Cookies are so good!!! 4 stars because we ordered at 11pm and they delivered at 12:30am and our 2 chocolate milks were not delivered. I asked the delivery driver and she said they were in bag but it was just ice cream. If you order late just expect long delivery time and check your order.

I placed my order for 12 cookies online, I paid, received my confirmation email, as I was driving to pick them up I received a text saying my order was ready and if I was interested in curbside pickup, when I pulled up(8:30 PM), much to my dismay not a light was on in the store, not an employee in sight, not a fresh warm cookie to be had. Pain. Disgust. Disappointment. 1 star is too high.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a cookie that ended up getting back-logged by an hour because they were short staffed. The GM reached out, apologized, and gave extra free cookies for the wait. The care given towards such a small order is very greatly appreciated! Plus the cookies are 10/10

The cookies are massive! Craigs in toronto still wins but these came pretty close. I got half a dozen cookies and they lasted me a week. The s’mores flavour was the best one.

I know when I’ve been given old, stale cookies. Insomnia cookies are supposed to be good and soft. The guy gave me stale cookies. I placed an order 45 minutes before pick up. Disappointing since I already had expectations from locations in other cities.

The best place EVER! The cookies are absolutely delicious, better than any other dessert place around. and the service is great, every time i order delivery they are always quick and on point. The GM Jamie goes above and beyond as well, the one and only time something was missing off my order Jamie was so sweet about over the phone and went out of her way to personally bring it back over even though they had just closed, and even threw in an extra cookie for the trouble! Have never had delivery place do that for me!! Out of all locations this one is by far the best. Thank you insomnia and thank you Jamie!!!

Went to get some cookies on my way out of town and they told me I needed to put a mask on. A WHOLE LOTTA GOOD A MASK DOES. Then they were out of chocolate chunk cookies. Needless to say I wont be back. Next time they will want to see my vaccination papers.

UPDATE: I left this place a one star review over a month ago, because I ordered cookies but they were never delivered. Today I am happy to revise this review. The new manager called me today unexpectedly. She apologized profusely, explained what she has done / is doing to improve this store, and offered to make it right.Im updating this to a 5-star review, because I believe this store now represents a 5-star experience. They had an extreme lack of management before, but I can see positive changes happening. I am rooting for this new manager. She is the real deal.Most importantly, they did indeed deliver the cookies this time. And the cookies were just as described. They were delicious, warm, and even unique. I did not expect to LOVE the mint chocolate chip cookie as much as I did, for example.Bottom line, I think this place deserves a second chance. The new manager is exactly what they needed, and the cookies are 10/10 crazy delicious.

The cookies are really good and the staff is great. But there’s no option to add a tip to credit card purchases, and when I tried to get change for a $20, they didn’t have cash behind the counter. I urge the management to reconsider this unfair practice and value their service industry employees more.

The owner was very sweet, kind, and funny. She gave me alot of Strawberry cheesecake ice cream in my cookiewich! 10/10 would recommend the deluxe cookiewich! Try Triple chocolate chunk+ Smore cookie+ strawberry cheesecake ice cream!

Jamie the general manager helped us out with a few dozen cookies and she was great, super kind and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations. Great service!

Update: customer service responded very quickly and refunded the cake for me so I would try them again.The cookie cake I ordered came a day early which was great, however, once received the cake itself was hideous. The top was all squished, but it didnt look like it happened in transit, it looks like it was made that way! Does not look at all like the picture and I am embarrassed to give this cake to my boyfriend. Definitely not worth the $50+ spent. I will include pics of what I received versus whats on the site.

Not sure what’s going on with this location. Used to be good. Now it takes hours for delivery. Apparently they can’t pay delivery drivers and opt for Postmates to do their job. Would not recommend. My deliveries never get to me anymore. Gotta go to the inferior Tiffs Treats instead unfortunately.

We went here on a Friday afternoon, and it was amazing. Friendly staff and hot, fresh cookies that melt in your mouth good. I wish I lived closer because I would be a regular here if I could.

Excellent service, even at nearly closing time:Due to my very last minute order (my own fault), they were unable to fulfill my order as desired. However, they did give me other reasonable options & substitutions, and were more than willing to make the delivery happen after-hours as they only had one driver who was currently out on a handful of other deliveries.The man I spoke to was nothing but accommodating, giving me a few different options to make it work for me.I decided to cancel my delivery in order to save them the hassle of working even later than their 1am delivery cut-off.This kind of customer service and kindness is what keeps people coming back. I have had nothing but bad experiences from the other hot cookie delivery service in town, so I am glad Insomnia Cookies holds themselves to a higher standard.I will absolutely order from them again, perhaps with better lead time on my end 😂

The cookies are usually good here but recently the store has been unreliable. The store hours needs to be updated. The website and door sign says that in-store is open but lobby has been closed/locked with nothing explaining why its closed. I have tried stopping by on two different days but no luck.

Set my cookies to be ordered by 11:30 PM. My person receiving them (they were a gift) got them at 3:00 AM. *Three in the morning*. By then, it wasnt warm/as fresh since they were baked literal hours before.

