I wanted the t-shirt with their logo on it. The t-shirt did not disappoint. It is very feminine and I really like it. I also like that everything in the store is vegan. Bistro Vonish and Counter Culture have their food in the store. They have a great selection of food, snacks and drinks.

Such an awesome place for vegans. Great selection of cheese and meat substitutes, snacks, and goodies. I will be a frequent customer of this place.

*THE* vegan grocery chain for all of Central and South Texas, with the usual big name vegan brands, plus vegan pet food, eco-friendly, cruelty-free consumer products, and even frozen portions of local food truck items to be cooked at home!Thais is also in a very nice part of Austin, but not too fancy or “affluent.”

This place had a great selection of meats and cheeses. They also had a lot of different snacks and harder to find things Ive only seen online. I wish we had a place like this in Houston. Well visit next time we visit Austin.

Really cant say enough good things about this place! The owners are the absolute nicest folks who truly care about their community. Theyre definitely on top of all the fun new vegan products coming out and I always find a few new things to try whenever Im passing through town. Whether its a major brand, a smaller emerging company, or even something local, if its vegan theyll have it!

Adorable locally-owned small grocery and vegan supply store. I love this place! The staff are super friendly, and they carry my favorite Hurraw lip balm, indie print shop-made cards, Field Roast roasts and burgers, Miyoko cheeses, and Capital City Bakery goodies like this Confetti Sammie. They also have ingredients like pasta, Victoria pasta sauce, chips, jerky and other snacks, and some produce. It seems a little random that the new location is in Tarrytown, but its easy to combine a visit to Rabbit Food with getting a beer and a bite at The Beer Plant.

Great little vegan grocery store, me and my boyfriend made a day trip from Houston just to hit up a few places nearby. The store was mostly stocked only a few things they didnt have. The girl who helped us was super nice and gave her honest opinion about products we asked about. A little pricier than your typical grocery store, but for the plant based variety offered here worth a trip and for some select hard to find items worth the price. Would definitely visit again.

I liked this place. I visited from Houston and had heard so many great things about this market. It was smaller than I expected, but had a good variety of options from savory to sweet. The only thing I really noticed was they had many things marked higher than other local markets which carried much of the same. I purchased two cookies and cookie dough from their local owner, and isnt good. We have better vegan cookie options in Houston honestly.Definitely a great one in all stop and shop. I would come here again if I really wanted something specific.

Y’all... this place is amazing. My hubs and I went on Mother’s Day. My hubs is newly vegan and has been obsessed with shopping for different vegan foods around Austin for the past couple of months. Having been to most stores now with vegan food being sold this store is a gem! They have lots of stuff that you can’t find anywhere else in town. The prices are more than reasonable. They also have cute bumper stickers and buttons. It’s the only store that vegans can go to in Austin and not worry about having reading the label (unless you have an allergy). It’s a cool store and locally owned. Support local 😊👍

I submitted an online order for pickup and decided to stay and buy more stuff once I saw them enforcing social distancing and sanitizing the door, shopping cart, and counter after each use. I was so happy to find tofu and Oatly in stock in addition to the usual niche products that can be found in store. Hope the staff stay healthy and are able to stay open.

So amazing! Anything you can think of is veganized there. All of your fav childhood candy bar, ribs, brie cheese wheels, tuna sandwiches from The Plow Burger, good tshits. The list goes on.

This is definitely one of Austin’s gems! I am so glad they moved to Tarrytown too. I just love this grocery/shop and find lots of new brands when we go. They have an amazing selection of fun food and novelty items. I always bring friends from out of town and it’s always a big hit.Don’t go hungry- you won’t be able to resist anything!

Great selection of vegan products. Staff and owner are absolutely wonderful. They also support other non for profits. Just a good feeling happy place to shop! Highly recommend visiting to get some awesome Austin vibes!!

