Horrible delivery service. Placed an order last week for delivery this past Tuesday, which was pushed to Wednesday, then to Thursday and then to next Monday! Tried calling and the autobot stated that it would be $4.95 to speak with a representative!! Are you freaking kidding me?!? Charge a customer to speak with an actual person?? Not from me youre not. Said to avoid the fee, go online. Why, so my message can be ignored?

Someone did not get their delivery, instead I did and I dont have an account. No office response on the weekend. I wont be a customer now even if I wanted to.

I dont know why there would be negative reviews. We just recently started getting 5 gallon bottles delivered. We talked with a very nice lady on the phone to start the process and she was extremely helpful, informative about how many bottles we might need per month and all other questions we had. The initial delivery was fast, within days of ordering and the driver offered to call in an order for child proof spigots since our youngest child is only 3. The first cooler we got made a loud humming noise that could be heard throughout the house. So we called and they told us to show the delivery driver who would be bringing our new spigots in a couple of days. We unplugged the cooler before he was due to deliver and plugged it back in when he arrived. He agreed that the noise was not normal and immediately put in an order for a new cooler. He brought it two days later, and we can barely hear the new cooler. Every person weve dealt with in the company has been pleasant and very helpful. The delivery guys were very friendly, professional and you could tell it was important to them that we were happy. So far were very happy with the customer service and the ease in which we now have our cold spring water to drink! And I should add, I get a text message whenever they have scheduled, or rescheduled a delivery and another text the day of the delivery to say theyre on their way. A review below mine has posted almost the same 1 star review for every Ozarka company in the area, including San Antonio, all at the same time. So I dont think its even a real review...unless they live in three different towns.

Unreliable and terrible customer service. They do not call you. They do not communicate. Their drivers act like they hate their job.
