We had a wonderful Color Bar Party at Kendra Scott to celebrate a 50th birthday girl! It was such a fun experience! We shopped, created jewelry, had wonderful food and sat on their covered patio and celebrated! It was a fun experience and highly recommend! We were treated so wonderfully and everyone at Kendra Scott was very helpful and super sweet. Lunch was ordered from their party menu and it was yummy. Thank you Kendra Scott for a great memory!

Everything about this place is great. Prices, staff, pieces, uniqueness and atmosphere. They had live music and pandemic protocols in place. They were accomodating for Dad to relax with the twins while momma spent the paycheck.Pro Tip: Get yourself a Frozé aka frozen rosé and a bite size pie. Phenomenal.

Great store to visit if you love Kendra Scott and their jewelry! Some of the staff was friendly, others not. The friendly staff allowed me to use my birthday coupon- 25% btw. The other snarky employees seemed uninterested in my needs and when I needed help. The bakery area is small, but very cute. Also, if you don’t enjoy the store or want to go in, there is a very cute mural on the side wall, that changes seasonally. Overall, I liked the store, though their employees could be more friendlier.Highlights for Covid-19:-Masks are optional for fully vaccinated customers-hand sanitizer is available for guest use- store seem pretty clean and kept up

This store is nice with very unique jewelry. I came in looking for a gift for my sister and despite there being so many employees - no one offered to help me initially. And when someone did, she did the bare minimum and was very rushed. I personally would not come back and I did not buy anything.

I love the Kendra Scott flagship store because every time I go in I receive amazing, personalized service AND I get to enjoy an iced coffee while I shop. The cafe is so fun and the experience is always amazing. I enjoy buying my jewelry from the flagship because I can go in and someone will show me fun, exclusive pieces that match my style. It’s a great spot for the store on 6th and the customer service is always fabulous!

Can I give this more than 5 stars?We’re from Indianapolis so when we traveled to Austin, this was a must! I’ve loved Kendra Scott since about 2008 and this place was the coolest experience! This is a must for your Austin trip, especially the Sips and Sweets Cafe that is connected. I planned a bachelorette trip with 15 girls. I knew I wanted to make this place a part of our trip since it is the Flagship location, and we have many Kendra Scott lovers (the bride is wearing KS earrings for the wedding). I contacted Pam, the Sips and Sweets Cafe Manager, and she was AMAZING! She was so helpful and made this visit so memorable for all of us. From the beautiful patio to the yummy frose and the personalized signs for the bride....it was PERFECT. The experience was one I will never forget.

People should know that when they go in for one specific gift they may come out with three or four. The prices and friendly service are outstanding. They always have some sale that makes it impossible to not buy that extra gift. Great store. Will try not to come back too often, lol

I absolutely love Kendra Scott jewelry as well as her philanthropy. Their customer service the times Ive been to any of her locations has been above par. This location in particular has a more homey atmosphere with its outdoor patio and cafe. Their silver collection with on-site engraving had a very nice selection. Dont forget to take a picture with their outdoor mural.

We made an appointment to shop for wedding bands. KS showed us all the wedding bands at their Austin flagship store and made sure we had some champagne.

Originally $151.55 after tax, but with birthday and military discount, I was able to get both for my girlfriend for $96.61! Highly satisfied with my visit and Ill be coming back for more gifts!

I’ve gone to this location many times for gifts and just to treat myself. Every time, the staff was super friendly and helpful! This week I ordered a curbside via phone, but was going to be there a few minutes past closing since I live far and work at home. The wonderful staff member stayed until I got there! I was able to wear them this weekend! I only go to this location because of the service.

I wanted it to be a magical experience, but it just wasnt. Ill forever be a Kendra fan, but this was a less than stellar experience. Free valet was nice and convenient. The staff was friendly, but told me they didnt have any of the stones I was asking about at the color bar fairly dismissively. Later, after asking to see all of their large stones, they suddenly discovered they did in fact have one of the stones I was asking about. Im ultimately super happy with what I bought, so no harm done. This was a special trip for my birthday and it just didnt end up feeling exceptional. Ill stick with the regular store nearer to where I live.