On October 27th at approximately 18:05 hours I, Andrea ordered cookies from this company. Pressing the order button gave me an immense sense of pleasure, the cookies were all that went through my mind in the hours that I waited for them to arrive. 12:15 came around and here I sit, completely cookiesless, never have I been so heartbroken over something so simple yet so delicious. When I called customer service they were unprofessional and un willing to assist me in my endeavor to achieve cookie glory. They told me the cookies I had pre ordered were sold out and this was an absolute tragedy to me, because why would I pre-order cookies if not to keep them from being sold out? I do sincerely hope this company can correct this issue as I would hate to be in need of a new cookie supplier.Truly yours, disappointed cookie enthusiast

This location is not open to the public. Door are locked during business hours. The changes need to be documented. Its 5pm on a busy Saturday week end.No one is in the shop.

Man, they promise warm cookies delivered, but after an hour of waiting.. cold cookies. Why was it out for delivery for 40 minutes? Its 1 mile away... I need a refund. Clearly says 25-35 minutes when ordering.

I asked for contactless delivery. Delivery man told me it was going to take him more time to look for my apartment. He delivered with contact, and he had NO MASK #COVID19. Also, he LITERALLY threw the last food bag at me to catch it. My food almost went to the floor. Very poor. This place should not be allowed to deliver if they won’t take the necessary safety measures required by the law.

I’ve had Insomnia Cookies at another location and was very excited when I heard they were opening a store next to campus. I went to this location and the quality was exactly what I was expecting. I also love that this location has a place to sit and enjoy their delicious cookies.

Website to order never works, and phone ordering never picks up...

I saw an Instagram ad that told me Insomnia had finally opened today, and that I could get three chocolate chunk cookies for free with an order. Impulsively, I ordered a six-pack of cookies, and the site told me it would take 20-30ish minutes for them to arrive.Not only did they arrive on time, they were fresh and warm too. The cookies are individually a few cents more than Tiffs, but I think theyre superior. Theyre both soft and somewhat crunchy, though not crunchy enough to ruin the cookie; it was just barely crunchy around the edges, which is how I like my cookies. It makes them taste exquisite and gives them a hint of imperfection that makes it so much more perfect to me. The delivery fee, too, was much lower than Tiffs, and considering that its right across the street from campus, I think that theyre going to make a name as a real competitor. The last store that was open in this unit was a Subway, which I loved, and dreaded the store that would open in its place. Now, I am happy that I can indulge in cookies whenever I would like while on campus or on my way to campus.The delivery woman was super sweet and even asked if I had any questions. Her outfit (Insomnia Cookies branded, of course) was super cute, too.

Insomnia cookies are delicious if you ever end up getting them....Shortly after the store opened I placed a delivery order for a dozen cookies. I had heard such great things about Insomnia’s cookies from everyone and their mother so I figured i’d see for myself. I placed this order at 2:30pm (the store closes at 3am) for an ASAP delivery. I understood the store was newly opened so only when 3 hours passed my expected delivery time did I realize something was up. I called the customer service line to see what was going on and found out that the store had “lost” my order in the system and would send it out right away. I was a bit disappointed at this point seeing as it was now nearly 6pm but again—I gave them some grace seeing as their shop was fairly new and technical glitches do happen. When I came back from my 4 hour lab later at 10pm my frustration grew as my order had STILL not been delivered. By now it was 7+ hours after I had placed my order so I called again. The store hadn’t been able to send out my order since they had no delivery person at that point! It makes no sense to me why a simple call couldn’t have been made to tell me of this situation since I would have gladly went in person to the store to avoid this debacle. At this point I was content to receive a refund and never try their cookies. A visit to the actual store later that night was the only highlight of my experience with this order. The manager (don’t remember her name, very sweet lady) was gracious enough to make up for this mistake by giving me 2 dozen cookies and a pint of ice cream for free for my troubles. Of course, the cookies were delicious and now knowing that the manager and staff were really wonderful I left that night with a much better view of the store and company.So with this renewed positivity in mind I decided again to place an order for a dozen cookies—half chocolate chip half sugar. I placed this order at 330pm yesterday for a delivery at 6pm. I figured that would give the store plenty of time to make sure my delivery could be fulfilled. Well lo and behold at 6:30 my order actually did arrive (30 minutes late, but I digress) to my joy! But of course something was still up and I received peanut butter cookies instead of sugar. I figured this would be an easy fix so I called, yet again, and was told the store would send out the correct sugar cookies to me. Well nearly a day later I still had no received the sugar cookies so I called again and the store decided to issue me a refund instead.The overall lack of organization and care for keeping customers in the loop has turned me off from insomnia forever. I do not understand how on two separate occasions so much could have gone wrong. Maybe I am just unlucky and these were simply fluke occurrences but the way I was dealt with has lead me to believe otherwise. The only reason I feel ok leaving 1 star is because of the generosity and kindness of the store manger. I wish she were in charge of the whole operation because these mistakes might not have happened then. So to any one who has actually taken the time to read all of this I say that unless you can satisfy your cookie cravings by popping into the store, then I would say save your sanity and just order from Tiff’s treats who have always been on top of it.

Cookies are pretty good but it was the worst online ordering experience of my life, what a debacle. I cant even count the amount of times I had to resubmit my order due to strange and inexplicable errors with the online order form.
