One of my favorite places since I was a kid. The cookies are pretty consistent no matter what location you go to. We’ve had a few birthday cakes make here as well which they can usually do in a few hours. Also I just learned they can make a double doozie out of any cookie flavor. Not sure how I’ve gone my whole life without knowing that.

Great American Cookie has the best cookies in the world. The service is great and the cookie cakes are amazing too. Would 100% recommend!

The women at this store and II were SO HELPFUL when my organization ordered a large batch of cookie cakes, wrote the wrong copy on top, and dropped them when taking them back to be fixed. Seriously - they deserve all the gold stars for their help and their ability to remain calm after I brought in the disaster. Thank you so much for all of your help - my org and our clients appreciate it!

Decent mall cookie place my kids always want to stop by and get a treat after some shopping.

This cookie restaurant has wonderful service. As soon as we got to the front a lady kindly greeted us and asked us if we have been helped. She assisted us in choosing their soft, not-too-sweet and tasty cookies. I recommend their sugar cookies and the iced m&m cookies!

This is a must on during any mall trip. The cookies are always soft and tasty. Dont want a cookie? They have these cheesecake bars that are yummy! If you want to give a special treat to a special person you cant go wrong with a cookie cake.

Very unorganized, should not be open. Had to have cash not all cookies available.

Good cookies but these franchise owners are awful. They dont advertise it, but they dont follow the pricing or accept coupons that are standard for all other Great American Cookie Company stores - they hardly can call themselves by the same name in my opinion. PTotal waste of money to go to this location.

The birthday cake I ordered was ready within two hours and came out beautifully. No complaints :)

*Update: Came back and this place was not as good, the cookie was dry and the employee was super rude! I gave it a 3 because it was good the time before so we shall see.This place is amazing! Love the cookie cake, the cookie cake is always so moist and delicious. The cookies are really good as well you cant ever go wrong with a cookie. They make cookie cake sheets but they are sooooo expensive for what you get. A cookie cake slice is where it is at! The employees are so friendly and nice all the time too.

I was not sure about pricing and was giving great quality service on what exactly I wanted! Great service! I was purchasing a cookie cake for a graduation and I got exactly what I asked for at a great price!

AVOID This place is not only so horribly unsanitary there was a roach openly on the counter, the staff are actually the worst part. Theyre incredibly rude and lazy and will ignore customers and roaches crawling around, for your own wellbeing avoid this place at all costs

THE BEST SUGAR COOKIES EVER. On holidays they even have special cookies that coordinate with the holiday. We always have to stop by when we come to the mall.

Earlier today I was craving I great American slushee. Once I got this slushee it was god alwful, I had one sip and emmidiatly threw it away.

Always a great treat when you are on the mall, and their cookie cakes just cant be beat!

I ordered a birthday cookie cake for my sons 10th birthday on a Saturday for a Sunday pick-up. That is last minute I know. The owner came in early Sunday morning to get my sons minion-decorated cookie cake ready. It was beautiful and a huge hit at the party. I really recommend this considerate family business! Every September I order a cake for my sons party and it is always perfect and to order. Last year they decorated orange and white to match the UT theme. Before that red and blue for Spider-man theme. Before that red and black for Incredibles theme. Also double fudge is awesome but we have had choc-chip too. My daughter always wants pink double doozies for her parties. Nordstrom & Sears stores are both good.

The cookies are quite good here. Not quite as good as Tiffs Treats, but they are still good.

Peanut Butter Cookies are AWESOME!!!!! A little pricey, but very very good.
