickup of the equipment four times. They marked it as picked up and the equipment is still here. Customer service is nice but they can’t do anything but try to retain you with 10 dollars off or a free bottle of water.

If I could give zero stars I would. This service is AWFUL. I signed up when they came to my door a few months ago. I think I might have had a single month where nothing went wrong. Otherwise, its been multiple rescheduled deliveries, deliveries to the wrong door, double billing and then charging me late fees when they said in writing (one in four times they actually responded) theyd issued a credit - which I have yet to see. They do not respond to their intake form, chat is never available, and you cannot reach them via phone. RUN, dont walk away from this awful business. I am trying to cancel my account and get them to come pick up the dispenser and I cant reach anyone at this company. Theyve reschedule my latest delivery three times already - all without providing a reason why or giving me an option.

Have been a customer for over 4 years. After the winter storm in February, the service went down the drain. They reschedule delivery multiple times. Twice now, in 3 months, my delivery was never made after being rescheduled 2-4 times. Can’t ever seem to reach customer service. Oh, and subscribing to the Refresh+ program is a scam. They promise to put you at the top of the delivery priority list. Nothing changed. Still rescheduled and ultimately never showed. WHAT’S GOING ON?!?

I have been a customer all for about a month and I am so upset I can’t get in touch with anyone to cancel my service or resolve the issues I have. I was referred and I picked my delivery date. Not only did they not show up, they didn’t even communicate and I waited with my busy schedule. I had to go on the app to realize they rescheduled me to today. I did the same thing today, I waited and waited. Postponing plans and no one showed up. I go and check the app once again and guess what? I have another new delivery date!!! This is horrible and I’m better off going to Costco for bottles of water. Not only could I not reach anyone to cancel I sent messages with no response and sat on hold forever!

I updated my address 3 months ago! My delivery keeps saying its been delivered to my updated address and I have not gotten one gallon of water in the last 3 months but continue to be charged!!! Horrible company! They dont deserve one star. No one answers the phone. No one responds to your text inquiries. Ive sent dozens of messages/emails and called many times over. Water deliveries get canceled over and over again. Deliveries that dont get canceled are rescheduled over and over and then canceled. Ive received text messages and emails that water has been delivered but no water is delivered and empty water bottles still sit out by the front door. I still have empty bottles that I cannot get picked up. There is not enough space to write all the things wrong with ReadyRefresh.

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received. They have rescheduled my current water delivery SIX TIMES. This is the third time I have gone over a week without drinking water in my home. This service originally reached out to me after the freeze to ensure that I wouldn’t be without water again… I have already paid for the water that has not been delivered. The last time they delivered it over a week late and left it outside my leasing office overnight. I had to carry 4 5-lb bottles to the back building and up the stairs to my apartment. I hate this service and want to cancel, but they’re “closed” right now even though their hours are until 4 today. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I feel compelled to write a review because Im not sure why the rating is so low. Ive always been very impressed and thankful for our ReadyRefresh delivery people & service! We own a gym and have moved multiple locations during the pandemic. Honestly, there were a few times that there wasnt a clear place to leave water, but every time it was unclear, I received a call from the delivery driver asking where to place the water so that it was most convenient to us. Now that we are in a permanent location, Im SO thankful for them and their thoughtfulness. If we leave out four empty bottles but had a recurring order of seven, they leave us four new bottles and change our charges accordingly. If I had to change my order every couple of weeks as the weather changes, I would lose my mind! Instead, I receive a text a couple of days prior to the delivery date, I put my bottles out, and then I receive a text when the new bottles have been delivered. We have even had some really nice, short chats while the delivery people are delivering the water, and one guy started dancing to the music that was playing in the gym. Even though this is a corporate operation, Ive always felt like we get the human touch and Ive been very appreciative. ReadyRefesh is one of the only subscriptions that I can truly forget about and just appreciate. Its totally worth every penny. (And honestly, its not that expensive!!)

This company is TERRIBLE. I have been using them for a while, terrible customer service. They canceled my order and then charged me $8.99 for cancelling, this is the final straw. I tried to cancel the service and there isnt an option to do it online. Calling my credit card company to put a block in place against them.I disputed the $8.99 with my credit card company.I have called them and spent 27 minutes on the phone.Every month they say the delivery is on the way, then they text me at the end of the day and say it will be delivered tomorrow, it usually takes 2-5 days before I actually get my water.They also raised the price without telling me.They are violating sooooo many consumer protection rules I dont even know where to start. Writing a bad review, filing a report with the BBB and the FTC.I hope someone sues these guys, they would win.

