I hate to give any business 1 star but I’m doing this so they improve. I was stunned to be denied change in quarters for my $10 bill for an $8 item so I could do laundry. They had the quarters and said “we aren’t allowed.” Not even 1 employee wore a mask. Seems rude and dangerous! Please fix this!

They have really good selection of all the things you want/expect a convenience store like this too have. Its a wonderful place to go at 4am. Theres two super decent customer service zone parking spots right outside. Everyone who works there is your best friend.

The nicest people who work in west campus. I think everyone is convinced that they are best friends with the owners. They will order you something they dont have in store so you can buy it in the future and they have free coffee; I never thought Id leave a review for a convenience store but I really love them.

I came here several times during the summer and I enjoyed my visits. Its a fun little convenience store with a great variety of items. They have plenty of beer, but I wish they had more ciders. I was really surprised to see that they sell cigars. The staff is nice. They dont say much, but they remembered me the few times that I went. Nice people.

These guys are the best. I live around the corner and go in here pretty much every day! They have a great beer selection, cleaning supplies, free coffee, pretty much anything you need! A fresh plus just opened up down the street and I would rather go to OMar than there.

Really disappointed, just purchased a bottle of Chianti (which had no price and did not scan but I was told it was $14.99). I did purchase it, walked home and opened it and it was completely off, I immediately returned the 95% full bottle to the store but was told there was no exchange or refund available.

Ive lived near O-Mart for about 2 years now, and i can honestly say this place is great! the people who work there are always friendly and helpful. If they dont have something they will order it for you, huge selection of goods. From Varuun to Gothem i can say always enjoy my visit. The free coffee is a life saver. again, this place is a jewel in the heart of west campus if look no further for a better convenient store experience!

I never write reviews, but this place has scammed me for the last time. Whenever I go to this corner store for a drink or whatever, I always bring some quarters just so I dont have to break a dollar and get tons of change back. But EVERY time I give them change that is 1-4 cents over what I owe, they ALWAYS refuse to give me my change. I have lost close to 50 cents now from being shortchanged by these people. Its not much money, no, but it adds up, and it is still MY MONEY. To refuse to give it is against the law.DO NOT SHOP HERE WITH CASH OR YOU WILL BE SHORTCHANGED

A very enjoyable location and clearly a hot shopping spot in the area. Orange Market has a wide variety of products and I have directly requested they stock specific products to find them on the shelves not long after.I had a discussion with them regarding item prices and tagging each item and I concluded one of their biggest challenges is keeping prices for their consistently changing inventory. They carry new and local products, often exchanging shelf spaces for newer products which may be in higher demand. I proposed a scanner to scan their items before the register to let customers know the cost of the product and mutually agreeable, sounds like a feasible solution. Its also a green alternative to thousands of price tag stickers.Orange Market has been here for several years now and their business continually improves and I am often excited to visit the location and converse with the friendly staff. Many construction crews and others come for the breakfast and the 24/7 FREE COFFEE. Even if youre a 24cup a day coffee-holic you cant slow them down! This alone makes me love them as they offer the motivation to get the day started, FOR FREE.In conclusion: I urge anyone that has a poor experience here to give it a 2nd chance, and if it happens two times in a row please speak to the manager/owner typically there in the afternoons and he will resolve the issue. I have had a few mundane quarrels here myself just as anywhere else however when I mentioned my concerns they were quickly justified and remedied - the ability to resolve an issue I believe is more important than an institution that never has a problem and then doesnt know what to do with one when they have one. One my recent quarrels was a new brand of cookies they started carrying; they had many packages that appeared to be no longer air-tight sealed. Im not sure if they check every package now or if they chased down the manufacturer and delivered death threats; in any event the cookies presented to me now are in good condition so I am appeased.Keep it up Orange Market! Thanks for the service you provide and the convenience to myself and the crew. I refuse to allow lunch breaks so its your store alone that keeps them alive to die another day!
