Went to store to buy amp kit and some 4x6 speakers. During open hours the door was locked and guy inside seen me pull on door and walked right by me. I called phone, no answer so I walk around back where someone was doing an install and ask them if I could buy the speakers I wanted . He said he didn’t carry any I asked if he carried any 4 inch and he quoted me $350 and didn’t even try to offer any options for me. This is horrible customer service and as a business owner I take offense that they aren’t even trying. I understand with the tint shop their ppl like to window shop ( which is a major part when owning a business ) but to stereotype someone based off their look or skin color is WRONG. I have 4 audio projects I am working on as will not be spending any money in this establishment!

This is a real high end audio shop. These guys seem extremely knowledgeable and stock some high end brands that nobody else does. I got them to build me an audiofrog subwoofer. Overall it came out great, but there were lots of little issues. They did the carpeting in black instead of grey, and because they didn’t send a layout beforehand like they said they would, a connector ended up in the wrong place. They did give me a discount to make up for these mistakes. I also noticed that the sub was delivered wired for 1 ohm instead of 4 Ohm like I asked for. There was no bracing or stuffing in the small ported sub.The workmanship and service was great otherwise, and I would use them again, They seem busier than usual in the tail end of the pandemic, booked months ahead.

I could never quite get the quality sound that I expected.Raul and his team listened to my concerns & evaluated my system.After careful planning, Audiomaster only changed out 2 amps from JL Audio to HELIX DSP amps and adding 1 additional Audiofrog 10 inch sub. New professional digital tuning.Now, the stereo system is completely Perfect for the sound quality, clarity, and bass response that I had been trying to obtain for 2 years prior.I can not thank Raul and his team enough !!!

Great work and recommendations. I had to swap out the blown out factory speakers on a 06 Porsche Cayman S, and Randy suggested a great brand, explained the reason those would be the best fit with the (old)infrastructure/head unit and didnt try to upsell in any way instead suggested the best affordable option and they turned out great. Will def come back for the remaining upgrades!

I had a very positive experience with Raul and his team there. I stopped in to get a quote on a stereo, speaker, and backup camera install for a Boxster. They discussed a few options in terms of head units, speakers, and cameras and quoted it out so that I could supply components if I had particular ones in mind or found more reasonably online. Ultimately, I did a combination some pieces I found online and their hardware. For example the Porsche surround trim was cheaper online than what they were able to source, but most components were very competitive or less than online prices.Scheduling was a few weeks out and they collected a small deposit to hold the date. Dropped off the car in the morning and was completed in the afternoon, including a tricky full bumper removal for the backup camera. I had one minor issue with a relay that was installed with the head unit that caused come clicking and cut in and out. This started to get worse a month or so after the installation. Sent them a quick email, discussing other options and they were able to resolve it in a follow up appointment in about an hour. Everythings been working great since then. Really appreciate them standing behind their work!

These guys are amazing. They are very professional and do amazing work. My dad had sound systems installed from them when I was a kid and till this day that vehicle still sounds good. Randy, Raul and the old gentleman the works in the back are all great guys and a pleasure to work with. They installed a Viper alarm on my motorcycle a few months back-quick and easy. When I had problems a few months later with an alarm issue, I brought the bike in and they helped troubleshoot and resolve the issue quickly. Will be coming back for any future alarm or audio needs. When you find a business like this it is truly something special. My expectations were high having seen some of the prior installs online. Let me tell you they exceeded them by a large margin.First and foremost they pay attention to detail. Everything is well thought out and planed; from the equipment they help you chose, down to the fabrication. Little extra touches show their pride in their craft and further distinguish them from other audio shops.The equipment selection is outstanding! They carry everything from mainstream brands to lesser known high end boutique style mobile audio manufacturers. In conjunction with their selection is product knowledge. Its so sad to walk into a store as an informed consumer and know more about the products than the store representative. Having said that, you will never find that here. Came in to buy some AudioFrog GB10 tweeters. Raul greeted me and made me feel right at home. The store was well stocked and prices were extremely competitive. We chatted for a bit, he gave me a demo of his vehicle, I gave him a demo of mine. He really knows his stuff. He was truly enthusiastic and you could tell car audio is a passion of his. Talked to Raul and Randy both, telling them what i was searching for as for sound. They showed me some demo subs that met what I was looking for. They didnt push any cookie cutter prefab boxes, or preloaded subbox combos. Quality in having a custom built box will always be better!!! Audiomaster rocks.

Dude sitting in the lobby at a desk wouldn’t look up from his drawing to great me or ask how he could help. I had to speak first and the low level employee wouldn’t look up. If it weren’t for the fact I was the only individual other than the worker I’d have no idea if he was speaking to me. Shows poor management.

Some of the most experience crew Ive gotten work done from. Badass job they did on clean installation/ power drainage obviously isnt a problem with these guys. LITERALLY JOB GETS DONE RIGHT/FAST!!!!

I called and asked for a ballpark quote to get a camera and stereo installed. I was told the total cost would be around $150-$200. A few days later I drive down to their shop and they tell me the cost is over $450. This shop tries to bait and switch customers. Trying to pull unethical stunts like this makes me question the integrity of any work they would do.

