Avoiding this entire place is a better option.I bought a car from this place “salesmen Saad” on 8/5/21 and I got it inspected before finishing the paperwork. The car needed an oil changed which I did on 8/9/21 (drove for less than 300 miles). Before I left the shop, the engine had some knocking. The mechanic looked at said that the car was properly filled with heave oil to hide this knocking (blown engine) and that is why it did it show up when I checked the car. I contacted the dealer “Saad” and explained everything. He offered an extended warranty for about $150 and asked me to call him tomorrow. The second day the price increased to $900 for some unknow reason. When I asked to get a copy of the contract, he told me he can’t which was a red flag to me. Anyway, I agreed to get the warranty and he sent me the files and asked me to Zelle him the cost. When I read contract, I found that I’ll be commenting a fraud if I get it as the car engine is already broken “pre-existing conditions”. So, I refused to send the money without mentioning the fraud issue and ask him for another solution. His attitude quickly changed, and he wouldn’t answer my calls or text for about a week. Then, I called from a different number which he answered, and I offered him to return the car minus $1000 which he can use to get the warranty if he wishes too. He refused and suggested that I look for a cheap mechanic. The repair will cost $3200. I know that he will say you inspected the car, and nothing showed up which is true. But hiding/cheating tricks especially from experienced individuals are difficult to find. It may not be the dealers who had done this but when you buy a car from a dealer you expect to have some honesty and something to back you up in similar situation.Also, while I was looking at the car inside his place, we didn’t find a spare tire which he quickly said, “I have some spare inside I’ll get you one”. However, as soon as I left his yard, I texted him that I forgot to take the spare tire and he replied, “Kia doesn’t come with spare tires looked up online”.

He was very helpful and willing to let me check out the car to my satisfaction. It was my first car so he was willing to offer some honest advice as well.

I bought my car last year and it an engine problem, it burns oil so i add quarter every 800 miles, i would not recommend to purchase any car from this shop just because i wanted to buy an engine or transmission warranty and he refused because he said it have no problem so why are you paying for nothing, after i found the problem because the car was making a weird noise i checked the oil and found out that the motor have no oil at all, and when i add oil it will be burned after every 800-900 miles, i went back to him he sent me to a car shop that said this issue have no solve other than keep adding oil, it have no leak but it have a bad engine, after about a year i spent over 1000$ on oil consumption

Saad was very helpful was willing to let me take my time and check over the vehicle take it out and see how it drove. Had a few concerns that he was able to fix and make the way I wanted. Was a great experience and would recommend for those looking for a great deal on a used vehicle. Was able to get everything done quickly and seamlessly.

Bought a 2010 Honda Insight. Dealer did not say what was wrong with it. Ending up spending $1,000 trying to get the battery fixed because it died the day after we bought the car. Ended up being a master control switch issue. The car has so many problems now it’s a pain to sell it because no one wants it. Do not recommend this dealership!*in response*My husband, who is in the Army, was deployed a few weeks after we purchased the car and we had no time to get it fixed. Then, he was back for only a few more weeks before we had to move internationally. We had no time nor the financial means to fix the numerous problems with the car. And in addition, there was a problem with the engine (which we later revealed was a $600 master control switch issue fix) because we had to keep the car turned on every few hours or it would die. Eventually, the car stopped working altogether and we had to remove the master control switch. If my memory serves me correctly, someone had driven it right before we took it for a test drive, so I’m sure that was just one way to make it seem as though the engine were fine.

BUYER BEWARESalesman told me the car was his daily driver and was in excellent condition.After four tanks of gas I was completely out of oil.Theres no way he didnt know the car burned A LOT of oil.Ive talked to a few Mechanics and they all say I need to replace the engine.Its really sad because he came off like a really nice and honest guy but there is no way he didnt know the car had serious problems.

Bought a 2011nissan and was happy with the car until the check engine light came on one the way home, was supposed to be an 02 sensor and I replaced ( purchased by the dealer) but did not fix the 02 sensor check engine light.so we ended up agreeing on a small amount to help me take it to a shop to figure out the issue.. a lot easier to work with than most dealers.

Sold my wife a 4x4 F150 since I was currently deployed and she wanted to get me something for when I got back and the 4x4 didn’t even work. Both catalytic converters had to be replaced, both rear leaf springs were cracked and needed to be replaced, needed brakes and rotors all the way around, and it was majorly in need of an oil change. Called to see if they would at least reimburse us and the gave us the cold shoulder. Wouldn’t send anyone there ever.