Service has declined so much. We had a rough start and service was great for a few months. I changed my pattern to biweekly and everything has be bad since then. No delivery since the beginning of September and every day I receive a notification my delivery has been rescheduled. No explanations and no response to my message. Getting water delivered was great.However I decided to cancel my service and start drinking fridge water. I have been trying for two weeks for them to pick up my large empty bottles. It seems since I am no longer a paying customer they dont want to send the truck. They have scheduled me 4 times and no one shows and then I got a message saying since you no longer have service there will be no more deliveries. Just feel like this is an awful way to end a business relationship.

I am NOT a ReadyRefresh customer and I never will be. I had 8 5gal bottles of water dropped at my door yesterday. When I called customer service after tracking down who the company was that put them there. They had me on hold for 20 minutes. The lady was nice enough giggling the whole time about their screw up, but told me theyd send someone over to pick them up. After asking me if I would complete their delivery for them. Im an old man and cant pickup 8 42 pound bottles of water and walk them down my street looking for the proper owner. This morning going out to check my mail I almost tripped over one. If youre missing your delivery, I think I know where it is. Called them again this morning told them if I break a hip on one of their bottle theyre paying my medical bills

At first I was pleased getting my water without going to the store. But I haven’t had a delivery since June and have paid over $60.00 for nothing. I had a delivery scheduled for September 13th and it’s still being rescheduled. Plus I’m paying a $6.98 delivery fee. I’ve emailed and called customer service where I get disconnected every time.

Have to agree that this company is a scam. If youre looking to patron them, dont. They never deliver on time, and a lot of times reschedule AFTER missing a delivery. On top of that, charging for basic customer service is immoral, and just plain bad business practice. Ive gone through their website customer service, and havent gotten a reply from them. There are other water providers in the area, and to act like they are some god send, and people rely on them, more than they rely on customers, is just deplorable.7/12/2021 updateFinally got a hold of them, and were completely apathetic to my complaints. They couldnt care any less if someone was paying them not to, and probably is the case. After being put on hold multiple times on 7/8/2021 so I can cancel it, they finally scheduled a date of 7/12/2021, and guess what - they didnt show up again. Ive filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton. Lets see if they start caring.

I have been a loyal customer since 1997 and for 23 years, I recieved great service. But in the past 6 months, my deliveries have been erratic, rescheduled, and canceled. Calling the customer service line is an exercise in futility with wait times of 30 and 40 minutes, only to be given reassurances that service will improve when it in fact does not. On Monday, I contacted Primo Water (through Costco) and recieved my new dispenser and water bottles 3 days later. Today I canceled my service with Ready Refresh. Save yourself the time, frustration (and money) and go with alternative water provider.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I saw the poor reviews before I ordered but I just thought it was probably a fluke. However, almost a month into the service, I still have an incomplete first order and I keep getting text messages saying the delivery is delayed one day. They charged my card on a cancelled delivery. When I previously received a delivery, it was wrong. Customer service is very difficult to reach on the phone or via email. This service is very dishonest and untrustworthy, possibly criminal because they fraudulently charge credit cards for services not received and make themselves hard to reach to cancel the charges. I think customers should consider contacting the Texas Attorney Generals office for consumer scams.

Interesting that the company account only responds to postive reviews, which it seems are few and far between. The vast majority take huge issue with the fact that our deliveries are sporadic and our accounts are charged for orders we never receive. Extremely frustrasting that customer service is available on a very random basis. Seems fishy that you cant remove payment methods and that to maintain an account you have to have somehting in your cart. Save your money and go somewhere else this is not it.

The first delivery I got last year was fine. After that, they wait till the day of your water delivery, confirm the delivery the morning of, then at the last minute reschedule. Ok, I got a refund. Now 6 months later I try again (maybe they fixed the problem), nope, right back to rescheduling day after day. How do you send confirmation at the time of scheduling, the day of the scheduled delivery then change it the day of the scheduled delivery?

I have been a customer for 6 months now and only 1 of my deliveries has actually been delivered on the scheduled day. Like many other reviews here, I receive a text/email that my jugs are out for delivery and they never come and then its rescheduled to the following day. Currently Im on day 6 of waiting for my delivery - absolutely ridiculous!!!! No customer service whatsoever - I sent an email about the issues with delivery and received some BS response about unexpected operational challenges and yet here we are again with delay after delay. I would not recommend this company, if youd like water delivery look elsewhere as apparently these guys have operational challenges that they cannot correct.