Love this place. Great specialty options, good atmosphere, and nice people. I can see how some prices may be high to some, but I would rather support a local business and veganism. Plus they have some items that i cant seem to find at HEB.

Heard about this spot from a friend and she said you gotta come by here so i made the time and WOW! This is a complete Vegan Store! I love that they have just about everything. The store is a bit small but this is a one stop vegan shop! a bit pricey but completely worth it!

Traveling from the Dallas/Fort Worth area and was excited to see a place like this! I feel that I am always checking ingredients, it’s a nice escape to go into a store and not worry about animal products, something being cruelty free, and at moderate prices! We picked up some Herbivorous B (were very pleased to find this, it’s pretty hard to find) and some road trip snacks, we will DEFINITELY be back next time we are in town! Thanks you guys!

Rabbit Food Grocery is the best! They have a great selection of specialty vegan items, local veggies, and tons of adorable things for gifts. The owners are the most knowledgeable people of all things vegan I have ever met. Great store and great people!

This 100% vegan convenient store was a great visit on my trip in Austin. I was there for over 30 minutes looking at literally all the vegan products available in Texas. It was nice to have to check ingredients. The only complaint is that a lot of the items were overpriced or priced just above the average price. There were a couple steals though, the Primal beef jerky was only $1.50 a piece!! The Celeste Best cookie was $2 and it was amazing, and Four Sigmatic coffee packets were about $1/piece I believe. Those were about the only good deals though. I would recommend all vegans take a look at the amazing selection here!

Being a lifelong vegan, this place was like a dream! Awesome selection, a little pricey but well worth it! Will be back

My favorite place to grab vegan snacks and treats. Price points reflect the fact that the products are specialty and hard to find anywhere else . One of the first places that comes to mind when I want to treat myself.

I really want to like this place. I live within a mile and a half and my wife is vegan; it seems like a match made in heaven.The reason I cant like this place are simple:1. The prices for everyday vegan products are almost 2 times of other grocery stores that carry a similar product. Their tofu costs almost $5 and its not special.2. Every time I go there to get something only they carry I reviewed up having to go back another time because theyre out of stock. There might be opportunity to have a stock list online so I dont have to get to the store just to leave empty handed.Additionally they dont carry Just vegan products, which is pretty crazy.I hope Plow can find a better local distributor.

Really nice place. I for one am not vegan. I tagged along with a friend and got a few things. A bit pricey but I guess it was expected. But the things I tried were good. The store is clean and organized.

Love this store! And love the fact that I dont have to look through ingredients, Rabbit Food has already done that. I also like that they have cute speciality gift items, perfumes, jewelry, purses, chocolates. And if you have questions about anything, how something is made, where it comes from, etc., the owners are super helpful. Im looking forward to the new move and expansion. :-)

They are just an awesome store tbh. They even have a gender neutral bathroom. Ive been satisfied every single time I go. Every employee is also super sweet.Highly recommend to vegans, vegetarians and even ppl who eat meat.

Whether youre vegan or maybe your kid is just deathly allergic to milk or eggs, you are going to find so much stuff in here to make you giggle with delight.They also have great totes and shirts and socks and jewelry and pocketbooks and little boutique items, even vegan pet food and the amazing eggless scrambled egg!Everyone who works here is super friendly and knowledgable. If you have a question about veganism, hop on in here and talk to these sweet humans.Sometimes you can spy a cute dog or cat visiting the shop too!

Totally vegan grocery store. They have lots of vegan products you wont find in normal stores. My wife loves the vegan mac n cheese from Leahei.

Wonderful little place. Stocked with products you cant find elsewhere locally. They have vegan cheeses like Violife and Miyokos cream cheese. I picked up violife gouda, Sam’s Harvest Soy Jerky, and white chocolate chips. Ive never been able to find these things. The violife cheese tastes literally 100% like dairy, get it. Best cheese Ive had. The Jerky is amazing as well, seriously. Staff is sweet and theres so many goodies you can pickup.
