They have really good ice cream and a lot of options! One scoop is more than I thought it would be, so it was really nice!

They make some fun and creative frozen treats. I had a pretty good ice cream sandwich between cookies! It was good, but not necessarily something to write home about. A bit over the top in some ways—a lot to deal with mastication-wise. Large chunks of cookies and ice cream competing for space under your molars. Kind of a wild ride. The lady that works here is really nice and personable. I enjoyed our brief interaction. I’m giving four stars because, although the treats are good, they just aren’t freaking incredible.

Yesterday I was FINALLY able to check out Cold Cookie Company after all these years! Mannn, Im telling yall - I slacked on trying places around campus when I went to UT. Theyre located across the Tejas Club!So you have the option of getting a sandwich or a shake. Then you pick which cookies you want. I went with the Cookie Monster which is a chocolate chip cookie with Oreo. You then pick your ice cream in which I got the Cold Cookie Deluxe which is like cookies n creme, but with butter cream. The shake you get 2 ice creams, so strawberry was the other flavor. After all that, you pick a topping where you can choose from a good variety from waffle cone to chocolate sprinkles. Overall, the taste is good. They make their own ice creams! The serving size is very filling and refreshing to eat on a hot day. We had Cold Cookie Company come to our event over the weekend, and they were great! Meagan was fantastic to work with for planning, and there were several dessert choices. The ice cream cookie sandwiches were huge and delicious, and they offered nondairy options as well. I definitely recommend them!

The best late night dessert in austin. Prefer cold cookie’s ice cream to Amy’s & their cookies are great too. We always try their flavor of the month.

Not open at 11:30pm as advertised. We had a pickup order with pickup window 11:30pm-12am and the place was closed. Luckily we popped over to Little Lucy’s on Rainey to fulfill our late night dessert craving.If your looking for a late night dessert skip this spot for sure

Quaint building (not a food truck) with a good parking lot and friendly staff. The real magic is when you walk in the door it smells amazing. I recommend the Fruity Pebbles cookie sandwich.

These folks make their own ice cream and have seasonal flavors. My wife tried the pumpkin flavor and loved it. The cookies are fresh baked. Also free sprinkles and chalkboard tables for little kids and big kids.

Amazing customer service and absolutely some of the best ice cream and cookies Ive had. Most places the cookies are kind of a gimmick but I almost think the cookie out shined the ice cream. All in all its a must stop after a day in the water or a quick stop after a long drive.

What makes this place remarkable is the friendly staff, you can see the wooden churn they prepare the icecream in, and the cookie served with any portion of icecream they serve tastes fresh.

Stopped in just to check it out, and was amazed. Everything was delicious and we ate so fast we forgot to grab a picture! Definitely a cute quiet spot to hang out!

Visited this spot after it appeared in my Google search for a dessert food truck on my Austin weekend vacay. The ice cream was delicious and said to be brought from a local dairy biz and the cookies were fresh-baked. The cashier was sweet and offered a sample of the 2 flavors we were curious about before we ordered. Good portions for the price and a nice-sized courtyard of picnic-style seating to park on.A great bonus is the other 5 or so trucks in the same lot serving chicken and waffles, Asian cuisine, all-day breakfast, Mexican food, specialty mac & cheese, and Brazilian food.This place will see me again the next time Im in town.

Tasty and fast, but my cookie sandwich was mostly melted when he gave it to me and it wasn’t even hot out that day. The cookie was great though! Not too hard not too soft, just right.

I got the popular unshake and both my boyfriend and I thought it was pretty good! It didnt give me homemade ice cream taste though. The cookies are pretty small and I thought the individual ones would be warmed up or something but it was cold. I wish I would have tried the cookie sandwich! But overall it was pretty good!

I have been wanting to try a cold cookie company for a while now and I finally had time to go. I double checked their website to make sure of their hours and arrived at 11:45pm and was told that they were already closed. If your hours aren’t until 12am then don’t stay it on your website. Most likely won’t be going back.

Dont go here if you are vegan. I have tried going since January, and every time I go, they are always out of vegan options. I have gone early in the day and late at night, and they never seem to have any vegan options. Feels like theyre participating in false advertising when their truck says they have vegan ice cream, but they never actually make any of it...smhI have yet to meet someone who has actually gotten vegan ice cream at this food truck.

I was excited about trying this place and was craving a shake today. It was super close to the crib, so figured why not try something different besides getting shake at Chick Fila-A or Whatburger. Well I entered, it smelled like really bad stale milk, like someone poured it on the ground and didnt clean it up. The staff were friendly and I just figured maybe someone spilled something. I ended up getting Captain Crunch shake, and oatmeal cookie. When I got to try it, the smell of the shake was exactly like the store, rancid milk. I spent $10 on the shake, which i threw away, but the cookie seemed fine. The reviews here are high so I must have caught them on a bad day and right before they were closing. Not sure I will go back, that smell was horrible.

The staff is so friendly, the food is bomb & the aesthetic of the store is so pretty. Also, shout out to Lexi and Megan! If I could, I would give this place 10/5 stars! (Also, the cookies are warm, delish & the sprinkle station is so cute!)

This place really knows how to make good deserts. I definitely would recommend this place to those who are interested in cookies and/or ice cream. I had the unshake with cookies and cream ice cream and a chocolate chip on top with m&ms on top and it was amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

Stopped by tonight with my wife, and Ive only got positive things to say. The inside of the building is neat and comfortable, the guy working there was also extremely friendly and informative, and on top of that, the ice cream and cookies were amazing.The guy working there told us about all the special flavors theyve got and recommended what he thought was best. He was helpful and friendly.My wife and I got an unshake each, and every part of it was awesome. For their homemade gourmet icecream and cookies, the pricing is reasonable and well worth it.I highly recommend stopping by if youve got kids or want to have a date night!

Literal hole in the wall gem! Cookies, ice cream, and ice cream sandwiches built to order. The mint oreo ice cream was very creamy and had the perfect amount of mint. The cookie monster cookie (think chocolate chip but replace the chocolate chip with crushed oreos!) was worthy of the stop all on its own. Perfect stop for a sweet treat in the Austin summer. Parking is a bit of an issue but its worth the wait for a spot!

The girl working the truck tonight was acting very unprofessionally with customers by pulling us into a personal altercation she had with another coworker. I dont care what kind of spat it was about, in fact, it could have totally been the other persons fault for all I know, but turning to customers for validation in a situation we do not (and should not) know about, and then continuing to use use vulgar language against the other worker to garner sympathy isnt acceptable behavior in any case. I just wanted some ice cream, yet I was so flustered about the situation that I tipped her out of sympathy. Looking back on it, I wish I hadnt rewarded such an unbelievable level of unprofessionalism. That kind of behavior isnt worth a tip, let alone another visit to the truck.