I went in yesterday for my first time at this location I must say I was super impressed friendly staff beautiful interior decor that just sparks up the atmosphere in there and also valet parking YES VALET PARKING. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted I asked one of their employees for the earrings I wanted and just like that after using my birthday discount I was out the door with no hassle. Definitely visiting this location more often btw they have a little bakery shop inside as well super cute!

My recent experience with this particular location blew my mind. I ordered a pair of earrings for my birthday and didnt receive them after about 3 weeks. When I called, not only did they overnight my earrings but they also included a sweet note and a free bracelet. I wasnt frazzled about my earrings to begin with so having that extra special treat included definitely threw me off in the best way. Keep doing what youre doing, ladies!

All I have to say is it is 2020 and we still experience discrimination and prejudice individuals to this day. My best friend and I had been looking forward to the International Women’s Day event since it was first announced. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left it was an absolute disaster! I made us leave and refused to buy anything after the way we were treated. I’m disgusted by the sales associates behavior besides Crystal. She is/was the only kind hearted individual that we encountered from the staff at KS. She checked in on us after everything happened and offered us a discount for the inconvenience but that does not justify the treatment we received. I will never spend my money on a company as close minded and judge mental as this company is. Their core values are a lie and they need to be exposed for who they truly are.

Not at all happy with the customer service at this location. I walked around for about 40 minutes or so and no acknowledgement from the employees. Other customers would walk in and would get assisted as soon as they walked in. Not to mention the store was not busy. I had to walk up to one of them to get help if not I would not have gotten help.

Last weekend was my first time coming in to the store. I previously had ordered a Kendra Scott necklace online and been gifted several gorgeous items. I was impressed with the store, the staff, and it was a wonderful experience while I shopped for a necklace that my husband was gifting me for my anniversary. I had a virtual appointment yesterday with Ivana and she was AMAZING! I have been missing the store experience during this quarantine, and Ivana totally delivered that in a safe and socially-distanced manner. The new summer collection has so many beautiful pieces, it was hard to choose only a few! Ivana took the time to pull all the pieces I was interested in, model them and then select the perfect items - all of this while being perfectly patient. She was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend this store!

I was visiting Austin last weekend, and my friend told me I’d love Kendra Scott jewelry, which I had never heard of until that day. We went to the smaller, original store and I was in love immediately. The clerk was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The store felt comfortable and shop-able and magical. We found necklaces we LOVED but wanted to go to the new store to see other items they may have. So we make our way down and walk in, and it immediately felt a little overwhelming and not my style anymore. The ladies working seemed distant and the particular clerk that I inquired about the original necklace I had fallen in love with, seemed to look down on me and acted like I was inconveniencing her when she had to go look in the back. I told her forget it and we walked out and went right back to the original, older location and purchased our necklaces. I was pretty disappointed that this brand new “better” location left such a bitter taste in my mouth. I have no desire to ever go back to that one. It’s too bad they’re closing the OG.

My fiancé and I made an appointment to try on wedding bands on Saturday late morning. We were helped right away even though the store was busy. Anna took us right to the wedding bands and let me try on every ring I was interested in. Customer service was great! If you made an appointment they give you complimentary champagne.

We were in the store a couple if weeks ago. My Mom bought a beautiful pair of earrings for $170. I brought in a necklace that had tarnished and earrings that one if the posts had fallen off. I believe our sales girl was Alex...although I might be wrong. She gave me a new setting for the necklace and a post for the earrings. I had heard they do something for cancer patients so I asked. She said they did in October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month but didnt have anything right then.When we were leaving she surprised me with a beautiful pink necklace.I have at least 10 pieces from Kendra Scott and will continue to grow my collection. Congrats on hiring good solid people. Youve got customers for life.