The owner was awsome and very knowledgable, and a decent selection of stereo equipment. I told him what I was looking for and his suggestion and the prices worked perfectly! The install time is as you should assume installing a stereo system would, but they are very accommodating and good company to help pass the time

Better installs and equipment than Best Buy or Custom Sounds! These guys do great work with custom enclosures and have the best speakers out there. Cant recommend them enough.

I dont think its possible to feel more let down or ripped off by the work that was performed by AudioMaster. They had two jobs to do and failed on both.The first job was to cut out a hole in my back panel so a subwoofer properly aligned with the hole. Which unfortunately they messed up their measurements and cut a hole in my car and the speaker did not align correctly. Therefore I have a hole in the side of my car with nothing behind it except for part of an amp. I also paid money for a speaker grill that is purposely designed to rest on top of a subwoofer however there is nothing behind it now.The second job was to install a working audio system into my car. After 1 month of the job being complete, the system has totally failed. So in a nutshell, I have a hole in side of my Range Rover side panel and an audio system that does not work. Oh and Im out $2,000 USD.Dont say I didnt warn you.

Had my four door speakers replaced, and an amplifier installed. They repaired and reupholstered my Sub woofer box at no extra cost. They left some minor scuffs throughout my car (seats, windows, trim) but overall would recommend.

This place has the worst service ever. I went to buy a tire and they told me they had one in stock in their warehouse that it will take them 10 min for them to bring it to their place. They asked me to move my vehicle and wait and once the tire got there they will go tell me. It took them 30 min until i went and asked and they told me they didnt have the tire. I was on a hurry and i told them i was in a hurry and they still did not take the time to tell me that they did not have the tire. I was so pissed because they didnt care about about anything just ti get their money because they wanted me to pay even before they brought the tire. Their tint sucks too. They scratched a brand new vehicles window while doing the tint, on top of leaving bubbles. Dont go there they are so unprofessional!!

Great customer service, good prices and great knowledge! I went in to get a car stereo replacement that had Android Auto compatibility. Talked to the owner who really knew his stuff and listened to my needs. They recommended the Sony XAV-AX5000 with Android Auto - great unit without all the annoying ugly interface that you see on Kenwood and Alpine units, and priced much better.They did the install PERFECTLY - the steering wheel controls all work including the Google Assistant voice button, volume, track select and mode select. They went the extra mile of putting one USB input under the dash and another in the glove box. System looks and sounds great.Now I want to go back to them for MOAR BASS!Good people - really.

I had my door speakers and tweeters replaced here. They did a good job, very quick, and professional but their prices were higher than everyone else.

First, Id like to state that this would be the first time Ive taken the time to write a review. The staff and service here was so OUTSTANDING, I felt it would be a disservice to them to not share my experience. I stopped by to have a CarPlay Media receiver installed into my car with a preexisting Bose setup on a preset level. After installing the stereo, they ran into an issue caused by the Bose system that is extremely rare and created a loud pop sound. The crew spent an extra 4 HOURS on a Saturday to help resolve my issue and even replaced my subwoofer that was failing, unknown to me. I cant recommend these guys enough as they will take care of you to the best of their ability. Its rare to find a business that truly values their customers. Its unfortunate that the Tire/Tint business next door has negative reviews that are being associated with Audiomaster. Thanks again guys!

I had a great experience at this audio shop they really took the time to put a fantastic audio system together for my old but loved 1998 Toyota Tacoma SR5 extended cab that would change my mind on what you can do with the limited space I have in this compact pickup. I did not want to lose any functionality or occupy any space . They went above and beyond and explained everything very thoroughly. They installed sound dampening material from SoundSkins in the entire cab and installed 4. 6 3/4 coaxial GS65 Audio frog speakers power by a compact 4 channel Digital Designs Amp and built a custom sub box for a 6 dual coil subwoofer from Digital Designs powered by a Sound Digital Nano Amp a Double-din cd/dvd Sony w/ Apple car play/Android Auto and finally an infrared back up camera and digitally tuned it. Great work guys!!!

This is the first review Ive ever given, so it must say something about the services AudioMasters gave me. Let me start by saying - these folks are awesome! They went above and beyond with answering my quesions and them giving me their expert advice on installing custom stereo equipment in my classic truck. Prices were great and they installed everything that same day - amazing!Do not waste your time going to Custom Sounds, theyre the worst in town! Customer service sucks and you have to wait weeks for them to install anything. I wont go into detail with all the negative things Id like to say. Ive been a customer of theirs in the past and had to cancel my last order because they completely dropped the ball. Horrible service, avoid Custom Sounds!Anyhow, give AudioMasters a chance, ask for Raul, he will hook you up!

BEYOND SATISFIED with the customer service and honest opinions. I have been here numerous times trying to find the right setup for my truck. Time and time again they have exceeded my expectations. Ever since my first 300 series 12 DD sub, ive never owned any different sub. All products they sell are A1 and not to sound biased but DD IS THE WAY TO GO. I recently had them build me a custom sub box to accommodate the two new 6.5 DD 500 series dual voice coil subs. They even took time out of their day and helped me wire everything up. I must say i was and still am BEYOND impressed with this setup. Really think ill be sticking with this setup for a while.Just thought id share my experience and hope to see many more like mine.P.s. The tire/tint shop and the custom car parts to the left and right of Audiomasters are NOT afilliated with eachother at all.
