Every time i brings my black self into this establishment i get some type of backlash, ive never felt so disrespected and degraded in my life at a service station! Why is it so hard for you people to service me with a smile?

My favorite gas station in Austin. I’ve been coming here several times a week for about a year now. The clerks already know what I’m going to buy- and they are quick to have my nicotine fix ready for me. Very friendly, and only human (I’ve seen how some of the customers talk to and treat them - those are probably the same customers claiming they are “rude”- if you verbally abuse them they will kindly tell you to take your business elsewhere and I don’t blame them ) so my experience here is always fast, and friendly service. Also the coffee is really good- and I’m extremely picky when it comes to my coffee. It’s a convenience store so of course things are going to be a little more pricey than going to heb- you are after all paying FOR CONVENIENCE- and that is every gas station. This place STAYS busy, because the Amazon drivers gas up over here, but as long as you are patient and polite, and understanding that the people delivering your packages also need to gas their vehicles, it should be easy to understand. I love coming here despite the Amazon traffic because the vibes are mellow and the clerks are always friendly

I placed an order to be delivered the next day between 11am and 12pm, never received it, then the same order was supposed to be delivered at 5pm and 6pm the same day. They will not refund my money so I will not use the service anymore.

Do NOT order from these people. Placed an order day before yesterday for delivery between 5-6pm. NOT delivered. Contacted Ady, said there was a problem with the shopper. Reset to yesterday 5-6pm. NOT delivered, contacted Ady and she said order was cancelled.They should tell you they do not have shoppers in most areas.These folks do not provide quality service!!!

Nice clean place, but merchandise seems a bit overpriced, even for a convenience store. Its nice that theres a a Subway in store which is the reason I went in there.

Placed an order for delivery 2 days ago, I never received it. Plus they will not refund my money.

People are so nice and they always have what I go in there for,,the store is always clean.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I ordered my items almost a week ago, and the day my things was suppose to be sent, they kept telling me I had to reschedule for another slot time. Did that, then got two more emails saying if I can reschedule for a different way day. If I ordered a week ago, why couldn’t I get my items, now you’re telling me I have to wait a few more days. No thank you. I will never order from them again!

Burpy is advertising one day delivery and with HEB and Instacart deliveries being several days out, I thought Id give Burpy a try. Two days later and I still do not have groceries. They are not being truthful in that promise. Dont waste your time and money!

These guys are extremely rude and have really racist demeanors. After handing them my money on several different occasions, they feel like its okay to throw my change across the counter as if Im beneath them. I even expressed to them that I would appreciate having my money given back to me the same way I handed it to them. I guess with Amazon and the DPS centers giving them so much business at the pumps, they can treat their customers any kind of way they want. But Im done with them.

I ordered groceries they never came, so I called to ask questions. They rescheduled for 3 days later, at the last hour of the third day, I called again only for disappointment. They did not reach out to contact me to let me know they couldnt deliver, I had to call them both times. If they had just tried to reach me with an explanation, it would have been better. Their communication falls short and my interaction with them was poor. I will never try to use this company ever again.

Says it closes at midnight. 5 minutes till and though the lights and open sign are on, the doors are locked. Guys inside just want to go home early. Just stared at me and waited till midnight to turn off the lights. Boo.

I would not waste hard earned money or precious time. They are not a business. A business honors commitments. Not this outfit. Terrible attitude.

Rude service, rude employees. Items I was purchasing were marked with the wrong price yet, employee refused to honor price on shelf . He kept saying the offer started the next day even thought it was marked on the day I was there . Why post a sign advertising a certain price of the promotion does not start until the next day ? They are crooks trying to rip good people off . I will never visit this store again !

The owners and staff are really nice there not your regular clerk at least they smile and say hi compare to 7-11s and other corp stores they have it all here and will continue to shop here and i pass up 3 stores just to get here. The 2 brothers the owners are like always smiling there not your typical mean mug rude owners they are very nice. As for the ladies that work there i have never had a bad experience they actual make my day they are all nice and very respectful.

This is the cleanest store I have ever seen . Good customer service, Good food and lot of other varieties u get in burpy. I see some bad review for store, I don’t think this store need bad reviews. This is the perfect location convienient store.

Seriously $1.09 for refills on drinks! Yeah Valero and QT here I come and I only pay .79. Yes this is convenient but Id rather drive to another gas station. 👎👎

Horrible! If I could give this service 0 stars, I could. They cancelled my HEB order 2 times and on top of that they will be giving my refund within 2-3 business days. You are better off using Favor or other online service!

Staff has terrible attitude and refuses to make fresh coffee when almost empty. Will never give them my money.

Never, again, will I use Burpy. I placed an order for my elderly father for afternoon delivery. The delivery time kept getting pushed later and later until I was informed that the order would arrive between 10-11pm!! Horrible service.

I cant complain most of the time, however after today my business will go elsewhere. I stop at this store daily (adding up to quite a bit monthly). Today I was treated rudely and with serious disrespect. I asked for 10 quick picks on the Powerball with the power play. The clerk asked one ticket or ten I said on one ticket. He handed me one quick pick on one ticket. I told him I wanted ten and he said he asked me and I said one. I explained again one ticket with ten. He shoved the single ticket at me and pointed at the door. I get the picture, but when you ask someone to leave dont expect them to come back. I didnt get his name but he is tall, slender with glasses.Burpy you may want to council this young man...

My order was incomplete. $70.00 was deducted from my account but I only received $30.00 worth of groceries. They dont give receipts. After receiving my incomplete order I had to go to H-E-B myself. I priced everything I received and it totalled half of what I was charged. Ive been scammed out of my money.

They have everything in clear order, you can find almost everything . I found great fresh food varieties

Very rude staff. No receipts. Bought a charger and it didnt work. They refused to just exchange it. And called me a liar when I said it didnt work. They threw it back at me. I will never stop here again!

Dont use them. I ordered 5 six packs of Coca Cola. 4 of the packs were $3.30 the last one was $8. Then their excuse is that the store upcharged it. Really? Store waited until the last one then increased the price?

They serve you very well and there is good variety for breakfast. It is a medium store but it has what it takes. If I recommend them to everyone. Excellent place to buy fast and. Insurance.

You can put less one star the very rude cashier did not find my ticket in my wallet and he told me that fast and I only asked him for time canceled my purchase and it made me look very annoyed a couple of minutes I went back to make my purchase but they are very offensive