My deliveries never seem to actually be delivered! The company has confirmed shipments for over a month but the day before or even sometimes the same day, they reschedule. This is an endless loop for taking peoples money and not delivering goods as promised.They don’t even tell you why they keep rescheduling your deliveries nor do they respond to emails or voicemails. They have not gotten one order correct. They cant be reached on the phone. On one occasion, a case of water broke and they left the bottles strewn all over my driveway. Have six cases of Ozarka ordered, today they left me one case of lemon flavored water. Its been a nightmare contacting customer support. My delivery kept getting reschedule until they finally set a date, which they did not deliver on. My order was marked as incomplete on their site, and after sending an e-mail (no ph # on site), they marked it as complete and set to bill me but still no delivery. I e-mailed them again and still no answer and no delivery. Will be cancelling my subscription in the next few days as this has been an ongoing issue.

Honestly, I love the service. It’s not perfect, but the customer service has always been very friendly and helpful and willing to help out with different situations. During the ice storm, they kept in contact with me by text to let me know about the status of my delivery. It’s super convenient and I love that there are several beverage options besides water. The truck drivers are also super nice and helpful.

Worst service ever, when they do deliver they tend to deliver the wrong product that is if they even bother showing up, way too many times they have rescheduled a delivery without notification, mistakenly delivered the wrong product, and or had issues with their billing. I have had to call three times alone to use the same card that was on the account to pay for a past due Bull because their billing is awful. Don’t use this service seriously call Culligan or whatever other service this one is the worst. They have been wonderful to work with the drivers are friendly, they are very comparable in price to the store. Saves me a big trip to the store and having to make multiple trips for the office and at home. My wife even referred our friends and we received credit on our account. I also am a big fan of where the company is going and trying to reduce plastic waste.

2nd month in a row they’ve rescheduled my delivery FOUR TIMES (so far!). Originally scheduled for June 27th, I get a text message every day telling me it’s been rescheduled. Absolutely appalling customer service! I began as an Ozarka customer. Ozarks became Nestlé and then became ReadyRefresh. My issues began with deliveries taking place on days delivery was not scheduled, so I had no opportunity to put out empty bottles for pick up. I would intentionally schedule delivery on days I could be home early to bring in my delivery, but ReadyRefresh chose to deliver on their own schedule without consulting me. My biggest issue occurred this month. I ordered a new water dispenser to buy to own. On June 3rd, the day of delivery, I placed my rented dispenser outside for pickup and waited for the new one to arrive. When the new dispenser was delivered it was not the one I agreed to purchase. I contacted customer service and they argued with me that their records showed that the correct one had been delivered and I was wrong. I had to take a picture of the dispenser and send it to them to prove I was correct. They informed me that the correct dispenser would be delivered on June 7th. Since then its been nothing but reschedule after reschedule. On one occasion, they actually told me my dispenser was out for delivery and gave me the time of arrival. Next thing I know, I get a call telling me they need to reschedule because the purchased dispenser was NOT EVEN IN STOCK!! So in a few short hours we went from the dispenser is out for delivery to the truth that it wasnt even in stock. At that time, I told them to close my account and come pick up the incorrect dispenser. Since then they have continued to reschedule the pick up date. I strongly encourage anyone to take their water delivery business elsewhere.

This is a scam. They charge 10 bucks to deliver you 3 bottles each month. They also charge 50 bucks to cancel your contract. They also charge 6 bucks to call customer service.I am going to come in to your office and raise hell so please be ready

They made a false charge on my credit card for an order that I didnt request or receive. I have called three times, waited on hold for around 30 minutes each time, and have yet to receive a refund. Each time, they have promised my card will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Wish I would have looked at the reviews before I decided to purchase anything from ReadyRefresh. I called to get my empty bottles picked up a month ago and the two dates they were supposed to grab them, they never did. They even grabbed my neighbors across the hall but left mine! Half the time when I try to call, they hang up on me because they are too busy or you have to wait over 25 minutes for anyone to answer.

I live in a 4 story apartment and have to meet them outside. I tested positive for covid and called to cancel my order. They wouldnt let me. Im baffled at the little regard they have for their workers. They were okay with me knowingly having covid and interacting with their employees-- in fact they encouraged it! 😱

I am a new customer with Refresh and have been disappointed with the service so far. Only 1 water delivery has been completed one time and my other deliveries, the dates have been pushed back. I am waiting for my water order that was supposed to have been delivered on 9/8/21 to only have checked the app and it is showing the delivery date has been pushed to 10/7/21. I am not happy with the service and Im going to research of the are other companies out there that I could use in lieu of Refresh.