I had a exchange of an item I purchased online. They were very quick on doing my exchange. As I was walking around looking to see what else I can purchased the sales girl were just standing around talking to each other, and when we had a question it seemed like we were bugging them and had to go hunt down the sales person that had done my exchange. This was my first time in a Kendra store and not sure I’ll go back.

Horrible. I went in there with the intent to buy multiple items as gifts (over 7). Upon Entering after 10 minutes and walking around the store i was not greeted nor even looked at once by a single employee or manager who was on the floor at the time. After 10 minutes of walking, i stood next to the pieces i was wanting to purchase for 5 minutes waiting for a single employee to acknowledge i was there. As I stood there, I saw multiple other people walk in, and were greeted after 10/15 SECONDS of entering the store. Its no surprise that racial profiling still exist in this store and people continue to support it. Approaching my five minutes of waiting next to the items I want to purchase, the manager, who i suppose, walks past me about three times and gives me a stare and still does not ask me if I would like some help or a single greeting and instead just walks into the back. It was such an ugly feeling to feel that for the first time. So I left the store where I parked just across the street, as I glanced back while leaving I see the manager and a few other employees looking at me while I leave. I wasn’t invisible. It’s such a sad and toxic environment of people who get uplifted by putting others down even if it’s their job to help them. Thanks kendra.

Absolutely had to stop at this unique store on our way to our resort on Lake Travis. They call this a flag ship store for a reason. Beautiful, classy and unique! They offer engraving here if you’re interested as well. You can enjoy some Frose’ and a macaron if you choose too.

For a while I was so-so on Kendra Scott Jewelry as I deemed that the definite style of the brand didnt fit my tastes (I tend to go for odd, unusual and eclectic apparel) however I now have two pairs of earrings and I must admit that the designs are easy to wear. Though I will never be able to afford them, the couture designs are inspiring and her donation to this years Art Bra was Greek-goddess-show-stopper. Kendra Scott herself also supports many charitable causes and helps host a few fun events annually (the annual White Party being the most notable on both counts).

My wife loves the jewelry and the shop is fun to visit and hang... another Austin SoCo must visit!

Went into Kendra Scott without a clue of what to get my girlfriend for her birthday and after walking around (looking lost Im sure), someone approached me and quickly helped me out.We decided to go with some earrings from the Color Bar and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was from choosing styles down to color. They even gift-wrapped my gift for free.Highly recommend. Will be back for future gifts, Im sure.

Excellent customer service. In their busiest holiday season rush, I got in and out with ease. I also broke one of my own necklaces (Rayne tassel), I asked if I could pay them to repair it and they just took mine and gave me a new one. They are awesome!

If I could give this place a million stars, I WOULD. The customer service was phenomenal and all the girls were so sweet and helpful. I had went on a trip to the beach with my family and during our stay in a hotel I had my KS necklace stolen, along with copious amounts of problems with the hotel staff as well. Going into the KS store, I wasnt sure if I should tell them my story of how it got stolen, but did anyways just for small talk. Right before I was about to leave, one of the girls (didnt catch her name but I wish that I did) came up to me and gave me a Kendra necklace for free to replace the one that had gotten stolen from me!! It was so sweet it made me cry as well as the girl who was working. I will definitely be a loyal customer from here on out, and definitely recommend this location to any and everyone.

Completely unsatisfied with Kendras rings. I dont wear many bracelets, earrings, or necklaces, but I love rings. After hearing many friends rave about their Kendra, I decided to buy a set of midi rings. These rose gold rings are only rose gold plated. After a month of wear, they have faded to the copper underneath. They now turn my fingers green, just like cheaper rings. Plus, one of the rings is so delicate that it often gets bent out of shape while on my hand. Dont charge $60 for a set of rings that are going to have these problems. Would not recommend buying rings from here at all... Go to a professional; Kendra can stick to earrings.