With in the first week of receiving my water dispenser it started leaking, Ive sent 4 emails about this and nothing. Plus you can never get a hold of anyone ever. I am receiving my second delivery soon but for what? I dont need jugs if I dont have a water dispenser. I dont want to cancel so soon after start but its looking that way.

I have been given the wrong products. Partial delivery with no notification. Also no delivery without any notification. The business model is flawed. Try to get an issue resolved or questions answered. There is a customer service that knows nothing about the local branch, or the service provided, so nothing gets addressed. They have a different excuse every call. I have only been using this for about 4 months and have had 3 issues that took 7 calls. In all the calls lasted around 15 hours. Still no satisfaction of getting a problem resolved.

ReadyRefresh is usually alright on deliveries. They are on time for the most part. I had an issue with my last delivery where they said the water was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. They got some more water out to me a week later. My main issue is the constant increase of prices!! They started off at the average $7 (this is kinda standard with my research). I just got a letter in the mail today saying they are raising the prices another $2. Being with them over a year it now brings my total for water to $13 for ONE 5 gallon bottle. That is beyond insane. I am moving soon and ReadyRefresh will not be coming with me.

Gee, where do I start. They always call and say they are coming at a certain time then do the complete opposite. Example: They call and tell you they will be arriving at your home between 12pm-5pm and then come at 8 am and because they come at the wrong time, fail to pick up empty bottles. Right now we have 30 bottles between 2 homes sitting in our garage. No one EVER knocks on the front door to say “Hey I’m here to pick up”. They just drop them on the porch and go. We finally had enough, there’s no communication. When we called in to cancel both of our accounts and schedule a pick up it was a nightmare. They say they make notes, that they are communicating with each other, but their actions show differently. The home of our other account wouldn’t be in town when they came to pick up so they brought their dispenser and empty jugs to our home so it would be easier for Nestle water To take everything at once with them not being home. Called into Nestle and they supposedly took care of everything and cancelled their pick up and put in notes for everything to be picked up at our home. Come the day of their original pick up date we get a call saying they are picking up at the other home. I immediately called in to remind them of all that was supposed to be taken care of for the lady to tell me she can’t fix what has already happened, she can only do something about right now. This whole mess has been a nightmare. I’m only hoping now that they come when they say they are going to and that we get the credits due to our account. Ready to be done with this company.

Poor customer service, horrible wait times and billing errors. This company is disorganized and over priced. Waiting 30 mins to talk to customer service is just crazy. Y’all sell water, not visits with the Pope. Save time and money and look else where for your water needs! We get quarterly water drop offs yet get billed monthly... as well customer service says we have 17 bottles on our account, while only 4 sit in my back room. Obviously accountability doesn’t mean much to this company.

I wish I could give zero stars. Expensive and unreliable service. We can never be sure they will deliver. Sometimes they postpone. On other occasions they say they delivered though we havent received any products. We end up going to grocery shop multiple times because of that. And they charge for the delivery. If you call their customer support, you may end up waiting for an hour, they dont have call back option and you have to listen to the annoying advertisement meanwhile for a hundred times. We ended up cancelling our service as we couldnt deal with this anymore. But now they keep rescheduling empty jugs pick up or not showing up. I am afraid I will soon receive a notice from our leasing office for that 10 empty jugs landscape near our apartment door as we are tired to take them in and out multiple times.

I wish I could select no stars. This company is absolutely horrible. I’ve tried to cancel my account and they assured me it was canceled. Yet, I’m still being billed. Then the wait time to talk to a customer service rep is way too long. Customer service doesn’t seem to be able to get things right which is the reason I was canceling in the first place. Please save yourself. Do NOT use this company. Because I have two young kids that play in the water, I decided to take a break until they were older. I have tried for 6 weeks to cancel and have the equipment picked up. I was told that there would not be another charge to my CC, but the couldnt come to pick up for 2 weeks, Thats the next time we will be in the area. The driver was a no-show. Called again, they made me wait another week. Again no show. Called again, again no show. I have been speaking to managers each time that say We will watch this personally and get back with you on that day. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. Now we have been charged $60. They SHOULD be able to get that back on our card once everything is picked up.We also had many issues starting service with them. Two of their water coolers emptied the entire 5-gallon bottles onto our floor. Our experience with this company has had SO MANY ISSUES!
